Relevancy of training future teachers of labor training and technologies for implementation of individual approach to students’ learning has been substantiated. Complex of actions to be taken into account for the successful execution of individual approach to the students' learning has been determined: identification of the basic individual peculiarities of students, which are manifested while studying particular subject; considering age features, defining students’ individual characteristics in order to take them into account in the process of learning, grouping students, developing differentiated tasks for students of different groups. Training of future teachers of labor training and technologies for individual approach implementation in accordance with stages and with gradual complication of tasks has been suggested. Notional stages of students’ training for the implementation of individual approach have been determined: initial understanding of the role of individual approach to students; learning of the essence of individualization and differentiation of training, creation of differentiated tasks; development of creative tasks taking into account individual and age features; formation of professional competencies in future teachers and consolidation of the existing knowledge and skills in implementing individual approach to students; improving the readiness of students to implementation of individual approach. A list of theoretical questions for students in order to understand the essence and peculiarities of implementation of individual approach to teaching students has been suggested. Requirements to the tasks on training future teachers for implementation of individual approach in teaching students in accordance with each stage have been developed.

The article analyzes the issues of selecting objects for creative projects in the framework of training students - future teachers of technology. As a result of the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, it was revealed that attempts to develop such criteria were made in the Soviet pedagogy dealing with the issues of labor training. The optimal criteria for the selection of objects of creative project activity, from the point of view of the future professional activity of students, are described. The experience of cooperation between students - future teachers of technology and industrial enterprises of the Lipetsk region in the framework of improving the technological education of students is shown.

The article presents the opinions and pedagogical and educational activity of August Hermann Franke - a person of interesting biography and multifaceted activity. The main objective of this sketch is to demonstrate the influence of the assumptions and practice of Pietists on pedagogical concepts and pragmatic enterprises. As far as the origin and the evolution of Pietists are concerned, the author discusses the common, fundamental assumptions (internalized faith, active social engagement, missionary work aimed at improvement of social conditions) and their exemplifications in the activity of August Hermann Franke. The fundamental conceptions of Franke were based on pietistic motivation for life according to faith and individual experience in working with the youth. The article depicts the functioning of centres and schools founded by Franke, in which the founder introduced progressive teaching and educational methods, promoted an individual approach towards pupils. Also, he maintained strict discipline and a system of reprimand, reproval, threats and punishment. The sketch stresses the significance of teachers’ training for the role of educators and also indicates which assumptions and educational practices of Franke survived until modern-day times.

The paper reveales difficulties in the process of teaching the disciplines of garment production in higher educational establishment. The problem of introduction of differentiated training of future teachers of technologies at classes of design and manufacturing of textile products has been analyzed. The research substantiates the necessity of teacher`s readiness to implement a differentiated approach and suggests recommendations for its application. The conditions for successful differentiation have been determined. The development of multilevel tasks, which are an effective and most common method of differentiated learning, has been proposed. The fact that it is necessary to compare their purpose and content with the level of knowledge and skills, individual and educational capabilities of students for the development of multilevel tasks is proven. The study explores the ways to differentiate practical tasks for future teachers of labor training and technology. The peculiarities of frontal, individual and group activities of students during the classes on design, modeling and technology of textile products are revealed. The advantages and disadvantages of the above mentioned activities are identified. Considering the individual characteristics of students, it is recommended to combine them into three typological groups. The authors argue on implementation of a differentiated approach to the development of creative projects, to control the acquired knowledge of future teachers of labor training and technology, as well as the ability to apply them when solving technical problems and completing practical tasks. An experimental survey of the method of differentiated teaching of students in the process of design and manufacturing textile products has been carried out and its effectiveness has been proved.

The urgency of the researched problem is connected with the growing role of mass media in modern conditions leads to change of values and transformation of identity of the person. The active growth of the role of the media, their influence on the formation and development of personality leads to the concept of “media socialization” and immutation in the media. The aim of the study is to outline the possibilities of the process of media socialization in the context of immutation in the media. The methods of our research are: analysis of pedagogical, psychological, literature, synthesis, comparison, generalization. The article analyzes the views of domestic and foreign scientists on the problem of immutation in the media and the transformation of the information space. In the context of the mass nature of the immutation of society, the concept of “media socialization” becomes relevant, which is the basis for reducing the negative impact of the media on the individual.The author identifies the lack of a thorough study of the concept of “media socialization” in modern scientific thought. Thus, media socialization is associated with the transformation of traditional means of socialization, and is to assimilate and reproduce the social experience of mankind with the help of new media.The article analyzes the essence of the concepts “media space”, “mass media” and “immutation”. The influence of mass media on the formation and development of the modern personality is described in detail.The study concluded that it is necessary to form a media culture of the individual, to establish safe and effective interaction of young people with the modern media system, the formation of media awareness, media literacy and media competence in accordance with age and individual characteristics for successful media socialization. The role of state bodies in solving the problem of media socialization of the individual was also determined. It is determined that the process of formation of media culture in youth should take place at the level of traditional institutions of socialization of the individual.The author sees the prospect of further research in a detailed analysis and study of the potential of educational institutions as an institution and a means of counteracting the mass nature of the immutation of society.Key words: immutation, media socialization, mass media, media space, information.

Presented current data on the etiology of rosacea, the main aspects of pathogenesis, clinical forms of the disease. Reflects trigger factors leading to rosacea, as well as complicating its course. Modern methods of treatment are described, including the use of new safe preparations of ivermectin and brimonidine, providing a good, lasting effect of clinical manifestations of rosacea. The role of laser technology, actively occupying a leading place in the choice of physiotherapeutic treatment method, is noted. The need for an individual approach in the choice of therapy for each patient with rosacea is emphasized.

С этой точки зрения на первый план выходит задача формирования общечеловеческих ценностей, которые должны стать главным объединяющим фактором дальнейшего социокультурного развития общества. Обогащение опыта глубокого понимания общечеловеческих ценностей у будущих педагогов в профессиональном обучении способствует формированию подготовленности будущих педагогов профессионального обучения в будущем, также важно привить в них систему общечеловеческих ценностей. Annotation. the article touches on one of the pressing problems of our time - the decent education of the younger generation. The article considers the issues of youth education and the formation of universal values. The article deals with the role of the works of Chingiz Aitmatov in the education of youth. With the transition to a new socio- economic period, the moral and spiritual world of young people is changing, including among students. From this point of view, the task of creating universal human values comes to the forefront, which should become the main unifying factor in the further socio-cultural development of society. The enrichment of the experience of a deep understanding of human values in future teachers contributes to the formation of preparedness of future teachers of vocational training in the future, it is also important to instill in them a system of universal values. This chapter explores captives’ fates after their capture, all along the Ottoman land and maritime frontiers, arguing that this was largely determined by individuals’ value for ransom or sale. First this was a matter of localized customary law; then it became a matter of inter-imperial rules, the “Law of Ransom.” The chapter discusses the nature of slavery in the Ottoman Empire, emphasizing the role of elite households, and the varying prices for captives based on their individual characteristics. It shows that the Ottoman state participated in ransoming, buying, exploiting, and sometimes selling both female and male captives. The state particularly needed young men to row on its galleys, but this changed in the late eighteenth century as the fleet moved from oars to sails. The chapter then turns to ransom, showing that a captive’s ability to be ransomed, and value, depended on a variety of individualized factors.
