Child abuse is increasingly happening every day. Even cases of child abuse are mostly perpetrated by parents. Many people who know, but those who do know just tend to leave and seem unconcerned because of the notion that violence is not their problem. There is also an assumption that violence against children is one of the methods of education given by parents to children. So it is not right for other parties to interfere in the problem of educating children. The existence of these assumptions makes people become indifferent and allow violence. The problem is there is a criminal threat for those who allow child abuse. In this article, the normative legal approach is to use literature or literature studies and qualitative descriptive analysis of the problem. This research shows the ignorance of the public regarding the threat of crime because of acts of omitting violence against children which is known to make child violence increase and have a greater impact in the future. Regarding the omission of violence against children itself has been regulated in Article 78 of the Child Protection Act, whereby anyone who does not allow violence against children can be subject to criminal threats.

Child rights are an integral part of human rights so that the government must develop the obligation to protect, fulfill and respect the rights of children especially the rights of children who are victims of violence, because violence against children especially in Indonesia is increasing recently. Therefore, the form of legal protection against the rights of children who are victims of violence can be given in a repressive form that is done in a systematic way, through a series of programs, stimulation, training, education, prayer guidance, games and can also be provided through legal aid called advocacy and child protection laws. While the concept of legal protection of child rights in the future must do law reform of child protection system in Indonesia with the aim to give justice, certainty and benefit to children in Indonesia in particular so as to protect and guarantee the rights of children who become victims violence. In order for child protection law in Indonesia in the future to be able to really give protection to child rights which become victims of violence, then child protection law must be free from humanity principle based on human rights.

The occurrence of violence against children is due to trivial problems, in this violence mostly occurs in children, even the impact of violence on children is very dangerous, because many children will be depressed, have prolonged trauma, are sensitive, tend to be quiet, rebellious, and more dangerous. Our lifestyle and work patterns are undergoing changes. One of them is the implementation of the Work From Home (WFH) system which is triggered by the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic that is sweeping the world. WFH was considered as one of the most effective steps to reduce the spread of the pandemic. However, WFH also has shortcomings which cannot facilitate the work process optimally, both physically and psychologically. In this day and age, the boundaries between working and living are slowly fading away and are no longer distinctly separate. Work or live activities no longer require their respective spaces, but can also be done in the same space. In connection with the concept of future dwelling, the public-private blurring character can be an important point that is fit with the characteristics of future residents (millennial generation workers) who are more concerned with quality than quantity of space. The method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method which goes through several stages starting with the identification of issues, the search for theory and literacy, data analysis, and the formation of design concepts. This project is designed as a form of a new typology of work, based on the characteristics of Work, Play & Live that specially designed for the millenials. The Co- Dwell is a cooperative communal housing project that can accommodate and facilitate creative digital workers, who also develop along with the booming gig economy trend. This project is designed to become an embryo for the development of future work-live facilities.

Many of the systems which had protected vulnerable children in China have broken down, but China has not developed a modern child protection system. We present initial findings from a project which investigates responses to child abuse and the potential for developing a comprehensive protection process. The research found that physical chastisement is commonly practised. Other forms of maltreatment tend to be denied. There are no mechanisms to report abuse and no organisation taking a lead in child protection. Furthermore, there is great reluctance by professionals and the public to identify or report child abuse and neglect.
