Product diversification Islamic bank as one of services can encourage the emergence of customer preference towards Islamic Bank, and one of the products is the pledge of gold. The diversity of the people's choice for a product make marketing as the most important part, and  the  important stage of marketing is to analyzing the behavior of customers. Through this research, we can know " the factors affecting customer referrers against pawn of gold in BRI Syariah Yogyakarta branch". The author attempted to examine and analyze five (5) factors; trust, religious, profit, service, and promotion.This study is a field research with qualitative methods based on primary and secondary data. The sampling method used purposive sampling, in which the data were collected through interviews to the management and customers, bank document tracking and deployment questionnaire to the respondent. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of frequency analysis which test the validity and reliability of the data questioner. The result found there were five factors in order are as follows: religious and trust get a high score, profit, service, and promotion

This research is motivated by curiosity about Islamic banking services in Riau Province during the Covid-19 pandemic. But before that, it is also important to examine customer knowledge on products and service facilities in Islamic banking, reasons customers choose Islamic banks, and reasons customers use both types of banks (Islamic banking and conventional banking). This research is a field research with survey technique. The population is Islamic banks customers in Pekanbaru and the samples in this study refer to the calculation of Hair et al with total assets of Islamic banks in 2020 as a consideration in determining proportional allocation. Sources of data in this research are primary and secondary data. While the data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics with a frequency distribution. The results of the research found that there are still many Islamic bank customers who do not know about specific Islamic bank products such musyarakah products, mudharabah products, ijarah products,and rahn services. The results also found that religious reasons are the main factor for customers in choosing of Islamic banks. The factor of ease of access to more branches is the main reason customers use both types of banks. Finally, the results of the research found that the most Islamic bank customers are satisfied with various aspects of the services provided by Islamic banks, while the five service aspects whith the highest level of customer satisfaction are Islamic bank staff friendliness, Islamic bank name and image, Islamic bank employee skills, confidentially Islamic bank customer data, as well as various kinds of facilities offered by Islamic banks. The results of this research are ini line with studies that have been conducted in Jordan and Kuwait, where the highest level of satisfaction is found in the name and image aspects of Islamic banks even though there are differences in respondent demographics and the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Objective - This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability and arrogance on fraudulent financial reporting with independent commissioners as the moderating variable. Methodology/Technique - The object of this research is all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2019. The research sample was obtained through purposive sampling method and resulted in 215 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Findings - The results show that pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability and arrogance had a significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting. The results of the moderation regression analysis show that independent commissioners moderate the effect of pressure and arrogance on fraudulent financial reporting. Meanwhile, independent commissioners did not moderate opportunities, rationalization, and capacity for fraudulent financial reporting. Novelty - This research contributes to the pentagon fraud theory, which proves that the elements contained in this theory can be used as a basis for analyzing fraud committed by companies, and contributing to the company so that the company's internal control is improved and the presence of an independent board of commissioners is not only a fulfillment of the company's internal control. regulations made by the IDX. <em>Bond ratings are a scale of risk of all bonds traded, which indicates how safe a bond is. The security of a bond is indicated by its ability to pay interest and repay the loan principal. The purpose of this study is to find out empirical evidence that good corporate governance has an effect on bond ratings. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study are non-financial companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method. After subtraction with several criteria, as many as 20 companies were set as the sample. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and audit committee have a significant effect on bond ratings. Meanwhile, the independent board of commissioners has no significant effect on bond ratings</em>

Sharia banking are interested in getting involved channeling financing to the real sector of SMEs, including Bank BNI Syariah Makassar and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of SMEs financing provided by sharia banking. Then to find out the role of sharia banking for the distribution financing for SMEs in the city of Makassar. As well as to find out the form of integration of the development of the department of sharia banking UIN Alauddin Makassar, through the distribution of financing for SMEs in sharia banking institution. This type of research is a field research, by taking data directly. The nature of the research is qualitative. The data source uses primary data and secondary data related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which describes the objects in the study. The results of this study indicate the development of the distribution of financing in sharia banking reaching 15.93 percent. Then Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar channeled financing to SMEs sector, reaching 20 percent. The form of integration in the development of departement sharia banking is by presenting courses on object management of financing sharia banking and courses on SMEs business.

