Accounting as a practical activity was being developed during millennia but the final forming of accounting science is impossible without the development of its modern theory, which is correspondent to the requirements of scientific doctrines of the 21st century. The existing theory, in many cases, is not good at all and, in general, it is the set of technical approaches of realization of double record. The results of economic investigations of the world level show the impossibility of modern accounting science to fulfill its functions because of its conservative character and it was not changed during many years. All these investigations have a direct impact on economy and show that the understanding of the basic postulates changes and the stress is made on psychological and social aspects and avoiding of material ruling.

Legal relations in labor activity are constantly undergoing reform in Ukrainian legislation. The reason for the reform can be considered the imperfection and instability of labor relations. These factors indicate the need to study legal relations in labor activities and understand the methodological approaches and the justification for reforming legislation. Based on the use of both general theoretical and branch scientific provisions, in particular labor law, it has been proposed in this research to develop main fundamental approaches to the methodology of legal regulation of labor relations in the context of modern development of Ukraine. The study revealed that the methods, methods and techniques used in the scientific knowledge of labor phenomena are interconnected and contribute to the formation of labor relations in the world of work. Conclusions are made regarding the nature and effectiveness of methodological approaches, their relationship with the principles of theoretical and practical activity of subjects of labor relations.

The research subject of the article is both world-entirety and a scientific knowledge of it. But not so much the world, a human and humanity are perceived as a contemporary scientific knowledge. The author sets a task to demonstrate that it may be a suitable tool for comprehension of a human and humanity. The realization of this potency requires rethinking of the Modern Age science introduced by a logical knowledge, which is, although necessary, no longer quite enough for understanding the reality shape as well as human and humanity transformation processes.

“What Is Engineering?, Engineering is the mean by which we take “our” scientific knowledge of the world and use it to invent, design and build new technology. In the 21st century if we are to look around in our society, we will see most of it displays several marvels of engineering, which shows why it is an important discipline. The field of engineering consists of a vast sea of knowledge whose boundary is infinite. And through the discoveries and breakthroughs made by engineers almost every day, the expertise and information keep growing. Now we are here to introduce “our” device which can produce different sound just by touching the fruits. This device can also help us to produce different genres of music. This paper can also explain the working principle and application of a FRUIT BOARD using Arduino, this can also be used as a tool for students which are learning or pursuing music. The fruit board using Arduino uno can provide a quick tool in production of music. Today the increasing number of people interested in music can easily afford the Fruit board because it can be also connected with some of the standard softwares such as flstudios, ableton live and logic pro, which makes the music production easy and cheaper. This paper can provide a glimpse of fruit board using Arduino, working principle, software implementation and their applications.

Investigate contribute to the progress and development of the countries. However, there are still countries in which the importance or the support that this work deserves has not been given. In Ecuador in the last decade a structure has been established aimed at reaching this goal, but there are still gaps that must be overcome. Objective: The objective of this article is to raise awareness of the importance of forming a new generation of researchers capable of providing scientific knowledge to society and the world ". Methodology. - A review of the literature of the Hinari database, Medline and articles related to the SCIELO, Redalyc Google Scholar web pages. The analysis of 50 found articles was carried out and the article was made based on the information of 12 articles Conclusion Form a new research culture, the key that offers solutions to the problems of humanity to eradicate ignorance and generate prosperity for the peoples of the world.

This paper presents the case of psychology from a perspective not widely recognized by the West, namely, the Egyptian, Arab, and Islamic perspective. It discusses the introduction and development of psychology in this part of the world. Whenever such efforts are evaluated, six problems become apparent: (1) the one-way interaction with Western psychology; (2) the intellectual dependency; (3) the remote relationship with national heritage; (4) its irrelevance to cultural and social realities; (5) the inhibition of creativity; and (6) the loss of professional identity. Nevertheless, some major achievements are emphasized, and a four-facet look into the 21st century is proposed.

In the 21st century, the world became a sign of globalization: global conflicts, global disasters, global economy, global Internet, etc. The Polish researcher Casimir Zhigulsky defines globalization as a kind of process, that is, the target set of characteristic changes that develop over time and occur in the modern world. These changes in general are reduced to mutual rapprochement, reduction of distances, the rapid appearance of a large number of different connections, contacts, exchanges, and to increase the dependence of society in almost all spheres of his life from what is happening in other, often very remote regions of the world.
