This research was conducted to find out how big the contribution of Prabumulih Regional General Hospital’s website was by using Webqual 4.0 Method in which three indicators were involved, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction based on responses of the respondents, the employees of Prabumulih Regional General Hospital. The overall result was that users’ satisfaction was above the average of 1.00. Thus, service quality of Prabumulih Regional General Hospital’s website met the satisfaction of the respondents or considered good. The highest score was usability indicator with a value of 1.095. It was due to an interesting display and ease of interaction of the website. As for the indicator of information quality, the value was 1.090 because according to the respondents, information quality of the website was good. The last indicator with the lowest value was service interaction with a value of 1.085. The reason was due to low transaction security and poor communication.

AbstrakDigital Library adalah perpustakaan yang mengelola semua atau sebagian yang subtansi dari koleksi-koleksinya dalam bentuk komputerisasi sebagai bentuk alternatif, suplemen atau pelengkap terhadap cetakan konvensional dalam bentuk mikro material yang saat ini didominasi koleksi perpustakaan. Namun, dari sejak awal hingga saat ini belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap Digital Library yang dikaji dari sisi kualitasnya. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan bagaimana pendapat pengguna tentang kualitas Digital Library yang telah diimplementasikan Universitas Muhammdiyah Malang. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pada variabel usability dengan nilai 0,67, information quality 0,86, service interaction 0,71 dan untuk rata-rata dari keseluruhan variabel 0,74. Dari hasil analisis kesenjangan ditemukan bahwa seluruh variabel bernilai positif atau Qi GAP > 0 yang artinya kinerja sudah sesuai yang diharapkan oleh pengguna. kesimpulan yang didapatkan ada 15 atribut yang masuk kedalam kuadran 1 dan 3. Saran yang diberikan berupa rekomendasi mockup untuk meningkatkan kualitas pada kuadran 1 dan 3 IPA. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa kualitas dari website Digital Library masih kurang karena masih banyak atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitasnya.Abstract Digital Library is a library that manages all or part of the substance of its collections in the form of computerization as an alternative form, supplement or complement to conventional molds in the form of micro-material which is currently dominated by library collections. However, from the beginning until now there has never been an evaluation of the Digital Library that was reviewed in terms of quality. Evaluation is do to answer the problem of how the user thinks about the quality of the Digital Library that has been implemented by Malang Muhammadiyah University. Based on the results of the study found that the usability variable with a value of 0.67, information quality 0.86, service interaction 0.71 and for the average of the overall variable 0.74. From the results of the gap analysis it was found that all variables were positive or Qi GAP > 0 which meant that the performance was as expected by the user. the conclusions obtained are 15 attributes that enter into quadrants 1 and 3. The advice given is a mockup recommendation to improve the quality of quadrants 1 and 3 IPA. The conclusion from the study that the quality of the Digital Library website is still lacking because there are still many attributes that need to be improved in quality.

Website Portal Alumni Amikom Yogyakarta yang dapat diakses pada alamat domain alumni.amikom.ac.id merupakan bagian dari Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta yang berfungsi sebagai sarana berbagi informasi sekaligus bertindak sebagai penghubung antara perusahaan pencari tenaga kerja dan para pencari kerja khususnya alumni Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta. Selama ini website alumni sudah berjalan belum dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kualitas layanan website yang didasarkan pada persepsi pengguna akhir sebagai umpan balik kepada pengelola website sehingga pengelola dapat mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan pengguna dan kualitas layanan yang sudah diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan website alumni menggunakan tiga dimensi yang ada pada metode Webqual 4.0. Tiga dimensi itu sendiri terdiri dari Kegunaan, Kualitas Informasi, dan Kualitas Interaksi Layanan. Pendistribusian kuisioner dilakukan terhadap 200 sampel responden. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh ketiga dimensi Webqual 4.0 terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh yaitu Kualitas Informasi dan Kualitas Interaksi Layanan. Hal ini berarti peningkatan dapat dilakukan pada indicator yang memiliki nilai rata-rata terendah. Peningkatan pada dimensi Kualitas Informasi dapat dilakukan perbaruan secara berkala sehingga informasi yang disajikan menjadi lebih relevan. Sedangkan untuk dimensi Kualitas Interaksi Layanan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap keluhan seputar website alumni.Kata Kunci — Kualitas Layanan, Website Alumni, Webqual 4.0The Alumni Amikom Yogyakarta Website which can be accessed at the domain address alumni.amikom.ac.id is part of the Amikom University of Yogyakarta which serves as a means of sharing information while acting as a liaison between the company and job seekers, especially alumni of Yogyakarta Amikom University. So far, the alumni website has been running, yet an evaluation of the quality of website services has been carried out based on the perception of the end user as feedback to the website manager so that the manager can find out how far the user satisfaction is and the quality of the service provided. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of the alumni website service using three dimensions that exist in the method of Webqual 4.0, there are Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. The conclusion of this study is the influence of the three dimensions of Webqual 4.0 on user satisfaction. The most influential dimensions are Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality. Nowadays technology grow extremely fast and it is helpful in communication and transactions, this effect to human behavior that people consider using technology intentively in daily activites cause of its facilities, one of facilities is digital economic transactions or e-money. Due to increasing of technology, there are some companies run their business form e-money based applications, one of the applications is the PayTren. The purposed of this research is to examine the satisfactory of the user who apply PayTren applications, such as the influence of information quality, system quality, service quality and security. The method of the research is based on DeLone and McLean models, then it will be modified. The research’s data is quantitative data. researchers collected 89 questionnaires from the population of PayTren application users in Batam by using a purposive sampling technique.  The conclusion of the research show that there is an influence between the quality of information, service quality and security on the satisfaction of e-money users based on the PayTren application, while it is found that there is no influence between the quality of the system on the satisfaction of e-money users based on PayTren applications.

