A fin de descifrar la  frustración en los estudiantes universitarios en la actualidad, se investiga las razones para la deserción de su carrera, se acostumbra culpar a quienes influyeron directamente en la toma de decisiones, a los padres con sus infortunios de anhelos profesionales, a profesores con sus propios conflictos y fracasos no superados, falta de preparación,  a falta de estructuración en los planteles educativos, sin un organigrama definido donde exista una simple luz guía para su futuro incierto. No existe un andamiaje publicitario de Universidades ni carreras; el estudiante secundario se sumerge en un nuevo habitad sin las respectivas herramientas, sin el conocimiento adecuado, para desfallecer en  un contexto hostil. Existen estudiantes que terminan su carrera por fuerza de voluntad   pero   no   por   vocación;   memoristas   sin   razonamiento   que   fracasan   cuando   la sobreprotección  de  los  maestros paternalistas  se  queda  dentro  de  las  aulas  universitarias.  Los motivos para quedarse y vencer son diversos, cada estudiante tiene su contexto vivencial, desarrolla su propia personalidad, su forma de tomar los obstáculos, aprendiendo a ser feliz; el objetivo principal de este trabajo es: Definir  la condición psicológica de los estudiantes de la Universidad para desarrollar un perfil óptimo en el futuro  desempeño profesional.AbstractIn order to decipher the frustration on college students today, we investigate the reasons for thedesertion of his career, it is customary to blame those who directly influenced the decision making parents with their professional aspirations woes, teachers with their own conflicts and unsurpassed failures, lack of preparation, lack of structuring in educational institutions without a defined organization where there is a single guiding light for their uncertain future. There is no advertising scaffolding Universities and careers, the high school student is immersed in a new habitat without the necessary tools, without the proper knowledge to falter in such a hostile environment. There are students completing their willpower race but not by vocation but reasoning memoirists fail when teachers paternalistic overprotection stays within university classrooms. The reasons to stay and overcome are different, each student has their experiential context, develops its own personality, his way of taking the obstacles, learning to be happy, the main objective of this work is: Define the psychological condition of students University to develop an optimal profile in the future professional.

En este trabajo se presenta el estudio, análisis y evaluación de las características de los datos existentes en la comunidad académica con el fin de recomendar el modelo para aplicar la inteligencia de negocios. Se parte de la suposición Que Conocer los efectos en la comunidad académica, si se tiene una estrategia corporativa, facilita la toma de decisiones en las instituciones educativas. Los resultados se basan en un cubo de tres dimensiones, que es la combinación fuerte para tomar decisiones con la información que le han proporcionado. Por último, llegamos a conclusiones diferentes que permiten dar motivos suficientes para recomendar el modelo Que Integrar la inteligencia de negocios en el entorno académico.Business intelligence as a tool in the management academicThis paper presents a study, analyze and evaluate characteristics of existing data in the academic community, in order to recommend a model to apply Business Intelligence. It starts from the assumption that knowing the effects on the academic community, if you have a corporate strategy to facilitate decision-making in educational institutions. The results are based on a three dimensional cube, which are combining strong to make decisions with the information made. Finalmente, chegamos a conclusões diferentes que permitem dar motivos suficientes para recomendar para Integrar Business Intelligence Esse modelo no ambiente acadêmico.

Abstract In 2018, one thousand, one hundred people were murdered across six states of north- west Nigeria, in 2019, two thousand two hundred people and between January and June 2020, one thousand, six hundred people were killed. In addition, more than 200,000 have been internally displaced [Strife 2021]. These are what we read daily; and further alarming are that the attacks and abductions seem to be more targeted at educational institutions of all levels in recent times, particularly across north-western Nigeria. For example, the abduction of at least 20 college students and two staff from Greenfield University Kaduna in April 2021. In February 2021, gunmen seized 279 girls from a school in Zamfara state and the abduction of 200 students by some reports; from a school in Tegina, Niger state. In early July 2021, more than 100 students were also abducted from Bethel Baptist High School, Damishi, Kaduna. While these attacks are not restricted to girls and women alone, this report aims to explore what the effects and related trauma of this seemingly intractable violent conflict on girls and women in Nigeria are and answer how we can curb the continuous occurrences. We reflect with women activists across the country, on ways to address the violence, and support the healing and rehabilitation. The paper also outlines fifteen major recommendations in response to the key question of how to support recovery and the past everyone can play to halt the menace. Este artículo aborda el tema de la deserción de estudiantes en la educación superior universitaria desde una perspectiva conceptual. Se analizan las distinciones que son posibles de efectuar con respecto a este término, con el propósitode poder adoptar y entender ampliamente las definiciones para futuros trabajos sobre factores que influyen en la deserción universitaria. Además de haber recolectado una gran variedad de conceptos psicológicos, económicos, sociológicos, organizacionales y de las interacciones entre el estudiante y la institución. Dichos factores son predictivos para el abandono estudiantil, dado que habría que dar más cuidado a algunas variables que son más críticas para la toma de decisiones en los estudiantes.

