Along with the development of increasingly modern times, this has caused a lot of competition in the business world, including retail business. Every businessman needs to pay attention to the factors that influence customer purchasing decisions. The research objective is to determine the effect of service quality and pricing strategies on purchasing decisions, determine the effect of service quality and pricing strategies on customer satisfaction, determine the effect of purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of service quality and price strategies on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions at 212 Mart Gowa The population in this study were all consumers who shop at 212 Mart Gowa determined as many as 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses validity and reliability, path analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study found that service quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, price strategy has a positive effect but is not significant on purchasing decisions, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price strategy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, and the price strategy has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on 212 Mart Gowa.

The rapid development of the business world has resulted in increasingly fierce competition, so that various ways are used by business actors to maintain and develop a competitive advantage with its competitors. In the era of modernization like today, a practical and instantaneous lifestyle has developed which affects almost the entire human population in the world. Instant lifestyle is a lifestyle that prioritizes practicality, speed and time efficiency. For some people, fast, practical and efficient have become the main needs in their daily activities. This certainly has an effect on business competition, which is then responded by most manufacturers in designing products that suit the needs of people's instant lifestyles. A business that is influenced by people's lifestyle is the restaurant business of PT. Sari Melati Kencana Pematangsiantar. Data collection methods used in this research are questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The population in this study was 40 people and the number of samples in this study was 40 people because the sampling technique in this study was the census method. The data analysis technique used was the instrument test, namely validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely normality tests and hypothesis tests, namely multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that: (1) price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable (4.452> 2.026) with a significance value of 0.000 (sig ≤ 0.05), (2) service quality has a positive effect on the decision. purchases with tcount> ttable (7,401> 2,026) with a significance value of 0,000 (sig ≤ 0.05), (3) price and service quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount> Ftable (49.320> 3, 25) with a significance value of 0.000 (sig ≤ 0.05)

This study aimed to analyze how much influence service quality, customer value on the level of customer satisfaction. The sampling method used is Proportionate Random Sampling. The sample in this study followed the formula Slovin, or as many as 100 students of  Azzahra University, Jakarta.Data that has met the test of validity and reliability further processed to produce a regression equation Y = 0.484+ 0021 0686 X1 + X2, where Y is the variable rate Student Satisfaction, X1 is a variable Quality of Service and Customer Value X2 is variable.Hypothesis testing using t test showed that each of the independent variables studied was shown to significantly affect partially dependent variable Student Satisfaction.Quality of service partially positive effect on customer satisfaction shown by the r value of 0.663, which means a strong relationship between them. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 0,439, which means that service quality may explain the variable of student satisfaction of 43.9%, while the remaining 56.1% is explained by other variables.Customer value partially positive effect on customer satisfaction shown by the r value of 0.832 which means the relationship between them is very strong. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 0,692, which means that service quality may explain the variable of student satisfaction at 69.2%, while the remaining 30.8% is explained by other variables.Then through the F test can be known simultaneously that both variables of service quality and customer value has a significant impact on customer satisfaction shown by the r value of 0.835 which means the relationship between them is very strong. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.697, which means that service quality may explain the variable of student satisfaction at 69.7%, while the remaining 30.3% is explained by other variables.

This study aim was to determine the effect of e-service quality, price perception, and sales promotion on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on Gojek customers in Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study with survey method. The population in this study were Gojek customers in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 235 respondents. The technique of collecting data used an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was bootstrapping method using macro PROCESS by Andrew F. Hayes. The results of this study show that there is a positive effect of e-service quality on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of price perception on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of sales promotion on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of customer satisfaction on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of e-service quality on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of price perception on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of sales promotion on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, and there is the effect of e service quality, price perception, and sales promotion on customer loyalty through Gojek Yogyakarta customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the e-service quality variable mediation coefficient of 0,0442; the mediation coefficient of price perception variable is 0,0404; and the mediation coefficient of sales promotion variable is 0.0676.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya and the observation unit is students from STIE Eka Prasetya. The population in this study were 993 respondents from STIE Eka Prasetya. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounted to 91 respondents. The research method used is the technique of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires that conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the t test show that the variable Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction, and the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously effect the Customer Satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that Customer Satisfaction was effected by Service Quality and Promotion variables, while the remaining is explained by other variables such as perception, digital marketing and personal selling that are not discussed in this study.

