This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the effect of the level of education, work experience, salary and commitment to the organization’s financial management performance.Sample in this study is the civil servants who work in the financial section in the units of Lebong District, totaling 90 peoples. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the level of education and salary not a positive influence on the performance of financial management while work experience and organizational commitment has a positive effect on the performance of financial management. The results of this study are expected to be taken into consideration for the Local Government District Regional Head Lebong so much attentionto the importance of work experience and organizational commitment affecting the financial managementperformance.Keywords: Level of Education, Work Experience, Salary, Organizational Commitment, Financial Management Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived convenience on consumer interest in using E-Money cards. To determine the effect of perceived usefulness on consumer interest using E-Money cards. To determine the effect of perceived convenience and perceived usefulness on consumer interest using Bank Mandiri E-Money cards Muara Teweh Branch. In this study, multiple regression analysis acts as a statistical technique used to test whether or not the perceived effect of perceived convenience and perceived usefulness on consumer interest shows that there is a positive influence on perceived convenience and perceived usefulness simultaneously on consumer interest in using cards. Mandiri e-money. From the research results, it is known that the determination analysis used to determine the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the independent variables together on the dependent variable is obtained by an  Adjusted R Square of 0.839 or (83.9%). This shows that the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the independent variable, namely the perception of convenience and the perception of usefulness, together has a positive effect on consumer interest in using Mandiri e-money cards by 83.9%. Henceforth, it is suggested that the Company should make it easier to refill balances and Mandiri e-card transactions. -money so that consumers work faster in using the Mandiri e-money card. The company added more machines that support e-money Mandiri cards to increase productivity.

This study aims to determine the effect of budgetary participation, information asymmetry and organizational commitment to budgetary slack with the Tri Hita Karana culture as a moderating variable. The analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that budgetary participation and organizational commitment had no significant effect on budgetary slack. Information asymmetry has a positive effect on budgetary slack. The interaction between budgeting participation and the Tri Hita Karana culture is unable to moderate budgetary participation against budgetary slack. The interaction of information asymmetry with the Tri Hita Karana culture is able to weaken the positive influence of information asymmetry on budgetary slack. The interaction between organizational commitment and the Tri Hita Karana culture is unable to moderate organizational commitment to budgetary slack. This research aims to examine the effect of competence and organizational commitment on the performance of teachers and employees at SMP and SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Singaraja, namely partially and simultaneously. The research design used in this research is quantitative causal. The subjects in this study were teachers and employees at SMP and SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Singaraja while the objects of this study were competence, organizational commitment and employee performance. The research population used was 37 employees. The data collected by results of questionnaires and interviews were then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate (1) competence and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) competence has a positive effect on employee performance, and (3) organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance.

This research aims to examine the effect of collectivism, organizational commitment, and moral reasoning on whistleblowing intention. The primary data of this research are collected from bank officer at Bank BRI Bengkulu Branch by using a survey approach. The questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents, but only 52 questionnaires that can be analyzed or processed. Analysis of the data in this study using analyzed multiple regression analysis. The result of the research showed that: (1) collectivism has a positive effect on whistleblowing intention, (2) organizational commitment does not affect on whistleblowingintention, and (3) moral reasoning has a positive effect on whistleblowing intention. This research is expected to help the banks, particularly Bank BRI Bengkulu Branch in designing strategies to increase their employees whistleblowing intention or in enhancing the institution’s whistleblowing system by paying attention to factors that influence whistleblowing intentions.Key words: whistleblowing intention, collectivism, organizational commitment, moral reasoning

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of competence and motivation of financial management officials on the performance of capital expenditure absorption in local government of Timor Tengah Utara with organizational commitment as moderating variable. The population in this study is the work units (OPD) in Timor Tengah Utara regency government environment as much as 31 OPD. Sampling of the entire population is known by the technique of saturated samples or censuses. The number of respondents was 93 respondents. All respondents' answers to the research statement using questionnaires are the primary data used in this study. Hypothesis testing was done by multiple regression and moderation regression (MRA) Data used in the form of primary data using questionnaires. The analysis technique used are multiple regression and moderated analysis regression (MRA). The result of multiple regression analysis shows that competence and motivation of financial management officials proved have a positive effect on the performance of capital expenditure absorption, and moderated regression analysis shows that organizational commitment had no strengthen the influence of competence and motivation on capital expenditure absorption.

Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