The article discusses the possibility of eff ective application of professional orientation of students for a specifi c profession. The article considers the results of monitoring of professional diagnostics of students held by teaching staff among schoolchildren who are thinking about choosing a career, among college students who committed such choice, and students who attend short-term professional courses. The complexity of this choice is explained, which is connected with lack of life experience, skills and abilities of radical approach to decision making, which puts young people in a diffi cult situation. The author analyses the activities of educational institutions aimed at assisting young people to do the critical step that determines the main direction of the path of their life. The signifi cance of the work consists in the possibility of generalization of experience of the teaching staff which can be used by other educational institutions.

The present paper exposes a teaching resource, designed to serve as a complement to the Vocational and Professional Counseling Program of High Schools. The WebQuest intended to facilitate students´ self-knowledge, the knowledge of the academic and professional environment and to help them in the process of decision-making. This work also presents the characteristics of the tool, the websites where it is housed, the working methodology, the objectives of the teaching resource, a description of the process the learners should go through in order to accomplishing the task, the most representative result and the final conclusions. As a final conclusion, we underline that the ICTs use in professional counseling could optimize and enrichment those interventions developed in High School centers. En el presente artículo se expone una WebQuest diseñada para servir de complemento al Plan de Orientación Vocacional y Profesional (POVP) de Bachillerato, con ella se pretende facilitar al alumnado el conocimiento de sí mismo, el conocimiento del entorno académico y profesional y ayudarle en el proceso de toma de decisiones. Se describen las características de la herramienta, dónde está alojada, los objetivos que se persiguen, los procedimientos TIC utilizados, la metodología de trabajo, así como los recursos y actividades que se plantean. Como conclusión se destaca que la utilización de las TIC en orientación psicopedagógica permite optimizar y enriquecer las intervenciones que se llevan a cabo en los centros de Secundaria.

Las emociones afectan en gran medida la toma de decisiones de las personas ne distintos ámbitos. Es por ello que la mercadotecnia emocional juega un papel muy importante en la decisión de compra de los consumidores. El presente estudio analiza la diferencia en la efectividad de la mercadotecnia emocional en las generaciones Millennials y centennials. Se realizo una encuesta tipo Likert a 288 estudiantes universitarios, 158 Millennials y 130 Centennials. se concluyó que la mercadotecnia emocionl influye de forma diferente en las dos generaciones estudiadas impactando de forma significativa a los Centennials que a los Millennials. Abstract Emotions have effect in main the decision making of many persons indifferent bounds. This is why emotional intelligence plays an importantrole in consumer decision making. This study analize the differences inemotional marketing efectiveniess between Millennials and Centennials.A Likert.scale jurvey was aprecied to 288 college­level senior students.The results show that emotional marketing has a different influence inboth generations with a higher impact in Centennials.

The word Islam and radical, is a familiar word to hear, even in many of the recent events carried out by a group of people who in the name of Islam. Understanding the radical concept has penetrated into various elements, included in education. In responsing to this, the goverment have to take an action through reorganizing the existing materials in Islamic lesson which is taught in educational institutions. Rearrangement of islamic lesson is important. Because the existing material had proved that its inadequate to bear students who are tolerant, moderate, and inclusive. The proof can be seen from the number of terrorist and Islamic radicalism which is involving educated young people, both students, college students, or college graduates. Moreover, lately, there has been a tendency of systematic efforts by certain denominations to teach extreme ideological loyalist of religious doctrine among learners. This paper tries to provide an understanding which related to radical concepts on the explanation of Islamic lesson materials in junior high school. So that, learners can understand more about the concept of islam which is peaceful not violence. One of the strategy in providing a radical understanding among learners is to develop Islamic lesson materials through compassion-based learning.

