This study is about the management of Tri Pusat Pendidikan in the COVID-19 Pandemic. This study aims to find out the management of Tri Pusat Pendidikan strictly in the current situation, namely COVID-19. It was done at Universi-  tas Kristen Indonesia within three months, from January – March 2021. The method of the study used as library research, and the instrument used in this study was a checklist document used to record offline or online documents sourced from books, papers, journals and articles taken from Google Scholar. The documents taken are documents that examine the management of the Tri Pusat Pendidikan, as also discussed in this study. The result of the study is that as the critical success of educating children, Tri Pusat Pendidikan should be well managed by conducting a better collaboration among teachers, parents, the community involved in education program implementation, and the learn- ing process during the COVID-19 Pandemic must remain sustainable.

Background: After a successful pilot project introducing interprofessional (IP) clinical education in a rural hospital, expansion to other rural hospitals was attempted. Despite enthusiasm for the pilot project and funding, the university-based project team had difficulty persuading administrators and staff to become involved or to maintain the project. Of 9 institutions, 2 implemented and sustained the project for more than 2 years, 2 initiated but dropped it, and 5 declined.Methods and Findings: A qualitative, interpretive description study was conducted to identify facilitators and barriers to implementing an IP clinical education program in rural settings. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with representatives of organizations that sustained the project, dropped out, or never participated.Using the National Health Service Sustainability Model we identified the staff, organization, and process factors that affected the program implementation. Three staff roles were required for success: sponsor, champion, and gatekeeper. Organizational factors included infrastructure to identify participants and perceived project enhancement of organizational values. Process factors included organizational benefits, compatible priorities, and adaptability.Conclusions: Introduction of IP education to rural institutions requires complex combined factors. However, continuation of the project at two sites demonstrates that when IP education is valued and sustainability factors are present, staff will maintain it.

Background: Dementia disease is usually identified among older patients, but it is not a part of the normal aging process. The number of Dementia's patients in the Arab countries is increasing due to increased longevity and improvement in the health care system. This study aimed to assess the effect of an educational program on Formal Caregivers Burden in Elderly Homes. Methodology: This study employed a quasi-experimental one-group pre-test-post-test design. The study was conducted in three elderly nursing private homes in Amman, Jordan using purposive sampling of 50 formal caregivers. Results: Dementia patient’s caregivers’ burden was decreased after program implementation, with statistically significant between pre- post, and three months after program implementation (p<.001). Findings demonstrated that the formal Dementia caregiver’s education program can effectively decrease burden among caregivers. Recommendation: Conducting continuing education program for Dementia patient’s caregivers in the nursing homes to promote their practices and decrease their burden.

ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian evaluatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis Kualitas Pelaksanaan Program Pendidikan Bintara Di Sekolah Polisi Negara Polda Bali dengan model CSA-UCLA System Assesment (A), Program Planning (P), Program Implementation (P), Program Improvement (P),  dan Program Certification (P). Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Personil/pegawai Sekolah Polisi Negara Bali (Pendidik danTenaga Kependidikan) 140 orang dan Peserta Didik 92 orang di Sekolah Polisi Negara Polda Bali. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara.  Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif  kuantitatif dan diverifikasi dengan kuadran Glickman. Hasil penelitian dievaluasi dari dimensi A-P-P-P-P terhadap, 1) Personil/Pegawai SPN Polda Bali (Pendidik dan Tenaga kependidikan)  adalah T-R-T-T-T, 2) Peserta Didik yakni T-T-T-R-T  dimana T berarti Tinggi dan R berarti Rendah, sehingga menunjukkan bahwa  secara umum berjalan dengan baik dan berada pada kuadran II yaitu terkategori Baik. Respondents in this study were Member of the Bali Police Regional Police School (Educators and Education staff) are 140 people and 92 students at the Bali Police Regional Police School. Data was collected using questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis and verified by Glickman's quadrant. The results of the study were evaluated from the dimensions of A-P-P-P-P to 1) Member of the Bali Police Regional Police School (Educators and Education staff)  are T-R-T-T-T, 2) Students are T-T-T-R-T where T means High and R means Low, thus indicating that generally it works well and is in quadrant II which is categorized Good. Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Dalam Pembinaan UMKM Pada Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian dan penulisan ini membahas hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan Impelementasi Kebijakan dalam Pembinaan UMKM Pada Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian dengan teori Merilee S. Grindle yaitu Isi kebijakan terdiri dari Kepentingan kelompok sasaran, Tipe Manfaat, Derajat Perubahan yang diinginkan, Letak pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan program, sumberdaya yang dilibatkan. Lingkungan Impelementasi terdiri dari Kekuasaan, kepentinganm dan strategi aktor yang terlibat, karakteristik Lembaga dan penguasaan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pengamatan dan observasi, wawancara, studi keperpustakaan dan dokumentasi, sumber data diperoleh dari informan melalui pengamatan dan wawancara secara langsung dan dokumen diperoleh dalam bentuk hasil wawancara dan pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Impelementasi kebijakan Dalam Pembinaan UMKM Pada Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian Kabupaten subang sudah efektif pada Tipe manfaat, Derajat perubahan yang diinginkan, Letak pengambilan keputusan, Pelaksanaan program, Sumberdaya yang dilibatkan, Karakteristik Lembaga dan penguasan, kepatuhan dan daya tangkap, sedangkan pada kepentingan kelompok sasaran, kekuasaan, kepentingan, dan strategi aktor yang terlibat, belum efektif.   The purpose of the authors of this research is to determine the implementation of policies in the development of UMKM at the Cooperatives, UMKM, Trade, and Industry Office of Subang Regency. This research and writing discusses matters related to the implementation of policies in the development of UMKM at the Cooperatives, UMKM, Trade and Industry offices with the Merilee S. decision making, program implementation, the resources involved. The implementation environment consists of the power, interests and strategies of the actors involved, the characteristics of the institution and the power. In this study, using a qualitative approach through observation and observation, interviews, library research and documentation, data sources were obtained from informants through direct observation and interviews and documents were obtained in the form of interviews and data processing. The results showed that the implementation of policies in the development of UMKM at the Office of Cooperatives, UMKM, Trade, and Industry of Subang Regency was effective on the type of benefit, the degree of change desired, the location of decision making, program implementation, the resources involved, the characteristics of the institution and the mastery, compliance and capturing power, while in the interests of the target group, the power, interests and strategies of the actors involved, it is not yet effective.

Though Brazilian academia claims equality, the sector has largely been referred to as non-meritocratic, and academic hiring is still inward-oriented. The Lattes platform, a public curricular information system, reflects elements of this protectionism. This article assesses two ‘obsessions’ in Brazilian academia: the ‘mandatory’ Lattes CV, and the assessment criteria and procedures in public tenders for faculty positions. The current situation is introduced to the reader, and the shortcomings of these methods and their effect on academia in Brazil are analyzed. The following improvements are proposed: (1) evaluations in public tenders based on a candidate’s CV, interview, and a sample lecture, (2) removing the Lattes CV as a mandatory format, and (3) using platforms such as Microsoft Academic, Google Scholar, ORCID or ResearcherID for curricular information. With these recommendations, Brazil can move towards a more open and international-oriented academic hiring system.
