The purpose of this study is to analyze whether or not the influence of Facilities, Rates, Promotions and Brand Image on Online Transportation (Go-Jek) User Satisfaction in Surakarta City. The population in this study are all online motorcycle transportation users in Surakarta, whose numbers are infinite or unknown. The sampling technique is an infinite number using the Lemeshow formula, with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers identifying the relationship between Facilities, Rates, Promotions and Brand Image to Online Transportation (Go-Jek) User Satisfaction in Surakarta City. The results show that Facilities, Rates, Promotions and Brand Image influence simultaneously and significantly on Online Transportation User Satisfaction (Go-Jek) in Surakarta City. Facilities a positive and significant leffect on Online Transportation User Satisfaction (Go-Jek) in the City of Surakarta. Rates have a positive and significant effect on Online Transportation User Satisfaction (Go-Jek) in Surakarta City. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Online Transportation User Satisfaction (Go-Jek) in Surakarta City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of Brand Image on HP Vivo Products at the Faculty of Economics and Business of Mataram University and to find out the influence of Online Advertaising on Brand Image on HP Vivo Products at the Faculty of Economics and Business of Mataram University. This research is an associative research with a research approach using quantitative approaches. This research was conducted in the Faculty of Economics and Business of Mataram University. The data collection method used in this study is a sample survey. The population in this study was consumers who shopped for Vivo mobile products. A study sample of 98 respondents was determined by a non probability sampling technique, a purposive sampling method. Collecting the necessary data and information, the study used interview and questionnaire techniques. The data collection tool used in the study was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are performed using multiple linear regressions. The results showed that (1) variable e-wom had a significant influence on brand image and buying interest in vivo products in the city of Mataram; (2) Online Advertising variables have a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase vivo products in the city of Mataram

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the repurchase decision by product quality and service quality in Surakarta Triwindu Market. The population in this study is all consumers in Surakarta Triwindu Market. The sampling technique was accidental sampling, with 100 respondents. Data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondent's answers. Path analysis to identify the relationship between product quality and service quality on repurchase decision s through customer satisfaction. The results showed that repurchase decision thought customer satisfaction were not significantly affected by product quality, while service quality on repurchase decisions through customer satisfaction significantly affected the Surakarta Triwindu Market Kerboard : Product quality, Service quality, Customer satisfaction, Repurchase decisions

This study aims to analyze the value of the density of marine debris, perceptions and participation in Temberan beach and Pasir Padi beach, as well as determine the relationship of perception and participation to the density of marine debris. This research is a type of research that is descriptive with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The study was conducted at Temberan beach in Bangka Regency and Pasir Pasir Beach Pangkal Pinang in October 2019. The sampling technique used was random sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using observation technique namely sampling and questionnaire. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula and the reliability test uses the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results showed that the density of debris in the Temberan beach was more dominant at 10.92 pieces/meter2, while at Temberan beach 3 pieces/meter2. The results of perception and participation are different, with the Temberan beach occupying more complex waste problems. The relationship of perception and participation in the density of marine debris have a relationship that affects each other.

PurposeThis paper presents a critical review of studies which map the urban environment using continuous physiological data collection. A conceptual model is consequently presented for mitigating urban stress at the city and the user level.Design/methodology/approachThe study reviews relevant publications, examining the tools used for data collection and the methods used for data analysis and data fusion. The relationship between urban features and physiological responses is also examined.FindingsThe review showed that the continuous monitoring of physiological data in the urban environment can be used for location-aware stress detection and urban emotion mapping. The combination of physiological and contextual data helps researchers understand how the urban environment affects the human body. The review indicated a relationship between some urban features (green, land use, traffic, isovist parameters) and physiological responses, though more research is needed to solidify the existence of the identified links. The review also identified many theoretical, methodological and practical issues which hinder further research in this area.Originality/valueWhile there is large potential in this field, there has been no review of studies which map continuously physiological data in the urban environment. This study covers this gap and introduces a novel conceptual model for mitigating urban stress.

