Abstract. This study examined the relationship between self compassion, academic stress and self adjustment of new student at Faculty of Psychology Makassar State University. The subjects were 34 Student from Faculty of Psychology  Makassar State University by random sampling. Data retrieval is done using a scale of self compassion, academic stress scale and self adjustment scale. The data was then processed using the statistical parametric Regression analysis. The analysis shows that there is a relationship between self compassion and academic stress to self adjustment.  Keywords: Self compassion, academic stress, self adjustment Abstrak. Studi ini meneliti tentang pengaruh self compassion terhadap stress akademik dan penyesuaian diri pada mahasiswa baru. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Negeri Makassar angkatan 2015 sebanyak 34 orang  dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala self compassion, skala stress akademik dan skala penyesuaian diri. Data kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan statistik parametrik yaitu analisis regresi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh self compassion dan stress akademik terhadap peyesuaian diri.  Kata Kunci: Self compassion, stress akademik, penyesuaian diri

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family and peer emotional support and self-compassion among the final year undergraduate students amid COVID-19 pandemic. A total number of 61 undergraduate students whose ages ranged from 19 to 26 years and who are completing their thesis at the time of this study were selected randomly. Data were collected using questionnaires of self-compassion, and family and peer emotional support which were distributed online. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that there is a significant relationship between emotional support from family and peers with self-compassion. However, when the analysis was conducted partially, only the relationship between family emotional support and self-compassion that is significant; while, the relationship between peer emotional support and self-compassion is not proved. It can be concluded from the results that there is a simultaneous relationship between family emotional support and peer emotional support with self-compassion owned by students who are completing their thesis during the COVID-19 pandemic.Keywords: Emotional support, family, peer, self-compassion, students Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara dukungan emosional keluarga dan teman sebaya dengan self-compassion pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir pada masa pandemic COVID-19. Sejumlah 61 mahasiswa yang sedang menyelesaikan tugas akhir dengan rentang usia 19 sampai 26 tahun direkrut menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala self-compassion, dan dukungan emosional keluarga dan teman sebaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan emosional keluarga dan teman sebaya dengan self-compassion. Secara parsial, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan emosional keluarga dengan self-compassion, namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara dukungan emosional teman sebaya dengan self-compassion.  Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan secara simultan antara dukungan emosional keluarga dan dukungan emosional teman sebaya dengan self-compassion yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa yang sedang menyelesaikan skripsi pada masa pandemi COVID-19.

The purpose this study was to determine the relationship between secure attachment with achievement motivation,  the relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation, and the relationship between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement motivation in adolescents students. The population of this research was students of class X, XI and XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Tebing Tinggi. The sample was 103 students were take by stratified random sampling technique. This study used secure attachment scale, autonomy scale, and achievement motivation scale. Double regression analysis showed FCOUNT  33, 482 with  p = 0,000 (p0,005). The result indicate that there was significant correlation between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement. Patrially, there is a significant relationship secure attachment with achievement rxy = 0,365 with  p 0,01 and there is a significant relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation  rxy = 0,361 with  p 0,01. R2 square value was 0, 527 it means that secure attachment and autonomy simultaneously contribute 52,7% toward achievement motivation.

Abstract. This study examined  the relationship between task oriented leadership style and management of non financial rewards to work motivation at PT.XYZ  Surabaya. Variables measured by the scale of the study variables 4 choices. Research subjects were 62 employees were taken random sampling. Data collected were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of multiple regression analysis showed variable task oriented leadership style and management on non financial   rewards   associated   significantly  with work motivation (F = 20,911; p = 0,000). Both variables contributed 41,50% of the work motivation. Separately, task oriented leadership style has a highly significant correlation with motivation to work at t = 5,565 amd   p=0,000 ( p< 0,01), non financial rewards management while  significantly    correlated   with   motivation  to  work  with t = 3,997  and  p = 0,000 ( p< 0,01 ).Keywords : task oriented leadership style, management of non financial rewards, work motivation

