AbstractThe research aimed to describe the female character (Kuggy) in “Perahu Kertas “ novel wrote Dewi Lestari. The benefit of this study was expected to enrich the wealth of knowledge, especially in the field of study Indonesian language and literature. The data in this study were words, sentences, and phrases that impling the female character in the Perahu Kertas Novel, whereas the source of the data in this study was Perahu Kertas Novel wrote Dewi Lestari work. Methods of study used literature review. Data collection techniques in this study, namely the descriptive analysis of literary works (in the form of documents) or books related literature discussed in the focus of research. The data analysis technique used to classify data that strengthens the research. The study was invented female characters in the Perahu Kertas Novel wrote Dewi Lestari.Key words: Woman, independent, creative, unique AbstrakPeneitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakter perempuan( Kuggy)dalam novel Perahu Kertas karya Dewi Lestari. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya khazanah ilmu pengetahuan, khususnya dalam bidang studi Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, ungkapan yang mengandung makna karakter perempuan dalam novel Perahu Kertas, sedangkan yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Perahu Kertas karya Dewi Lestari. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kajian pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu teknik analisis  deskriptif karya sastra (dalam bentuk dokumen) atau buku-buku sastra yang berkaitan dengan fokus yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah mengklasifikasi data-data yang memperkuat hasil penelitian. Dengan begitu, ditemukanlah karakter perempuan dalam novel Perahu Kertas karya Dewi Lestari meliputi hal seperti: mandiri, kreatif, unik.Kata kunci: perempuan, mandiri, kreatif, unik.

A speech can also lead to a description of the principles of conversation. This also happened in Las Day Production's video “Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid”. This research aims to find out and describe the female characters’ utterances or the implicit forms of the in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The approach in this research uses pragmatic and qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study was using the note-taking technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data triangulation, theory triangulation, and source triangulation. Triangulation of data was generated by recording the speech of a female character in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The theory triangulation refers to pragmatic theory, while the source triangulation is the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production, which is downloaded on YouTube. The research results in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid” have 8 stories of female characters that contain implicatures.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

Imam Al-Bur'i's An-Nabawiyyah poem consists of 43 verses, which contain anxiety, hope and strangeness in his heart as well as praise for the Prophet Muhammad. In this thesis discussion, the author discusses the wazan and bahar and the benefits found in the An-nabawiyyah poem by Imam Al-Bur'i The purpose of this discussion is to know the wazan 'arudh and bahar 'arudh and the benefits found in this Shia An-Nabawiyyah by Imam Al-Bur'i. This research uses a qualitative approach or library method that is a method of data collection with documentation methods through books, journals, and other literature related to this research with the aim of establishing a theory foundation. The data analysis used is a descriptive analysis that is an analysis technique used to analyze the data by describing the data that has been collected without any intention of making generalisasai from the results of the study.The results of this study show that the wazan and bahar arudh found in this An-Nabawiyyah poem are bahar Towil with wazan fa'ulun-mafa'iylun-fa'ulun-mafa'iylun 2x. and there are also some changes in wazan namely zihaf and illal in imam Bur'i's an-nabawiyyah poem.

This study aims to improve children's creativity in learning dance through learning strategies while playing in Sa'adatul Khidmah Islamic Kindergarten in Jambi City. This study is a classroom action research. The design of this study refers to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models, covering planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were children in group B, Islamic Kindergarten Sa'adatul Khidmah Kota Jambi, which amounted to 16 children, consisting of 8 boys and 8 girls. The collaborator of this research is the Sa'adatul Khidmah Islamic Kindergarten Dance Teacher in Jambi City. The data collection technique used is observation. The research instruments are observation sheets and diaries. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis both quantitative and qualitative. The results of the study show that children's creativity can be improved after being given action through play-learning strategies that are applied to dance learning. The results of the observation before the action showed that the average score of creativity obtained by the child was 57.9. There are two aspects of undeveloped creativity, namely originality and elaboration. In the first cycle the average score of creativity increased to 85.83 and all aspects of creativity have developed but there are two aspects whose development has not been optimal, namely flexibility and elaboration. In the second cycle the score of creativity increased to 96.66 on average and all aspects of creativity had grown optimally. The implication of this study is that the teacher will implement a learning strategy while playing to improve children's creativity in dance learning.

TTechnological developments are now in the era of super-smart society 5.0 which is an advanced solution to the 4.0 industrial revolution. The era of super-smart society 5.0 is a learning innovation that changes from basic literacy to digital literacy. This study aims to analyze the innovation of Biochemistry learning in the Department of Chemistry at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung in welcoming the era of super-smart society 5.0. The research method used descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique was carried out using a literature review. The method of data collection was carried out by observation, distributing questionnaires, documentation, lecturer interviews, and student interviews. The research instrument consisted of observation sheets, questionnaires, and interview sheets. The results showed that in the era of super-smart society 5.0, lecturers and students were required to be quick in making decisions and solutions when learning Biochemistry. Lecturers must dig up information and look for innovations so that students can think ahead and keep up with the times according to the era of super-smart society 5.0. Lecturers act as tutors or teachers, facilitators, and inspire students to achieve learning objectives. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that lecturers must have the ability in digital literacy and train students to be able to think critically and creatively in learning Biochemistry in the era of super-smart society 5.0.

