As the economic level rising, the function and stability of civil aircraft have been greatly improved. However, with the development of science and technology in modern civil aviation transportation, the frequent occurrence of flight accidents has threatened people’s safety. The main reason is the internal failure of the engine body or the daily maintenance management is incomplete. Therefore, the relevant maintenance management departments should attach great importance to the first core research and management of civil aircraft stability and safety. In view of various equipment problems existing in the operation of civil aircraft, the practical application of data collection mode and maintenance information disclosure mode of modern aircraft maintenance equipment is analyzed. This paper describes some characteristics of aircraft maintenance work, and combined with the main factors affecting the risk of civil aircraft maintenance, giving countermeasures and suggestions to effectively improve the level of civil aircraft maintenance risk management.

The use of the analysis methodology and forecasting of time series of indicators of the effectiveness of maintaining airworthiness of aircraft of civil aviation made it possible to present the dynamics of indicators as a combination of the regular component, harmonic components with oscillation periods of 12 months and more, and a random component, which represents random processes developing under the influence of groups of factors affecting the airworthiness maintenance process. The results obtained are aimed at improving the safety and effectiveness of aircraft use. Keywords: aircraft, airworthiness, effectiveness of airworthiness maintenance, analysis methodology, forecasting, time series of effectiveness indicators. [email protected]

A survey of the state of the aviation park of Ukraine was conducted: trends of changes in the indicators of efficiency of use of civil aviation of Ukraine during period since 2003 till 2018 were shown, as well as the age and quantity composition of the aviation park of the leading airlines, such as the International Airlines of Ukraine and Aviation Company "Rosa winds "and others. It is determined that the development of civil aviation is associated with the general tendencies of international air transport and is caused both by global and domestic state social, economic, political and other factors. It has been established that the issues of aircraft reliability, flight safety, which are directly related to the maintenance and maintenance of airworthiness of aircraft, and will remain relevant to all countries without exception, regardless of the level of development and the state of the technologies used to provide them. It was established that the main factors determining the relevance of issues of maintaining and confirming the airworthiness of civil aircraft are: the need to ensure the safe operation of different age groups of aircraft at the same time and the use of intensively aging technology of domestic production; insufficient efficiency of the monitoring system on the state of reliability and efficiency of aircraft equipment; unreadiness of the existing system of operation to effective functioning in conditions of mass exhaustion of established terms of service for most objects of aviation engineering; catastrophically low level of funding for research related to the technical support of the operation of aircraft; the lack of systemic action and the unresolved issues in the development of effective programs for ensuring the reliability of aviation technology. The study can be used to substantiate ways to improve the system of maintenance, maintenance and confirmation of the airworthiness of civil aviation aircraft of Ukraine, as well as to overcome the disadvantages of existing systems of monitoring the reliability and safety of flights of Ukrainian airlines.

In consideration of the situation that civil aviation accidents involve many human-error factors and show the features of typical grey systems, an index system of civil aviation accident human-error factors is built using human factor analysis and classification system model. With the data of accidents happened worldwide between 2008 and 2011, the correlation between human-error factors can be analyzed quantitatively using the method of grey relational analysis. Research results show that the order of main factors affecting pilot human-error factors is preconditions for unsafe acts, unsafe supervision, organization and unsafe acts. The factor related most closely with second-level indexes and pilot human-error factors is the physical/mental limitations of pilots, followed by supervisory violations. The relevancy between the first-level indexes and the corresponding second-level indexes and the relevancy between second-level indexes can also be analyzed quantitatively.

The project progress control during equipment installation phase is a weak link in the whole construction process, and also the important and difficult part for supervision unit to implement the progress control. From the perspective of supervision unit, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the progress control during equipment installation phase. Base on the analysis, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.

In our initial publication on this subject1) we reported results demonstrating that contrast is the most important factor in producing the high image quality required for reliable image analysis. We also listed the factors which enhance contrast in order of the experimentally determined magnitude of their effect. The two most powerful factors affecting image contrast attainable with sheet film are beam intensity and KV. At that time we had only qualitative evidence for the ranking of enhancing factors. Later we carried out the densitometric measurements which led to the results outlined below.Meaningful evaluations of the cause-effect relationships among the considerable number of variables in preparing EM negatives depend on doing things in a systematic way, varying only one parameter at a time. Unless otherwise noted, we adhered to the following procedure evolved during our comprehensive study:Philips EM-300; 30μ objective aperature; magnification 7000- 12000X, exposure time 1 second, anti-contamination device operating.

ABSTRACTThe geographic position, astronomic factors (e.g. the Earth’s maximum distance from the Sun during winter), ice cover and altitude are the main factors affecting the climate of the Antarctic, which is the coldest place on Earth. Parts of Antarctica are facing the most rapid rates of anthropogenic climate change currently seen on the planet. Climate changes are occurring throughout Antarctica, affecting three major groups of environmental variables of considerable biological significance: temperature, water, UV-B radiation.Low diversity ecosystems are expected to be more vulnerable to global changes than high diversity ecosystems

The presented study determines the role of business aviation in the modern economy and examines the specific features of its development in Russia.Aim. The study aims to analyze the development of business aviation in Russia and its correlation with economic development in general.Tasks. The authors determine the benefits of business aviation as a business tool, examine the specific features of the Russian business aviation market and problems of its development, and identify factors that affect the development of business aviation in Russia.Methods. This study uses the methods of comparative and retrospective analysis, cross-country comparison, systems approach, and expert analytics.Results. Business aviation is a new segment of civil aviation for Russia. Therefore, it is advisable to rely on foreign practices in the management of its development. In many countries, business aviation is a separate industry that specializes in providing transport services to a wide range of corporate clients and/or individuals. The development of this industry is associated with the economic growth rate and the development level of the national economy, and also depends on the national institutional specifics. This study describes the specific features of development of business aviation in Russia and problems arising in the organization and management of this type of business.Conclusions. The authors develop a system of factors affecting the development of business aviation in Russia, describe the major problems of this industry, and propose solutions. The results of this study can be used in the development (adjustment) of business aviation development strategies in Russia both at the industrial and corporate level, and in the implementation of the national policy in this field.

Abstract:: Thanks to their excellent corrosion resistance, superior mechanical properties and good biocompatibility, titanium (Ti) and Ti alloys are extensively applied in biomedical fields. Pitting corrosion is a critical consideration for the reliability of Ti and Ti alloys used in the human body. Therefore, this article focuses on the pitting corrosion of Ti and Ti alloys, which introduces the growth stages of pitting corrosion and its main influencing factors. Three stages, i.e. (1) breakdown of passive film, (1) metastable pitting, and (3) propagation of pitting, are roughly divided to introduce the pitting corrosion. As reviewed, corrosive environment, applied potential, temperature and alloy compositions are the main factors affecting the pitting corrosion of Ti and Ti alloys. Moreover, the pitting corrosion of different types Ti alloys are also reviewed to correlate the types of Ti alloys and the main factors of pitting corrosion. Roughly speaking, β-type Ti alloys have the best pitting corrosion resistance among the three types of Ti alloys.
