scholarly journals Influence of Geology and Relief on the Society Evolution

The main aim of this article is to consider the way geological and geomorphological processes on the planet Earth have influenced intellect, language, mastering of tools, social studies and cooperative behaviour, which helped society develop agriculture, live in the cities and build civilization. The formation of society has covered a long and difficult way on the planet Earth. Today society is regarded as a human being, stipulated by action and communication, a system of social living together, during which a person and his spirituality is formed as a result of a society’s transformation into some kind of its social existence. Man is in the centre of a society, which cannot exist without him. Society is a system of social living together. It originated from nature’s evolution, having acquired its characteristic features from the very beginning. Despite a wide interpretation of nature and society cooperation, we agree that the fundamental correlation of biological and social in our science are considered very simply. The biological is identified as the animal, the geological - as lifeless nature, but social - as human. The formation of ancient civilizations at the junctions of lithospheric plates confirms that the quintessence of inanimate (geological processes) development is precisely the surge of the living - human society. Particularly high concentration of the developed ancient civilizations is found on the Mediterranean-Himalayan-Indonesian seismic belt, where the network of latospheric plates joins. Later, in the process of society's evolution, the influence of the "inanimate" on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the "living" is increasingly manifested. It has been proved that the relief as a result of geological factors "work", acts as the essential lever in it. The isolated development of ancient societies is singled out, caused, first of all, by the environment of mountain systems. Conclusion. We notice that the idea of socio-natural world’s character, the coevolution principle as productive means of cognition and solution to the problem of the society and the Earth planet cooperation acquires an important methodological and world outlook meaning

The spatial analysis was conducted to analyze the positions of earthquakes hypocenters in the transit zone of the upper mantle and the focal mechanisms of the strongest earthquakes in the subduction slabs of theOkhotskSeasegment of the Kuril-Kamchatka island arc and theJapanSeasegment of the Japanese island arc. It revealed a significant difference in the morphology of these slabs, as well as in the positions of the earthquake hypocenters relative to the active and stagnating parts of the slabs and the forces that caused the earthquakes. Based on the seismic data presented in the article, it is confirmed that there are two types of subduction of the oceanic lithospheric plates in the mantle. The article discusses relationships between the subduction and various geological processes at the upper–lower mantle boundary. It considers possible causes (including those related to phase transitions) of deep-focus earthquakes, in case of which splitting of the oceanic lithospheric plates takes place at depths near the upper–lower mantle boundary. Subduction of the oceanic lithospheric plates and their splitting predetermine a possibility for the crustal elements to penetrate into the lower mantle and deeper into the D″ layer, wherein new plumes arise and transport the deep magma together with the recycled substance into the crust. Deep-focus earthquakes are a necessary link in the mechanism providing for the recycling of chemical elements in the crust – mantle – D″ layer system and thus leading to the formation of a wide range of mineral deposits.

The main purpose of the article is to consider the concept of security in the framework of the basic legal and constitutional legal category on an analysis of the articles of the Constitution of Ukraine and normative legal aspects (in case of basics of The National Security Act 2018 and The Strategy of the National Security 2020), which enshrine the essence and foundations of ensuring of the security in Ukraine, and also presents the main doctrinal approaches to defining security in the framework of constitutional and legal researches. Research methods. The research carried out in the article is based on the assessment of generally accepted approaches to defining the characteristic features of security as a phenomenon of public relations, assessing the main challenges and threats to the existence of a human, society, and the state in Ukraine at the present stage of their development, analyzing the legal framework for ensuring of security in Ukraine, as well as understanding of security as a constitutional legal category. Research conclusions. As a result of the study, the idea is given that security is a complex and multi-vector category, the nature of which depends on the definition of the scope of its implementation and provision. The legal component is the basis for ensuring of national security as the main way to ensure the security of a human, society, state in Ukraine, which is implemented within the framework of the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine and special legislation. As part of the study of constitutional and legal approaches to defining national security as a broad category, it is necessary to single out its special component subspecies - constitutional security, which serves as the basis for the protection and stability of the development of constitutional legal institutions and constitutionalism in Ukraine.

The article presents the data on the characteristic features of lipoprotein metabolism and the level of vasoactive endothelial factors in children with primary and symptomatic arterial hypotension. Dyslipidemia in the first group of patients is characterized by an increase in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein B100, the atherogenicity coefficient, the ApoLP atherogenicity index, a high concentration of nitric oxide in case of low levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and ApoLP A1. In children with chronic gastroduodenal pathology and symptomatic arterial hypotension, the above disorders of lipoprotein metabolism and endothelial function are accompanied by an increased content of total cholesterol and bradykinin. These data suggest that in children with primary and symptomatic arterial hypotension, conditions for the formation of the initial atherosclerotic process are created due to the predominance of the pro-atherogenic Apo B100 transporter protein over the anti-atherogenic Apo A1, as well as due to a significant increase in nitric oxide and endothelial dysfunction.

The foothill and mountainous part of the territory of Dagestan is subject to dangerous geological processes, including collapses, which poses a certain threat in the places of residence of the population and the corresponding infrastructure (roads, power lines, gas pipelines, etc.). The issue of control over hazardous areas is very important and necessary, since a person cannot manage large landslides, and interference in the natural course of its development seems to be very problematic. To minimize damage, a forecast is required that determines, with maximum permissible accuracy, the state of the expected collapse and the zone of possible damage. The aim of the work is to develop new approaches, using geophysical observations aimed at understanding the initial genetic essence of landslides, and, based on the results obtained, to develop reliable methods for predicting catastrophic events. Methods.Seismic sensors can register vibrations not only of the earth's surface, but also track the characteristic features associated with the state of individual massifs. The speed of propagation of seismic waves is influenced by a number of factors, such as rock temperature, moisture, mechanical stress and many other parameters. By changes in the seismic parameters of the rock, it is possible to track the unstable state of the rock mass, to determine the signs characteristic of the acceleration of the landslide process, the accumulation and removal of elastic stresses in the mass, indicating rock cracking. These data provide important information about the evolution of steep slope instability towards catastrophic failure. Results. For the first time in the Caucasus, the kinematic parameters of a landslide rock mass, which is in unstable equilibrium on a steep slope, posing a danger of collapse on the regional center Gunib in Dagestan, have been investigated. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of various external dynamic influences, microseisms caused by storm cyclones in the ocean, earthquakes have been determined. Within the framework of the task, the natural frequencies and amplitudes of the rock mass vibration were determined, as well as its response to the fluctuations of a distant seismic event

In the presence of cycloheximide (CHX) to inhibit protein synthesis, a high concentration of staurosporine (STS) induces almost all cells in explant cultures of 8/8 types of newborn mouse organs and 3/3 types of adult mouse organs to die with the characteristic features of apoptosis. Eggs and blastomeres also die in this way when treated with STS and CHX, although they are less sensitive to this treatment than trophectoderm or inner cell mass cells whose sensitivity resembles that of other developing cells. Human red blood cells are exceptional in being completely resistant to treatment with STS and CHX. As (STS plus CHX)-induced cell deaths have been shown to display the characteristic features of programmed cell death (PCD), we conclude that all mammalian nucleated cells are capable of undergoing PCD and constitutively express all the proteins required to do so. It seems that the machinery for PCD is in place and ready to run, even though its activation often depends on new RNA and protein synthesis.