This research was conducted to find out the relationship between the patient and self-esteem with the aggressiveness of a football supporters because many phenomena that occur as a result of the aggressive behavior of soccer supporters that are often negative and harming others. The subjects in this research there were as many as 102 football supporters with snow ball sampling technique. This study used three scales, the scale of patience, self-esteem scale and scale of agressiveness. Form of the scale used is Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression of analysis. The results showed that the analysis results sig 0.000 < 0.05, or higher score of patience and higher score of self-esteem in a football supporter, can be a predictor of low score of aggressiveness.

Instagram is one of the most popular social media for the public. One difference between Instagram and other social media, is that instamam is more likely to be used to find information and share information with users than to interact directly with fellow users. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the motives and active user satisfaction in using Instagram social media and find out the relationship between the motives and satisfaction of Instagram social media usage. This study uses use and gratification theory which assumes that individuals have certain goals in using media. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The data collection tool is the questionnaire has been validated. The research sample was 70 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The statistic test that the researchers used was the Partial Correlation Test (Pearson Product Moment). Data is processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate users want to get information and knowledge that is happening at the present time. Information satisfaction becomes the most obtained by Instagram social media users. Overall Instagram social media has given satisfaction to users and there is a significant relationship between motives and satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan dengan stres karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan / pekerja lapangan bagian operator mesin pada PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam, dengan kriteria karyawan / pekerja yang berjenis kelamin pria. Jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 40 orang. Subjek dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Subjek penelitian berusia 20 tahun sampai dengan 50 tahun. Tingkat pendidikan subjek penelitian adalah STM Mesin berjumlah 14 orang, STM Listrik berjumlah 9 orang, D1 Mesin berjumlah 3 orang, D1 Listrik berjumlah 8 orang, D3 Mesin berjumlah 4 orang dan S1 Tehnik Mesin berjumlah 2 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah Kuesioner untuk mengukur Persepsi Terhadap Kebisingan dan Skala untuk mengukur Stres. Sebelum digunakan instrumen-instrumen ini diujicoba terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi Persepsi Terhadap Kebisingan dengan Stres adalah ( r = 0,482 dengan p = 0,003 (p < 0,01) ). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan dengan stres karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam diterima. Jadi, semakin tinggi persepsi terhadap kebisingan, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat stres, dan semakin rendah tingkat persepsi terhadap kebisingan, maka semakin rendah pula tingkat stres.  Kata kunci : Persepsi terhadap kebisingan, stress This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of noise with the stress of employees PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam. The subject of this study were employees / workers in the field of machine operators PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam, the criteria of employees / workers who are male. The number of subjects is 40 people. Subjects were selected using purposive random sampling technique. Subjects aged 20 years to 50 years. The subjects education level is STM Machine totaled 14 people, STM Electrical totaled 9 people, D1 Machine totaled 3 people, D1 Electrical totaled 8 people, D3 Machine totaled 4 people and S1 Techniques Machine totaled 2 people. Instruments used in data collection are questionnaires to measure Perception of noise and Scale to measure stress. Prior to use these instruments are tested first. The results showed that the correlation coefficient Perceptions of noise with the Stress is ( r = 0.482 with p = 0.003 (p <0.01) ). This suggests that there is a positive relationship between perceptions of noise with the stress of employees PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam be accepted. Thus, the higher the perception of noise, the higher the stress level, and the lower the perceived level of noise, then the lower the stress level. Key words : The perception of noise, stress

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the trust of co-workers and proactive personalities on career satisfaction by exchanging leader-members as mediation on employees of bus assembly companies in the city of Semarang. Career satisfaction is the phase in which employees’ long-term career needs are aligned with what they get while working. Employees will always look for opportunities and trust in the organization and people who will help them in achieving career satisfaction. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique in the category of staff and foreman employees who have worked for more than five years with a sample of 160 employees. The analytical data in this study uses descriptive statistical test methods, instinctual tests include validity and reliability, and hypothesis testing. The tool used to test in this study uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study, colleague trust cannot directly influence career satisfaction. However, it can be mediated by the exchange of leader members and produce significant influence. For further researchers, they can re-examine the relationship of coworkers’ trust with career satisfaction. And can expand the object of research or respondents under study.
