Given the importance of the development of cooperatives, the task faced by cooperatives for the future more and more severe. Based on the principles and basic joints of cooperatives, one of the requirements to develop the welfare of members in particular and the general public. The cooperative should obtain the advantage or more precisely SHU that will be used as an indicator to assess the success or achievement of the cooperative management in running its business. the method of analysis used in this study is a simple correlation test, multiple linear regression test, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination test, T test and F test. From multiple linear analysis obtained equation = -5710038,987 + 0,329X1 - 0,510X2, so Account receivable member (X1) is more dominant in effect to the acquisition of SHU (Y) compared with mandatory deposit (X2). The result of hypothesis test t1 (member receivable) 8,272> t table2,571 and t2 (mandatory deposit) -4,835 <t table -2,571 so that member's account and obligatory deposit have partial influence to earnings SHU. F test calculation 181,933> 5,786 so that member account and obligatory deposit have influence simultaneously to acquisition of SHU.

This research was conducted at PT Dwigunatama Bekasi, Indonesia, with the title "Theinfluence of the work environment on employee performance at PT Dwigunatama Bekasi,Indonesia". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment onemployee performance at PT Gunatama Bekasi, and how big its influence. The research methodused is the field reserch and librarary reserch method with a correlational approach where inthe process of collecting data a direct observation is conducted on the company in the form ofobservation and questionnaire distribution. work environment is anything that is aroundemployees and that can affect employees. Employee Performance is the spirit of work that is thedesire and sincerity of someone doing a good job and being disciplined to achieve maximumwork performance. The linear regression test is y = 2.55 + 0.93 X and the correlation test is 0.90which means that the effect is quite strong. Test the coefficient of determination of 81% and theremaining 79.03% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test is t arithmetic 14.51 and ttable 2.010 means t arithmetic> from t table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which meansthere is a strong enough influence between the work environment on Employee Performance.

In making a profitability decision, of course the company must have sufficient capital to finance operations in the company. This is to see how the influence of working capital and operational costs on profitability. The research method used by researchers is the method of multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, also performed a classic assumption test that is the Normality, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity and Autocorrelation Tests and also the Hypothesis Test which consists of the F Test and the t Test.Based on the t test (partially) it can be seen that working capital has a significant effect on profitability. Whereas Operational Costs do not affect the profitability. And based on the F Test the value of Fcalculates that working capital and operational costs affect profitability.

This research is descriptive qualitative. Classical assumption test was conducted to determine the normality of the data obtained and multiple linear regression test. In addition, a hypothesis test was conducted which consisted of t test, F test and R2 test. The results of the multiple linear regression equation are as follows: Y = 0.255 + 0.627X1 + 0.314X2. The results of the t-test for the location variable tcount value is greater than ttable value 7.996>1.991 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of the tcount price variable is greater than the t-table value 4.018>1.991 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, Ftable value = 3.12, Fcount = (363.771> 3.12) and the level of significance (0.000 < 0.05) it can be concluded that the independent variables are Location (X1) and Price (X2) together the same positive and significant effect on the variable Consumer Decision (Y). The results of the R2 test show that the value of Adjusted R Square = 0.902 or 90.2% of the price and location variables affect consumer decisions in choosing a house.

This study is to determine the effect of product quality partially on consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in Pamulang Subdistrict Area, to determine the effect of partial promotion on consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in Pamulang Subdistrict Area, to determine the effect of product quality and promotion together with consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in the Pamulang District Area, and to find out the company's efforts to improve consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in the Pamulang District Region .Quantitative associative research methods with a verification approach. The population in this study Pam-Pam Fried Chicken consumers amounted to 7,108 consumers in the District of Pamulang, while the sample taken was 100 respondents using the slovin formula, then a proportional random sampling was done because the research object contained 4 (four) branches. Collecting observational data, questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test (product moment), determination coefficient test, hypothesis test (t-test and f-test) . The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between product quality partially on purchasing decisions. It can be seen from the simple linear regression coefficient of 0.65. The coefficient of determination is 0.6%, t count 2.719> t table 1.984. There is a positive and significant influence between promotion partially on purchasing decisions. It can be seen from the simple linear regression coefficient of 0.32. The coefficient value of determination is 0.2, t count 2.112> t table 1.984.

AbstractThe Influence of Celebrity Brand Ambassador Credibility against Wardah's Purchase Decision. Wardah ad version of Dewi Sandra. Economics and Business Faculty. State Islamic University of Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta 2017. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the credibility of Dewi Sandra as a celebrity brand ambassador against consumer purchasing decisions on Wardah cosmetic products. The research method used is quantitative research method. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of numbers then explained and interpreted in a description. There are 100 samples used in this study, which is a student of Faculty of Economics and Business. State Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta who had bought and used Wardah beauty products. In this research used 2 variables namely credibility brand ambassador as independent variable and purchase decision as dependent variable. Data analysis in this research use validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and hypothesis test consisting of simple linear regression test, simple correlation test, coefficient of determination test (R2), and T significance test. Data processing in this research is assisted By SPSS version 24.00 for windows. Universitas Islam Negeri Syaarif Hidayatullah Jakarta yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk kecantikan Wardah. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 2 variabel yaitu kredibilitas brand ambassador sebagai variabel bebas dan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel terikat. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji regresi linear sederhana, uji korelasi sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji signifikansi T. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dibantu oleh program SPSS versi 24.00 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada uji korelasi sederhana (R2) bahwa kredibilitas brand ambassadormemiliki pengaruh sebesar 25,9% terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 74,1% proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian konsumen dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Kredibilitas Brand Ambassador, Keputusan Pembelian, Wardah

