This study aims to determine the Effects of Motivation, Career development and Compensation Against Employee Satisfaction of PT Tozy Sentosa (Centro Lifestyle Department Store) Branch of Yogyakarta. This is a descriptive study that aims to explain the research variables, namely motivation, career development, compensation and job satisfaction. In this study population were all employees of PT Tozy Sentosa (Centro Lifestyle Department Store) Branch of Yogyakarta which totaled 65 people. As well as sampling techniques strata sampling, which amounts to 40 people . Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded as follows: Results of multiple regression analysis of the Effects of Motivation, Career Development and Compensation Against Employee Satisfaction of PT Tozy Sentosa (Centro Lifestyle Department Store ) Branch of Yogyakarta Is Y = 0.258 + 0.313 X1 + 0.286 X2 + 0.315 X3 +e Motivation on job satisfaction in the t test, t value of 2.358 with variable motivational significance value of 0.024 Therefore, the significance value is less than 5% (0.024 2.84 ) and significance value ( 0.000 < 0.05 ), then the hypothesis is accepted so that it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence jointly between motivation , career development and compensation against complacency employee PT Tozy Sentosa. This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this research is 1) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance simultaneously 2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance partially at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera (AJSB) Malang . The number of sample there are 44 respondents at agent employees in PT AJSB Malang. The sampling technic in this research was total sampling. The tools analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that career development variables consist of Variables Influence of justice in careers, Attention to supervision, Awareness about opportunities, Interest of workers, Career satisfaction, simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. partially , Attention to supervision, opportunity awareness, interest in workers, have a significant influence, while the influence of fairness in careers, and career satisfaction does not show significant value

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative with the method of analysis used are simple and multiple regression analysis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees of Mutiara Bunda Hospital. The results showed that there are positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance

<p>This study aimed to analyze the extent to which the effect of satisfaction, compensation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in Batam as well as to analyze the most dominant variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in applying Batam. For goal then used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test and test simultaneously.</p>From the results of the regression equation the influence of variables (job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline) with the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air Batam, there was a strong and significant influence, because the higher job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline, the higher the employee’s performance because it has a probability value of less than 0.05. Thus, in this study proved the first hypothesis. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees is job satisfaction, reasons for job satisfaction has a standardized coefficient of the largest value when compared with the variable compensation and work discipline.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan untuk mempelajari dan menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan  pengembangan karier, terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan sehingga untuk mengetahui hal tersebut,maka peneliti menganalisis data dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis secara spesifik tentang pengaruh  budaya kerja dan pengembangan karier terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan jasa ritail Departement Store di Kab.Klaten. Untuk dapat mengakomodasi semua hal terbut di atas peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian diskriptif analitis, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan metode penelitian survei, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menerapkan probability sampling, sedankan untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur/path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja dan pola pengembangan karier berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja, selanjutnya budaya kerja dan pola pengembangan karier juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta kepuasan kerja pegawai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Spesifikasi keluaran/Outcome specifikation hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi masukkan bagi pengusaha jasa ritail departemen store di daerah Kab. Klaten dengan harapan para pimpinan departemen store di daerah Kab. Klaten dapat merumuskan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang tepat/sesuai dengan perkembangan bisnis dalam menghasilkan program pengembangan dan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang memiliki nilai tinggi. Disamping itu penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi pihak manajemen/pelaku jasa retail, serta sebagai bahan masukan dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja pegawai. Implikasi Jika pengusaha/pelaku jasa retail tidak memprioritaskan dalam  membina, mengelola dan mengembangkan SDM yang lebih terarah/terprogram, maka pengembangan SDM dalam organisasi tidak dapat mempunyai competitif advanted seiring dengan perkembangan  dunia bisnis usaha jasa retail departement store. Perkembangan dan keberlanjutan usaha jasa retail departement store didaerah kota Klaten akhirnya dapat menyumbang peningkatkan PAD di kabupaten Klaten.This research was conducted to study and examine the influence of organizational culture and career development, job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of employees so as to know this, the researchers analyzed the data and test hypotheses specifically about the effect of work culture and career development to the level of employee satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. The object of research is done in service companies ritail Department Store in Kab.Klaten. To be able to accommodate all of the above terbut researchers used a descriptive analytical type of research, in order to test hypotheses with survey research methods, while the sampling technique by applying probability sampling, Sedankan for data analysis using path analysis/path analysis. The results showed that the work culture and career development patterns affect the level of job satisfaction, further work culture and career development patterns also affect the performance of employees, as well as employee satisfaction influence on employee performance. Specifications output/outcome specifikation results of this study are expected to be entered for entrepreneurs ritail services department store in the district. Klaten with the expectations of the leadership of the department store in the area Kab.Klaten can formulate a human resource development strategy right/in accordance with the development of business in generating program development and quality of human resources which have high value. Besides, this research also can provide useful information to management/offender retail services, as well as an input in optimizing the performance of employees. Implications If the employer/principal retail services are not prioritized in developing, managing and developing human resources more targeted/programmed, the development of human resources in the organization can not have competitif advanted line with developments in the business world department store retail services business. Development and sustainability of the business services department store retail area of Klaten city can eventually contribute increasing revenue in Klaten district.