This research was conducted in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado, which aims to find out the 1) effect of product quality ; 2) price and ; 3) service quality on customer satisfaction in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado, both individually and in groups. With the focus of the problem is whether product quality, price and service quality affect consumer satisfaction in Rumah Makan Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Wenang Manado. the method used in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods and The population that came in the Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado Heritage is unknown, therefore the researcher took a sample of 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique that is consideration of populations that are easily found and this research will only be given to visitors who have visited the House. Eating Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Managing Manado at least 5 times, and the research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used in the data instrument test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), data analysis (multiple regression analysis, test t, F test and test coefficient of determination R2). Based on the t test obtained states that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction individually. While price is the determination of the value of a product in the minds of consumers that must be paid by consumers to obtain a product of Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado. The service quality provided by Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado affects consumer satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction is the main aspect that must be met by the company, with the creation of customer satisfaction, demand will also rise. This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Huda Express at McDonald’s Bintaro Restaurant. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach, with 100 respondents. Statistical tests using multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with t test and F test. The results of the study, showed that price and service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 2,279 + 0,307X₁ + 0,130X₂. Price contributed 62.5% to customer satisfaction, while service quality contributed 59.6% to customer satisfaction. From testing hypotheses using statistical tests Fcount> F table or (163.410> 3.09), this is also strengthened with a probability of 0,000 <0.05. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between price and quality of service on customer satisfaction.

Abstrak-Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah bermaksud mengetahui apakah dengan adanya kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan harga dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Gojek khususnya di Kota Tangerang.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Asosiatif kausal. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis.  Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh secara positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Harga memberikan pengaruh yang negatif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan dan harga Secara simultan dengan menggunakan uji F diketahui memberikan pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna aplikasi Go-jek di Kota Tangerang.Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, harga, kepuasan pelanggan Abstract-The purpose of this research is to find out whether the existence of good service quality and price can affect Gojek customer satisfaction in Tangerang City. The research method used is causal associative. The sample used was 100 respondents. The progress of this online transportation company certainly depends on the quality of service provided to its customers. Companies engaged in online-based transportation service providers are required to provide good service to their customers in order to satisfy their customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. The research method used is quantitative research methods with non-experimental research design. Sampling in this study was carried out by using a quota sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 384 respondents. The method of data collection was carried out using service quality instruments with 57 valid items and customer satisfaction instruments with 29 valid items. Based on the Cronbach Alpha formula, the reliability coefficient of the service quality instrument is 0.978 and the customer satisfaction instrument is 0.907, which means that these two scales are very reliable. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. This means that the better the quality of service provided by online taxibike service providers in Karawang, the higher customer satisfaction. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction by 1.7%, while the other 98.3% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The suggestions for further research are examining other variables that can affect customer satisfaction, such as service quality and price.Keywords: Service quality, customer satisfaction, online taxibike Kemajuan perusahaan transportasi online ini tentunya bergantung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk para pelanggannya. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyedia transportasi berbasis online dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggannya agar bisa memuaskan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian non-eksperimental. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel kuota. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 384 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebanyak 57 item sahih dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebanyak 29 item sahih. Berdasarkan rumus Alpha Cronbach diperoleh koefisien reliabilitas instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,978 dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,907, yang berarti kedua skala ini sangat reliabel. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Artinya semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan penyedia jasa layanan ojek online di Karawang maka semakin tinggi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 1,7%, sedangkan 98,3% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Adapun saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu meneliti variabel-variabel lain yang dapat memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan misalnya kualitas jasa dan harga.Kata Kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan, ojek online

The goal of this study is the quality of brand image, positioning product, products, and lifestyle locations for clothing store the executive di solo paragon mall. The population in this study were consumers who bought products from The Executive at Solo Paragon Mall. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling, ie sampling is done by giving a questionnaire to get a sample based on the users of the product from The Executive who were met at the time of the research, which was taken from the research area. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive statistics all analysis and regression analysis. Descriptive statistics of all analyzes, all interpretations, data obtained, and results of data processing carried out, carried out with explanations, explanations, and explanations. Regression analysis includes validity and reliability testing, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, determination test, t test, and l test. The results of the F test show that brand image, product positioning, and lifestyle have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at the executive clothing store at the paragon mall solo. Brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the executive clothing store at Paragon Mall. Positioning products have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the executive clothing store in Paragon. Lifestyle has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the executive clothing store in Paragon. The results of the coefficient of determination of the results of analysis of multiple linear calculations can be seen that the number of adjustments R2 obtained is 0,63,2 or 63,2%. This shows that brand image, product positioning, and lifestyle have an influence on purchasing decisions in the executive store at the paragon mall solo.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at PT Aneka Tata Niaga using slovin sampling technique with a margin of error of 5% of 155 customers so as to produce 112 respondents who are customers at PT Aneka Tata Niaga. Data collection methods are questionnaires. Data quality test in this study uses the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses (t test) and (F test ) by using SPSS version 23 software program. the results show that service quality has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction and product quality has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality and product quality together have a significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at PT Various Commerce. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction
