This study aims to examine the influence of attitudes, the impact of the social environment, and investment knowledge on the desire to invest in the capital market by young investors. Specifically, this study refers to the predictors of Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991) to establish factors that influence investment desires. This study uses primary data from a closed questionnaire, with 166 valid responses through online surveys from investors in several university investment galleries in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the attitude of investors and investment knowledge influence the desire to invest. However, the impact of the social environment did not succeed in triggering the investment desire of young investors. These finding underscores the influence of the social environment only being a support, meanwhile, the internal factors of the individual are the main ones making young investors want to invest. As a practical contribution, these finding suggest a positive attitude and increase investment-related knowledge can be applied as a strategy to attract new investors in the capital market. Abstract The COVID-19 epidemic spreads around the world early in 2020. As a public emergency, the COVID-19 epidemic has caused a public psychological crisis such as panic, anxiety and worry. Government trust and social support are considered social environmental factors affecting the public psychological crisis, but there is a lack of strong empirical evidence. Thus, it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of government trust and social support on the public psychological crisis. Through regression analysis of the questionnaire during the pandemic, we found that government trust helps reduce public psychological crises, but informal social support increases public psychological crises. Therefore, strengthening government trust and preventing the negative effects of informal social support are effective ways to alleviate public psychological crises.

Nowadays in order to achieve sustainable development, organizations are required to take on their social and environmental responsibility and give information about the impact of their activities in the environment.
This information is usually presented through sustainability reports, which widely differ in content and layout. Many organizations worldwide have assumed their responsibility by implementing Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and United Nations Global Compact (GC) guidelines.
We consider that the information regarding socio-environmental responsibility, should meet the characteristics of the good accounting information, and be based on the accounting principles in order to increase its utility.
To know it, we carried out an empirical research in order to determinate the general characteristics of the reports made under both GRI and GC guidance. We concluded that in most cases the information as presented in the analyzed reports does not meet the minimum requirements of good accounting information.
Consequently, we decided to make a proposal and show the analyzed indicators in the Social Environmental Report developed according to the FCE-UNLP model (Fernández Lorenzo and Geba, 2008), which we consider as a true accounting statement.

AbstractThe effects of marriage between biological relatives on the incidence of childhood genetic illness and mortality are of major policy significance, as rates of consanguinity exceed 50% in various countries. Empirical research on this question is complicated by the fact that consanguinity is often correlated with poverty and other unobserved characteristics of households, which may have independent effects on mortality. This study has developed an instrumental variables empirical strategy to re-examine this question, based on the concept that the availability of unmarried cousins of the opposite gender at the time of marriage creates quasi-random variation in the propensity to marry consanguineously. Using primary data collected in Bangladesh in 2006–07 and Pakistan in 2009–10, the study found that previous estimates of the impact of consanguinity on child health were biased and falsely precise. The study also empirically investigated the social and economic causes of consanguinity (including marital quality) and concludes that marrying a cousin can have positive economic effects for one’s natal family, by allowing deferral of dowry payments until after marriage.

Serang city is the capital city of Banten province surrounded by cities and counties nearby. At this time serang city has become center of activities and migration of the counties nearits that cause the past population growth. This of course will affect to the building both physical and non physical ones. At the same time environment problem increases too, such as the height of temperature , the increase of air pollution, trafkic jam, the decrease of water quality. One of the ways of handling the problems is bye keeping and developing green open space, that will become city forest. This research is to find out the potency of the impact of city forest management to envirounment in Serang city, like air quality. CO2 decrease, noise, moisture, and potency of carbon as well as potency of water absorbance. Research methodoly used is using primary data of environmental quality test in fivelocation in Serang city which is placed near the city forest area to colculate the potency of carbon absorbance using formula of biomassa tree calcution which is calculated based on the ability of plantation water absorbance. The research show that the value of physical environment in city forest area is better than the condition of physical environment which is forer from the city forest.