This research Aims To Reveal: (1) Effect of Competence partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (2) Effect of Work Motivation partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (3) Effect of Work Discipline partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (4) Effect of Competence, Work Motivation and Discipline Work simultaneously To Performance Officer at the Office of Communications Full River City. The study population was all the staff of Office of Communications River City Full totaling 34 people. Samples were taken from all of the population is 34 people. Methods of analysis using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results obtained (1) Partially Competence , Work Motivation and Work Discipline, positive and significant impact on employee performance of Communications River City Full (2) Simultaneously Influence of Competence (X1), work motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y) is 0.003 with Sig. F 0.003 <0.05 and Fhitung value of 5.847, while the value of F table is 2,92 so that the value of F larger than F table, it can be said that the competence (X1) work motivation (X2) and the Discipline of the work (X3) proved positive and significant influence on employee performance of Office of Communications City Full River and regression equations for these three variables is Y = 52,271+ 0,190 X1 + 0,204 X2 + 0,412 X3. Finally the authors suggest the results of this study to increase competence, work motivation and work discipline in accordance with their respective indicators and for other researchers can continue this research in order that the limitations in this study could be refined.Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation and Work Discipline and Employee Performance

This research is motivated by the level of work discipline, compensation and organizational structure at PT Sejati Karya Perkasa Medan which is still not good. This can be seen from the increase in employee absenteeism and delays as well as employee absenteeism every year so that it has an impact on decreasing employee performance. This study is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach, with a population of 87 employees and taking a sample of 87 people using the census method, then analyzed with multiple regression analysis with the results showing that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance. Based on the termination test of 65.9%, while the most influential variable is work discipline.

This study aims to test whether there is influence of psychological contract and work engagement to job satisfaction. The sample of this research is 53 employees of Head Office of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. with non-probability sampling method and incidental sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis is used as a technique to analyze data and test hypotheses. The results from this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between the psychological contract on job satisfaction, the positive and significant influence between work engagement to job satisfaction and positive influence and significant correlation between psychological contract and work engagement simultaneously on job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang, the influence of workload on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang and the influence of job satisfaction on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang. The population in this study were all Tenaga Penyuluh KB pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3AP2KB) in 11 subdistricts in Padang City, amounting to 216 people. Sampling technique used is proportional random sampling so that the sample obtained as many as 140 people. In testing the hypothesis, this study used multiple regression analysis. The result of the research found that there is a significant influence between work motivation variable on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang, there is no significant influence between work load variable on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padangand there is significant influence between variance of job satisfaction on performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang. The findings of this study provide advice where in order to improve the performance of extension workers in the future, it is necessary to improve work motivation, workload and job satisfaction

This quantitative descriptive study aimed to identify the influence of school culture on spirituality in workplace. A total of 540 randomly selected teachers were selected from 36 secondary schools in Penang as respondent in the study. Data for this survey were collected through a questionnaire which was adapted from literature review (Al-Amin, 2012; Maslowski, 2001; Yaakob, 2007). The results of multiple regression analysis showed that school culture had positive and significant influence on spiritual at workplace. In term of the implications, this study showed that the leaders need to inculcate spirituality at work by creating a positive culture.