Based on preliminary studies conducted at Waled General Hospital the value of GDR and NDR has increased beyond the ideal standard set by the Ministry of Health, namely for GDR = ≤ 45 ‰ and for NDR = ≤ 25 ‰. The GDR in 2013 was 49.95 ‰, and in 2014 it was 61.10 ‰, while the NDR in 2013 was 19.71 ‰, and in 2014 it was 24.30 ‰. The results of the 2013 and 2014 calculations show the value of the GDR and NDR indicator numbers getting higher year after year. This type of research is a descriptive study. The method used is the observation method. The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of GDR and NDR calculations. Data collection procedures in this study by recording the results of monthly recapitulation of inpatient visits about GDR and NDR in 2013-2017. The population and sample in this study were GDR and NDR records from 2013 to 2017. The time of the study was conducted on 28 July 2018 in Waled County General Hospital. From the observations obtained the value of GDR and NDR in 2013-2017 tends to increase and decrease beyond the ideal limit that has been set. The lowest NDR was in 2013 with a value of 19.71 ‰, and the highest in 2015 with a value of 27.60 ‰. The lowest GDR was in 2013 with a value of 49.95 ‰, while the highest GDR was in 2016 with a value of 64.43 ‰. From the results of the study it is suggested that it is necessary to carry out medical audits and in-depth interventions regarding the improvement of GDR and NDR indicators and graph the GDR and NDR, so that they can always monitor the rise or fall of these indicator numbers, and for planning efforts to improve the quality of health services.

Hospital is a comprehensive form of health service institution, includes aspects of promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitation, as well as a public health referral center. Demand on healthcare service theory consists of revenue, visit cost and  service quality. Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital Parigi Moutong Regency is a referral center and regionalization hospital in Central Sulawesi Province, which the number of visits in 2016 to 2018 in a row were 19.186, 10.971 and 12.954. The study was purposed to determined Relation Between Requests for Use of Health Service and Patient Satisfaction on Inpatient Care Unit at Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital Parigi Moutong Regency. This was a quatitative analysis research with the cross sectional study approach. The population was patients on Inpatient Care Unit of Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital which amounted to 12.954 sampels and through purposive sampling technique. Data was analyzed univariate and bivariate variables using Chi-Square Test. The results showed that there are relation between revenue (p=0,002), visit cost (p=0,002) and service quality (p=0,000) with patients satisfaction on Inpatient Care Unit at Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital Parigi Moutong Regency. The Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital Parigi Moutong Regency is expected to observe routinly so that maintaining the service quality of the good things and improving the service quality of the lack variabels.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the antecedents of e-banking loyalty and evangelism via threefold construct of WEQUAL (usability, information quality, and service interaction) of public sector banks operating in India. Moreover, it also investigates the mediating role of consumers' trust on the website quality of these banks and their impact on e-banking loyalty and evangelism. The data was collected from 243 respondents through online questionnaire. In order to develop the model and test the hypotheses, partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was done through Smart PLS version 3.2.9. Results assert that website quality of banks positively influences the trust of consumers via usability, information quality, and service interaction. Also, consumer trust plays a mediation role between WEBQUAL constructs and e-banking loyalty and evangelism.

This research mainly aims to explore the factors that influence users' continuous use of mobile libraries. The findings of this study will provide empirical evidence to help improve the service and information quality of mobile libraries. Moreover, suggestions for optimization are provided with the objective of meeting user demands at its maximum. A theoretical model is constructed to reveal the impact of 11 influencing factors on users' continuous use of mobile libraries. Structural equation modeling is adopted to verify the theoretical model and research hypothesis based on the valid data obtained from a questionnaire survey. The study found that personalized services and information availability have positive impacts on the service quality of mobile libraries. Moreover, perceived mobility and information quality have positive impacts on the perceived usability of mobile libraries. Finally, perceived usability, service quality, and platform stability have significantly positive impacts on the willingness of users to continue usage of mobile libraries.