<p><em>Wayang (puppet) is one of Javanese culture form which was originally a cult of the local religion. Wayang has a dimension of spirituality that meets cultural aesthetics. This article focuses on how wayang is used as a preaching medium in the context of the spread of Islam, especially on the Java island and the values of virtue found in wayang stories. This research is a type of library research. The data collection method used is the documentation method. The data in this study is in the form of information on the process of Islamization for traditional Javanese people; the information is from books, literature, journals, and newspapers. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. Through analysis of the data, the results obtained are: (1) The names of wayang characters contain Islamic philosophical meanings; (2) The wayang stories modified are packed with deep story themes containing Islamic/divine content; (3) The wayang stories had been modified by Walisanga include virtue religious values, leadership values, and human or social values.</em></p><p><br /><em>Wayang merupakan salah satu wujud budaya masyarakat Jawa yang pada mulanya merupakan pemujaan agama lokal. Wayang memiliki dimensi spiritualitas yang bertemu dengan estetika budaya. Artikel ini memfokuskan pada bagaimana wayang digunakan sebagai media dakwah dalam rangka penyebaran agama Islam khususnya di pulau Jawa dan nilai-nilai keutamaan yang terdapat dalam cerita wayang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pustaka. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi. Data dalam penelitian ini berwujud informasi proses islamisasi masyarakat tradisional Jawa yang berasal dari buku, literatur, jurnal, dan surat kabar. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif analisis. Melalui analisis data tersebut, diperoleh hasil berupa: (1) Nama-nama tokoh pewayangan mengandung makna filosofis islami; (2) Cerita pewayangan mengalami modifikasi dikemas dengan tema cerita lebet yang memuat konten islami/ketuhanan; (3) Cerita pewayangan yang dimodifikasi para walisanga mengandung nilai keutamaan, yakni: nilai religius, nilai kepemimpinan, dan nilai kemanusiaan atau sosial.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using illustrations in digital literature on taking meaning from a reading. This study uses a quantitative approach. The intended respondent is a reader of a book with illustrations totaling 71 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique. while the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the existence of illustrations in digital literature affects a person in taking the meaning of a reading, many factors that influence this such as intelligence is classified as influential and reading ability is also classified as influential. In general, the percentage chosen by respondents is around 75%-100% and if it is confirmed with a predetermined category, this percentage means that the illustrations contained in digital literature do indeed affect the taking of meaning from a reading. and from the interval it can be said that it is in the influential category.

The purpose of this study is to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. This type of research is descriptive, aiming to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. Respondents in this study were pre-prosperous families in Beran Village, Ngawi Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency, amounting to 57 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The research findings show that: (1) The level of welfare in the empowerment of women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (2) The level of access to women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (3) The level of connectivity in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (4) The level of participation in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (5) The level of equality of power in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good; and (6) Empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good. Keywords—: women's empowerment; family income.

Research aims to understand influence infrastructure to school and workplace on teacher performance. The study was conducted in Plakat Tinggi Musi Banyuasin district.Type this research is quantitative research with the design penetian use design this research expost facto capital.Included in this study was a total all teachers in public primary schools as TK in plakat tinggi district consisting of 50 the teachers. Technique use survey data collection, dokumetasi and observation. Data analysis technique using a technique descriptive analysis kuantittaif, berganda and regression.Results stated that 1) is to influence infrastructure as a teacher tk kecamatan placard; 2) is high environmental influences work on teacher performance kindergarten to high as kecamatan placard; 3) is influence together to infrastructure and workplace tk on teacher performance as Plakat Tinggi kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to increase the power output of the solar panels and to know the effect on the solar panel after adding a converging lens and a diverging treatment varying distances and angles. The hypothesis of this study is anticipated to the influence of the use of a diverging lens and converges to the power output of solar panels. This study used an experimental method with quantitative approach. The subjects of the study were used that kind of Polycrystalline solar panels. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with data collection techniques are observation laboratory and field observations. The conclusion of this study is to raise the value of the output power on solar panels can use a converging lens. This is evidenced by the results of the testing are the biggest increase in the converging lens use solar panels to power 900 outputs the angle and the distance between the lens and solar panels with a power output of 25 cm measured 56.46 μW. The influence of the use of a converging lens located on the corner of 150 and the distance between the lens and the solar panel 21 cm with an increase of 203.64%. These values occurred as a converging lens can focus the light so that the intensity of the light falling on the solar panels increases. While the greatest influence use of a diverging lens located on the corner of 300 and the distance between the lens and solar panels 1 cm with a decrease of 63.96%. These values occurred as a diverging lens can refract light so that the intensity of the light falling on the solar panel decreases.   ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan daya keluaran pada panel surya dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh pada panel surya setelah ditambahkan lensa konvergen serta divergen dengan perlakuan jarak dan sudut yang bervariasi. Hipotesis penelitian ini yaitu diduga adanya pengaruh dari penggunaan lensa divergen dan konvergen terhadap daya keluaran panel surya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu panel surya jenis Polycrystalline. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi laboratorium dan observasi lapangan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Untuk menaikan nilai daya keluaran pada panel surya dapat menggunakan lensa konvergen. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian terdapat kenaikan terbesar penggunaan lensa konvergen pada panel surya terhadap daya keluaran yaitu sudut 900 dan jarak antara lensa dan panel surya 25 cm dengan daya keluaran yang terukur 56,46 µW.Pengaruh terbesar penggunaan lensa konvergen terdapat pada sudut 150 dan jarak antara lensa dan panel surya 21 cm dengan kenaikan sebesar 203,64%. Nilai tersebut terjadi karena lensa konvergen dapat memusatkan cahaya sehingga intensitas cahaya yang jatuh pada panel surya meningkat. Sedangkan pengaruh terbesar penggunaan lensa divergen terdapat pada sudut 300 dan jarak antara lensa dan panel surya 1 cm dengan penurunan sebesar 63,96%. Nilai tersebut terjadi karena lensa divergen dapat membiaskan cahaya sehingga intensitas cahaya yang jatuh pada panel surya menurun. jatuh pada panel surya menurun.