Pada perkembangan era digital saat ini istilah kecanduan sudah memiliki perkembangan yang sangat dinamis, bukan hanya kecanduan narkoba namun kecanduan gawai merupakan bentuk kecanduan yang berbahaya dan memiliki efek yang luas dimasyarakat. Generasi Z, merupakan populasi usia dewasa muda saat ini, generasi ini berkembang di era digital, sehingga pembentukan kopingnya pun terpengaruh oleh hal tersebut. Pada usia dewasa muda, biasanya orang sedang dalam fase pendidikan tinggi sebagai mahasiswa, mahasiswa disibukkan oleh berbagai kesibukan baik akademik maupun non akademik. Hal ini membuat mahasiswa rentan mengalami stres. Salah satu stresor yang mahasiswa rasakan selama perkuliahannya yaitu  berkaitan dengan stres akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran tingkat ketergantungan gawai dan tingkat stres akademik pada mahasiswa di FIK UI dan untuk mencari hubungan keduanya menggunakan kuesioner Academic Stress Scale (ASS) dan Test for Gadget Dependency. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional, teknik sampel menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling dengan melibatkan 229 mahasiswa. Hasil analisis uji statistik chi-square didapatkan  p= 0,000 dan nilai p < a = 0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ketergantungan terhadap gawai dengan stres akademik pada mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini juga menemukan mahasiswa mengalami stres akademik sedang sebanyak  66,4% dan mahasiswa mengalami ketergantungan terhadap gawai pada kategori sedang sebanyak 69,9%.  Ketergantungan terhadap gawai dan stress akademik memiliki hubungan yang saling memengaruhi, seseorang dengan ketergantungan gawai yang tinggi akan memiliki stress akademik yang tinggi pula dan sebaliknya. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini mahasiswa perlu aware dengan perilaku dalam menggunakan gawai.Kata kunci: ketergantungan gawai; mahasiswa keperawatan; stres akademik

This research is designed to identify the relationship between internal organizational trust and job engagement in Higher Education of Kurdistan and Islamic Azad Higher Education in Sanandaj. We have used Shakli Zalbak’s questionnaire (2000) to measure internal organizational trust and Schaufeli and Bakker’s questionnaire (2003) to identify job engagement. The population is Kurdistan Higher Education and Islamic Azad staffs which are 475 people and we have chosen 212 statistical samples by using Cochran formula and random sampling. This research is based on practical purpose and descriptive collection method is correlation. We have used questionnaire to gather information. We have analyzed information by Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The result of hypotheses shows that there is significant and direct relationship between internal organizational trust and job engagement. The result of regression analysis shows that explicit environment determined 49 percent of job engagement variance. The sense of identity of organization and the sense ofattention from colleagues, managers and organization determine 26 and 18 percent of job engagement variance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance of PT Pos Type C Manado. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach to measure and influence the relationship between motivation and job performance. The current study aimed to investigate the correlation between cognitive distortions and academic stress among intermediate school teachers before and during admitting work at Dilam region in Saudi Arabia. The sample comprised of 120 females, with 63 trainee students from Education College, fourth year, and 57 intermediate school teachers with various years of experience. The sample aged from 20 to 23 years for trainee students, and from 30 to 50 years for intermediate school teachers. Cognitive distortions Scale, (Qurashi, 2016) and the Academic Stress Scale (Hussain,2015) were used to assess the major variables of the study. The study adopted a descriptive design to test the correlation between variables. The results showed that teachers of the intermediate stage before and during admitting actual work have moderate cognitive distortions and academic stress level. Analysis of variance showed that no statistically significant difference in cognitive distortions attributed to specialization and that experience was not a significant factor. Futher, interaction between specialization and experience was not significant. Similarly, results implied that there were significant differences between specialization and experience on academic Stress. Also the results indicated that all coefficients were statistically significant. It showed the strong direct correlation between cognitive distortions and academic stress.

Academic stress is an individual response that arises because of their inability to complete or complete academic demands. This study aims to determine the relationship between adversity quotient and academic stress in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin. This research is a correlational quantitative study. The population in this study were all students of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin, with a sample of 114 subjects. Data collection techniques in this study used the adversity quotient scale (ɑ = 0.949) and the academic stress scale (ɑ = 0.945). The data analysis technique used Pearson's product-moment correlation with the help of SPSS 18.0. The results of the research data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient (rxy) was -0.247 with a significance of 0.004 <0.05, meaning that there was a significant negative relationship between adversity quotient and academic stress in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin. In this study, the influence of the adversity quotient variable with academic stress was 6.1%.

This research aims to analyze: (1) The influence of self-efficacy toward Entrepreneurial interest on students of Padang State University (2) The influence of tolerance for risk toward Entrepreneurial interest on students of Padang State University (3) The influence of work freedom toward Entreprenurial interest on students of Padang State University. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study were all active students of Padang State University. In this study the number of samples was determined using the Cochran formula sample obtained 100 people taken using purporsive sampling that the sample is chosen by several consideration according to its proportions and the chances are that each member of the population will be the same sample. This study was analyzed by multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program.Regarding the causal model proposed, the data confirm the relationship set out in the hypothesis. It can therefore be stated that (1) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest on student of Padang State University  (2) Tolerance for Risk Support has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest on student of Padang State University (3) Work Freedomhas no significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest on student of Padang State University. This analysis highlights the positive influences self-efficacy and tolerance for risk towards Entrepreneurial interest. However,the interest in entrepreneurship viewed form work freedom was of no significant effect. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Interest, Self-Efficacy, Tolerance for Risk, Work Freedom.