While rail-based public transport is clearly a more advanced and preferable alternative to driving and a way of overcoming traffic congestion and pollution problems, the rate of uptake for rail travel has remained stagnant as a result of various well-known issues such as that commuters either use a more reliable and comfortable alternative to get from A to B and/or that they are not satisfied with the quality of service provided. This study examined the factor of user satisfaction regarding rail-based public transport with the aim of discovering precisely what factors have a significant effect on the user satisfaction and uptake of rail travel. This was approached using both the Delphi approach and a thorough review of the current literature, focusing on a total of nine possible factors affecting passenger satisfaction with rail travel availability of service, accessibility of service, ticket or pass, punctuality, clarity of information, quality of customer service, comfort, safety, and image. Also discussed were 29 extra possible attributes and several measures that were implemented in various countries to increase the service quality. It was concluded that this review will provide valuable information for policymakers, researchers and service providers in terms of specifying the service factors most worth investigating if the quality of this crucial means of transport is to be raised.

Purpose This paper aims to empirically examine career guidance services in terms of e-service quality, information quality and perceived value. It specifically examines students’ perceptions of quality to explore the effects of e-service quality and information quality on perceived value. Design/methodology/approach Students from the University of Verona participated in a quantitative survey, and 119 questionnaires were collected to assess the perceptions of respondents on e-service quality, information quality and perceived value about the career guidance e-service. Findings The results indicate that students perceive high value for the career guidance services; the perceived value depends on both service quality of the e-platform and information quality of the report; and efficiency is the most important dimension of e-service quality, while adequacy appears to be the most important dimension of the report. Practical implications These findings reveal that service organisations such as universities should invest in career guidance services, given that such services are appreciated by students and contribute to reducing the gap between education and job opportunities. In the design phase, service organisations should pay attention to students’ career development needs by developing e-platforms that are easy to use, appealing, efficient and with continuous system availability and reports that include relevant, understandable, reliable and adequate information. It is important to provide students with a report after they have completed a questionnaire. Originality/value To the authors’ knowledge, this is the first research empirically evaluating the effects of perceived e-service quality and information quality on perceived value with specific reference to career guidance e-services.

This research was based on the results of the BPJS assessment of the Guguk Panjang Health Center where the impression value of the Guguk Panjang Health Center was 66.25%. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was questionnaire distribution. Data analysis used Outer Loading and Inner Loading analysis, while data processing was assisted by using SemPLS software. Based on the results of the study, the authors concluded that the quality of basic health services has a relationship with patient satisfaction. There is a relationship between the dimensions of service quality simultaneously. From the research results, it was obtained that the dimension of the service quality variable that had the greatest impact on patient satisfaction was the dimension of Assurance (Keteramplan) with an Original Sample value of 0.22. (p. Value 0.50%). Whereas for the officer reliability dimension there is no relationship with patient satisfaction with a hypothesis value of 0.449 0.05 as well as the dimensions of responsiveness and information provision there is no relationship with patient satisfaction with a value of 0.535 0.04. Thus, patient satisfaction with services at the Puskesmas Kota Bukittinggi is prioritized for improvement in the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness of officers.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari hasil penilaian BPJS  terhadap Puskesmas Guguk Panjang dimana Nilai Kesan terhadap Puskesmas Guguk Panjang 66,25%. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Outer Loading dan Inner Loading, sedangkan pengolahan data dibantu dengan menggunakan software SemPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis membuat kesimpulan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dasar ada hubungan dengan kepuasan pasien. Ada hubungan antara dimensi-dimensi kualitas pelayanan secara simultan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa dimensi variabel kualitas pelayanan yang paling besar terhadap kepuasan pasien adalah dimensi Assurance (Keteramplan) dengan nilai Original Sampel 0, 222 yang kedua adalah kenyamanan lingkungan dengan hasil hipotesa (p value 0,017), sedangkan dimensi yang kecil adalah dimensi Empathy (p. Value 0.50%). Sedangkan untuk dimensi Kehandalan Petugas tidak ada hubungan dengan Kepuasan Pasien dengan nilai hipotesa 0,449 0,05 begitu juga dengan dimensi Daya tanggap dan pemberian informasi tidak ada hubungan dengan kepuasan pasien dengan nilai 0,535 0,04. Dengan demikian kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan di Puskesmas Kota Bukittinggi diutamakan peningkatan pada dimensi Kehandalan dan Daya Tanggap Petugas.