ABSTRACTThe objective is to observe in a sample of 155 university students if after participating in the same service-learning experience they manifest similar or different perceptions regarding the understanding of the contents of a subject and the implementation of some skills and attitudes. The data collected show that, the experience helps them to think on the contents studied in the subject. They also perceive that they can develop professional skills, emphasizing to a greater extent the team work, the capacity for reflection, decision making and initiative. From a social perspective, service learning promotes reflection on cultural and communicative differences.RESUMENSe presenta el aprendizaje-servicio como una metodología que favorece el desarrollo competencial en la Educación Superior. Se observa, en una muestra de 155 estudiantes universitarios, si manifiestan percepciones similares o diferentes respecto a la comprensión de los contenidos de una asignatura y la puesta en práctica de algunas habilidades y actitudes. Los datos recogidos ponen de manifiesto que, la experiencia de aprendizaje-servicio les ha ayudada a pensar  sobre los contenidos estudiados; ha favorecido el trabajo en equipo, la capacidad de reflexión, la toma de decisiones y la iniciativa así como la reflexión sobre diferencias culturales y comunicativas.

RESUMENEste estudio buscó determinar el establecimiento de cambios en la autoeficacia y las aspiraciones profesionales y universitarias de estudiantes de grado once de bachillerato como resultado del desempeño en las pruebas Saber 11. Así mismo, identificar la relación entre la autoeficacia y los resultados de las pruebas Saber 11; y a su vez, si el género y los resultados de las pruebas Saber 11 predicen las aspiraciones profesionales y universitarias de los estudiantes. El carácter inferencial del estudio permitió contrastar la autoeficacia y las aspiraciones de una muestra representativa de 55 estudiantes antes de haber recibido los resultados de las pruebas Saber 11 y 38 estudiantes después de obtener el resultado. La autoeficacia y las aspiraciones universitarias cambiaron como resultado del desempeño bajo en las pruebas Saber 11; mientras que las aspiraciones profesionales se mantuvieron relativamente estables. A diferencia de otros estudios, no se encontró relación entre la autoeficacia y el desempeño académico de los estudiantes. El género fue una variable interviniente de las aspiraciones profesionales; las mujeres eligieron carreras de salud, psicología, comunicación social y administración de empresas y los hombres ingenierías, arquitectura y educación. Se analizó también el rol de las instituciones educativas en la orientación profesional de los estudiantes.  ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to determine the establishment of changes in the self-efficacy and professional and college aspirations of high school students as a result of the performance of the Saber 11 tests. Also, to identify the relationship between self-efficacy and the results of the Saber 11 tests; and in turn, if the variable gender and the results of the Saber 11 tests predict the professional and college aspirations of the students. The inferential nature of the study allowed us to contrast self-efficacy and aspirations of 55 students’ sample size before and 38 students after having received the results of the Saber 11 tests. Self-efficacy and college aspirations changed as a result of low performance in the Saber 11 tests; however, there is not variation in professional aspirations. Unlike other studies, no relationship was found between self-efficacy and academic performance. Gender was an intervening variable of professional aspirations; females tend to choose health careers, psychology, social communication and administration, whereas men engineering, architecture, and education. The role of educational institutions in college readiness was also discussed.

Bandura introduce el término de autoeficacia como aquella percepción de capacidad que funciona como mediadora en la consecución de metas y toma de decisiones. El objetivo del trabajo fue determinar la percepción de autoeficacia en estudiantes universitarios por género y áreas de estudio. La muestra fue por cuota, con 471 estudiantes. El instrumento  utilizado mide autoeficacia en tres estados (producción, aprendizaje y retroalimentación) desde la perspectiva de los alumnos, obteniéndose un alpha de cronbach de .874. Este trabajo es parte de una investigación nacional realizada por la Red Latinoamericana de Educación y Pedagogía. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que no existen diferencias significativas entre género, en cuanto a la dimensión producción el área de Ingeniería se puntúa con medias bajas; mientras que de manera general los estudiantes de la UAC se encuentran en un nivel medio de autoeficacia. Abstract Bandura (1997) introduced the term self-efficacy as the perception of the capacity which acts as a mediator in the attainment of aims and decision-making. The objective of this research was determining the perception of self-efficacy in university students by gender and occupational field. A quota sample was carried out and consisted of 471 students. The instrument used measured self-efficacy in three stages (production, learning and feedback) from a student’s perspective, obtaining a Cronbach alfa of 0.874. This research is part of a national investigation performed by the Latin American Network of Education and Pedagogy. The results which were obtained demonstrated that there does not exist significant differences between gender and as for the dimension of production, the area of engineering ranked medium-low, while, generally speaking, university students from the Autonomous University of Campeche (Universidad Autónoma de Campeche) fall into a medium level of self-efficacy.