This study aims to determine how much influence the regional financial control system has on the economy, efficiency, effectiveness on the quality of regional financial reports at BPKAD Bengkulu City. The research method uses data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the calculation obtained a multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 3.329 + 0.255X1 + 0.588X2 + 0.111X3 + e, from the equation it means that there is a positive influence between the two variables. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.863 and Adjusted R Square of 0.852 indicate that the influence of the regional financial control system on the economy, efficiency, effectiveness on the quality of regional financial reports is very strong. Based on the t value obtained in the hypothesis test (t-test), it was obtained X1 with a tcount of 2.379 with a significant value of 0.023, for X2 for tcount of 5.461 with a significant value of 0.000, and for X3 for tcount of 2.332 with a significant value of 0.025, while the t-table value of 1.68830 (tcount> ttable). The hypothesis is accepted or a significant value <0.05. Based on the F value obtained in the hypothesis test (F-test), the Fcount is 75.644> Ftable is 2.87. The hypothesis is accepted or a significant value <0.05. This means that the regional financial control system with economy, efficiency, effectiveness has a significant positive effect on the quality of regional financial reports at BPKAD Bengkulu.

Ecological footprint is an estimation analysis or measure individual consumption behaviour resulting in the environment. One of the factors which ecological footprint affects are knowledge of ecology concepts and gender. The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between student’s knowledge of ecology concepts to ecological footprint based on gender. This research was conducted on January-February 2016. The method used was descriptive method with correlational study. The sample was simple random sampling about 104 students. The prerequisite test showed that the data was normal and homogen. The first hypothesis test using linear regression test and simple correlation. Regression model obtained Ŷ = 0.047–0.574X had a significant and linear relationship. The coefficient of correlation obtained was –0.72, which means there was a negative relationship between student’s knowledge of ecology concepts to ecological footprint. The coefficient of determination obtained was 0.518, which means student’s knowledge of ecology concepts contributed 51.8% to the ecological footprint. The second hypothesis test using t-test independent sample, significance value obtained was 0.123, which means that there was no significant ecological footprint difference between man students and woman students. The result of this study concluded that there was negative correlation between student’s knowledge of ecology concepts with ecological footprint and gender was no affect the student’s ecological footprint. The higher of knowledge of ecology concepts will reduce their ecological footprint and it will create a balance environment.

ABSTRACT Introduction. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of internet use on student interest in visiting the UPT Library of the State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi.. Data Collection Method. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were students who were active in the library of the State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. While the sample used the Slovin formula with accidental technique with a large sample of 99 people. Analysis Data.The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis, simple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and determination test. Results and Discussions. Based on the analysis of the percentage score on the internet utilization variable, it was obtained a score percentage of 81.46% in the 81.25% - 100% interval, which means that the use of the internet is included in the very good category. While the interest in visiting was obtained by a percentage score of 79.1% in the interval 62.50% - 81.24% which means that the interest in visiting is in the good category. Based on the simple linear regression test, there is an influence between internet use and visiting interest, the equation Y = 14.402 + 0.527 X is obtained, if every 1% increase in internet utilization rate (X) then visiting interest (Y) will increase by 0.527. Based on the hypothesis test, it is obtained that t count is 5.405 and a significant value of 0.00 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In the coefficient of determination, it is known that the R square value of 0.231 means that the effect of internet use (X) on visiting interest (Y) is 23.1% while 76.9% of visiting interest is influenced by other variables not studied. Conclusions. Based on the research that has been done, there is a strong relationship between internet use and visiting interest. . By using the internet, it makes communication easy for users, provides learning support in helping meet the information needs needed and utilizing the internet can help libraries in improving their services.

Participation of waste bank management is the involvement of physical, mental, and emotional a person to participate actively, contributing, and responsible for the group's goal, in this case the waste bank management activities. One of the factor which participation of ‘Gawe Rukun’ Waste Bank management affect is perception. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation between housewife’s perception about waste bank and participation of ‘Gawe Rukun’ Waste Bank management. This research was held in RW 01, Kelurahan Kunciran Indah, Tangerang City on April to May 2016. The method used was survey method with correlational study. The sample of this research 151 housewife’s were selected by using simple random sampling. The prerequisite test showed that the data was normal and homogen. Hypothesis test using linear regression test and simple correlation. Regression model obtained Ŷ = 92.511 + 0.737X had a significant and linear correlation. The coefficient of correlation obtained was 0.7502, which means there was a positive relationship between housewife’s perception about waste bank and participation of ‘Gawe Rukun’ Waste Bank management. The coefficient of determination obtained was 0.5628, which means housewife’s perception about waste bank contributed 56.28% to the participation of ‘Gawe Rukun’ Waste Bank management.

On the basis of the results of hypothesis testing shows that Muzaki compliance has a significant effect on the Dynamics of Zakat, Amil Compliance has a significant effect on the Dynamics of Zakat, and compliance ofMuzaki and Amil together have a significant effect on the Dynamics of Zakat.