The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of using Bali Go Live Channel as media promotion digital of Bali Tourism by using EPIC Model approach. Effectiveness measurement is done by obtaining value of empathy dimension, persuation dimension, impact dimension, and communication dimension from digital promotion conducted by Bali Go Live Channel to know how effective promotion is done. Determination of samples in this study using accidental sampling method as much as 100 respondents tourists. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis, validity and reliability analysis, simple tabulation analysis, and EPIC Model analysis. From the results of quantitative descriptive analysis can be seen that the measurement of dimensions empathy, dimension persuasion, dimension impact, and dimension communication entered in the range of effective scale. The results of this study show the use of Bali Go Live Channel as a digital promotion media of Bali tourism declared effective. This is shown from the EPIC Rate of 3.98 which fall into the effective category.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, and Non-Performing Loans on Profitability. This research was conducted at Village Credit Institutions in Denpasar City for the period 2015 to 2017. The number of samples used was 35 LPDs. with saturated sampling method. The data collection method used is the non-participant observation method, namely through observations made on the publication documents of LPD financial report data. Type of data is Quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This study proves that Capital Adequacy and Liquidity have a positive and significant effect on Profitability. This shows that Capital Adequacy and Liquidity affect the increase or increase in profitability, while Non Performing Loans have a negative and significant effect on profitability, this indicates that if there is an increase in Non Performing Loans then Profitability has decreased. Recent studies are paid attention to see whether there is a difference among the factors related to stock in companies listed in stock exchange. Therefore, it is also salient to do the same research so that more evidence can be gathered. The purpose of this research is to find the differences in stock return, corporate value, and risk between the compa-nies listed on SRI-KEHATI Index and those, which are not listed in SRI-KEHATI Index. This research uses secondary data taken from public companies listed on Indo-nesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population consists of the companies listed on SRI-KEHATI Index to be compared with the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2010 to 2013. The purposive sampling method is used in this study accord-ing to the criteria of assessment. The quantitative method is used to analyze this study. The signaling theory is the basic theory of this research. The analysis technique is using independent sample t-test. The result indicates that there is no difference in stock return, corporate value, and risk between the companies listed and those which are not listed on SRI-KEHATI index.

The population in this study is a consumer goods industryand sample period 2013-2017 and used a total of 7 samples from 32 companies . The technique of taking the sample using purposive sampling method The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews. The results showed that the variable, Liquidity, Solvency has a positive and significant impact on profitability ( ROE)

This study aims to look at the influence of Financial Literacy and the effect of Risk Perception on the investment decisions of millennial generation of Padang City. The type of this research is a comparative causal research (causative). The samplesof this study was 96 respondents ofmillennial generation of Padang City that choosed by using purposive sampling method. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data was collected by questionnairy technique and it was analysed byusing multiple regression analysis method. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The analysis prerequisite tests conducted include normality test, heterokedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The data collected was processed with SPSS version 20.0. The results of this study indicate that both of Financial Literacy and Risk Perception has a significant positive effect on investment decisions of millennial generation of Padang City. Keywords : financial literacy, risk perception

The purpose of this study is to compare the performance of The Conventional Rural Bank (BPR) and Islamic Rural Bank (BPRS) in Indonesia using the REC method which consists of a risk profile, earnings, and capital during the 2015-2017 period. The risk profile factor is represented by the NPF indicator, income is represented by ROA and capital is represented by CAR. By using the purposive sampling method, as many as 43 Islamic Rural Bank (BPRS) and 63 Conventional Rural Bank (BPR) were obtained from secondary data sourced from annual financial reports published on the bank's official website. The analysis technique was then carried out using the Mann-Whitney-U test to compare the performance of the two banks. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference in NPF between the two banks at a significance level of 0.006; There is no significant difference in ROA and CAR between Islamic general financing banks and rural credit banks in Indonesia at the ROA significance level of 0.070 and CAR 0.239, respectively. The implication of this research implies that the performance of Islamic BPRs still has a great opportunity to develop in the future and is a big challenge, especially for the management of Indonesian Islamic BPRs and the central bank (Bank Indonesia) as a bank. regulators.
