The article discusses the prospect of using digital technologies in supply chain management, as well as the main trends and features of the development of supply chain management at the plant. The article deals with issues related to the integration of blockchain technologies in the field of logistics and supply chain management. The article suggests using blockchain information technologies to optimize supply chain management processes in the context of enterprise virtualization and digital economy development. The study revealed the advantages of this approach over traditional business management technologies and logistics systems. The prospects for using blockchain technology in logistics and supply chain management are also analyzed.

Digital technologies are considered to be an essential enabler of the circular economy in various industries. However, to date, very few studies have investigated which digital technologies could enable the circular economy in the built environment. This study specifically focuses on the built environment as one of the largest, most energy- and material-intensive industries globally, and investigates the following question: which digital technologies potentially enable a circular economy in the built environment, and in what ways? The research uses an iterative stepwise method: (1) framework development based on regenerating, narrowing, slowing and closing resource loop principles; (2) expert workshops to understand the usage of digital technologies in a circular built environment; (3) a literature and practice review to further populate the emerging framework with relevant digital technologies; and (4) the final mapping of digital technologies onto the framework. This study develops a novel Circular Digital Built Environment framework. It identifies and maps ten enabling digital technologies to facilitate a circular economy in the built environment. These include: (1) additive/robotic manufacturing, (2) artificial intelligence, (3) big data and analytics, (4) blockchain technology, (5) building information modelling, (6) digital platforms/marketplaces, (7) digital twins, (8) the geographical information system, (9) material passports/databanks, and (10) the internet of things. The framework provides a fruitful starting point for the novel research avenue at the intersection of circular economy, digital technology and the built environment, and gives practitioners inspiration for sustainable innovation in the sector.

Современная медицина имеет два приоритетных направления развития. Первое направление - это создание новейших лекарственных препаратов, а также разработка вакцин против новых вирусов. Второе направление - повсеместное и поэтапное внедрение в медицину информационных технологий. С болью в спине могут столкнуться люди не только пожилого возраста, но и подростки и даже грудные дети. Боль эта может быть вызвана многими причинами: как усталостью, так и всевозможными заболеваниями, которые могли развиться со временем или быть от рождения. По данным статистики ВОЗ, 80% населения страдает клиническими проявлениями остеохондроза позвоночника. В Российской Федерации большая часть амбулаторного приема неврологов и ортопедов занимают болезни позвоночника. Зачастую эксперту сложно однозначно оценить объект по некоторому критерию, возникают сомнения и поиски усредненной оценки. Но нередко затруднения в точном определении значения возникают не из-за недостатка опыта, а как раз, наоборот, из-за интуитивного понимания размытости оценки. Излишняя точность понятия может привести к потере части наилучших альтернатив или неправильному их ранжированию, если таковое применяется. Поэтому возникает необходимость разработки все более гибких по отношению к человеческому восприятию информации методов, позволяющих учитывать неопределенность все в большем количестве измерений. Целью данной работы является изучение методов, позволяющих с большой точностью определить заболевание позвоночника по некоторым жалобам пациента. Задачами работы являются выбор методов для просчета альтернатив, выбор критериев для альтернатив, и собственно, сами расчеты по выбранным методам Modern medicine has two priority areas of development. The first direction is the creation of the latest drugs, as well as the development of vaccines against new viruses. The second direction is the widespread and gradual introduction of information technologies into medicine. Back pain can be experienced not only by the elderly, but also by adolescents and even infants. This pain can be caused by many reasons: both fatigue and all kinds of diseases that could develop over time or be from birth. According to WHO statistics, 80% of the population suffers from clinical manifestations of osteochondrosis of the spine. In the Russian Federation, most of the outpatient visits to neurologists and orthopedists are spinal diseases. It is often difficult for an expert to unambiguously evaluate an object according to some criterion; doubts arise and searches for an average assessment. But often difficulties in accurately determining the meaning arise not because of a lack of experience, but, on the contrary, because of the intuitive understanding of the fuzziness of the assessment. Excessive precision of the concept can lead to the loss of some of the best alternatives or their incorrect ranking, if applicable. Therefore, there is a need to develop more and more flexible methods in relation to human perception of information, allowing to take into account the uncertainty in more and more dimensions. The aim of this work is to study methods that allow to determine with great accuracy the disease of the spine based on some of the patient's complaints. The tasks of the work are the choice of methods for calculating alternatives, the choice of criteria for alternatives, and, in fact, the calculations themselves according to the selected methods

Active introduction of digital technologies in all spheres of life is one of the main directions of state development as a whole and separate sphere of activity. The issue of using information technologies and systems during forensic examination is the subject of scientific research of many domestic and foreign scientists, but this sphere remains relevant. The introduction of digital technologies in forensic activities is one of the priority areas for the forensic science development at the present stage and has significant development potential. One of the areas of optimization and improvement of forensic activity is the development of methods to automate the formation of forensic experts and unify the description of the research process, identified features, justification and formulation of forensic conclusions, which requires legislative consolidation and regulation, analysis and definition of the subject area and development requirements and algorithms for the operation of the system interface. Unification and standardization of the content of forensic experts' opinions requires the development of common standards and an information system adopted by all subjects of forensic expertise, and meets the needs of practice. The development of an information system for forming an expert opinion and automatically forming an expert opinion will allow formalizing and unifying the description of research and results of forensic examinations, optimizing the time of forensic experts and potentially reducing the number of logical, typographical and technical errors, and simplifying quality control of forensic examinations. The proposed system will not only automate the technical work of registration of research results carried out during forensic examinations, but will also contain research algorithms, which will be stored in the form of data on already conducted research of similar objects (list and sequence of operations, identified features and their parameters).

In modern conditions of overall informatization, the majorities of children of older pre-school age actively use gadgets and have access to the Internet. However, just one-fourth of parents demonstrate concerns about digital security. That is why the issues associated with cybersecurity training in preschool education, legislative regulation in ensuring the security and development of children in a digital environment are relevant for present-day pre-school education. The study was based on the activities carried out by teachers and psychologists of the methodology association of the Leninsky district of Yekaterinburg. The methods used in the study involved observations, the analysis of information obtained through counseling and psychological checks, interviews, surveys of instructors and specialists dealing with parents in kindergarten. As a result, we revealed the problems with digital competence among all the participants of the process of upbringing and education and defined the impact of parents on the formation of digital literacy. Of special interest is a new position when the modern parent is given a “relief” from a child with the help of gadgets, which calls for family psychological support on pre-schoolers’ secure use of digital technologies. The main task of working with parents is to shape perceptions of the problems associated with free contacts of the child with information technologies and the necessity to control digital information received by the child.

Purpose. The aim of the article is the analysis of scientific approaches to the interpretation of the peculiarities of the development of digital technologies of modern accounting in the digital economy. Methodology of research. The study was conducted using a dialectical approach to the study of the current state of the digital economy. In the course of the research general and special methods were used, in particular: the analytical method was used in the review of normative sources; the method of classification made it possible to differentiate the main components of the digital economy and accounting, and the method of description ‒ to give them a detailed description; monographic method is used in the study of literature sources on digital economics and accounting, system and analytical ‒ in the processing of information. Findings. It is determined that the digital economy is a communication environment of economic activity on the Internet, the result of transformational effects of new general-purpose technologies in the field of information and communication. It is substantiated that significant technological and informatization shifts, as well as growth of potential of digital economic information space stimulate modernization of accounting science, promote development of methodology and organization of accounting process, actualize the problem of positioning of accounting activity. The basic principles of functioning of the digital accounting platform are revealed, which allow to create the newest electronic systems with a significant number of users. Originality. It has been established that the block-chain is a promising accounting technology that eliminates traditional methods of accounting, documentation, processing, registration, inventory systems, while allowing companies to register both parties to the transaction in a joint book in real time, rather than keeping agreed records of financial transactions separately, private database. Practical value. The obtained results of the study will help increase the efficiency of the formation and development of accounting in a digital economy and will be the basis for further research in this area. The article examines the impact of information technologies on the social and economic spheres, as well as the operational and service activities of the internal affairs bodies, in particular. The problems of detection, investigation and registration of crimes associated with the use of information and telecommunication technologies are touched upon. Prospective solutions to these issues are proposed.


The current economic terms and conditions stimulate investments in digital transformations. Digital technologies act as drivers, including for education and vocational training. The companies that invest in information technologies for education and HR training realize that investments in HR and the development of skills in education and vocational training are recognized as key factors of the economic growth. This article aims at analyzing the peculiarities of investing in digital learning technologies in the context of the digital economy. In the article the relevance of investing in HR has been substantiated, and the foreign experience of stimulating investments in digital learning technologies has been analyzed. Based on the expert survey, the possibilities of HR digital training have been analyzed, and the peculiarities of various forms of digital training have been defined.

The aim: The aim of the study is to examine the blockchain technology in the field of healthcare, to analyze the principles of the European Convention on Human Rights regarding respect for private and family life, home and correspondence, to analyze the key positions of the European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter – ECHR) in the field of human rights to privacy, to analyze the European Union (hereinafter – EU) secondary legislation regarding the supply of medicines, prospects for the blockchain usage in order to protect human rights to privacy and improve the quality of medicines. Materials and methods: Scientific works that are devoted to the outspread of digital technologies in healthcare, the provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights, the ECHR’s practice on the protection of human rights to privacy, the provisions of the EU secondary legislation that regulate the supply of medicines are studied. The methodology of this article is based on comparative and legal analysis techniques and includes system-structural method, method of generalization, method of analysis and synthesis as well. Conclusions: The blockchain technology in medicine and pharmacology will increase the level of protection of human rights to healthcare quality.
