The subject of the article is the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of technical service systems of machines and equipment, the object of the article is the system of technical service of machines, the purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of technical service systems of machines; to achieve this goal, the tasks are solved: the concept of the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the system of technical service of machines and equipment is clarified; the methodology of the system approach is formed when evaluating the effectiveness of complexes of technical service of machines and equipment; the methodology of modeling the system of machine technical service services is being developed; a set of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of machine technical service systems is being formed; in the article, the research methods are typical representations of machines, expert assessments, analysis and synthesis, a system approach, comparative and logical analysis, and heuristic modeling; the scientific novelty of the article is determined by the development of methodological provisions for evaluating the effectiveness of technical service of machines, the synthesis of a set of standard representations (models) of technical service systems of machines, the formation of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of a technical service system.

Statement of the problem. The question of the classification of housing legal relations into regulatory and protective ones is not debatable. But not because there is a consensus on this issue in the doctrine, but because until now it has not become the subject of special research. In some works, one can find a brief mention of the division of housing legal relations into regulatory and protective, but it is difficult to find a detailed presentation of the author’s position on this issue. Against the background of the active development of the classification of civil legal relations into regulatory and protective inattention to this issue in the science of housing law looks like a serious omission over the past decades. Goals and objectives of the study. The article discusses the main provisions justifying the classification under consideration, examines the attitude towards it in the literature of a housing legal nature. Research methods: the article uses a logical method, and above all such techniques as analysis and synthesis, functional and comparative legal methods. Results, brief conclusions: ignoring the classification in question leads to contradictions in the doctrine of housing legal relations, to the ingraining of unreliable ideas about the ratio of the categories included in this doctrine. It seems important to carry out further research of housing legal relations on the basis of a consistent classification of housing legal relations into regulatory housing legal relations and protective housing legal relations.

the subject of this work is the study of the mechanism of the effect of "neurotech" technologies on the formation of the sixth technological order in engineering; the object of the article is dedicated to the sixth technological order in engineering, the aim is to increase the efficiency of the processes of development of the sixth technological order in mechanical engineering based on the development of the theoretical foundations of neurotechnology in mechanical engineering. For achieving this goal, the following tasks are solved: the study of the concept, content, structural elements of the sixth technological order in post-industrial engineering; the description of the essence and content of neurotechnologies in post-industrial engineering; the development of methods of logical analysis and synthesis of neurotechnologies in post-industrial engineering; the formation of a criteria base for evaluating the effectiveness of the processes of the development of neurotechnological engineering within the sixth technological order. The military cooperation between Poland and the USA so far has undoubtedly influenced the shape of the external security. The tangible expression of this cooperation is, among others, the signing of an agreement between Poland and the USA for the purchase of the Patriot system in July 2017. As a result, Poland joined the elite group of countries possessing weapons capable of countering enemy ballistic and maneuvering missiles. It also adjusts the domestic armed forces to the NATO standards and the requirements of the modern battlefield. An additional aspect of the existing cooperation between Poland and the USA is the agreement on the protection of classified information in the military sphere. In this context, the aim of this article is to identify the scope of cooperation between Poland and the USA in the area of security measures, which should guarantee the protection of classified information considering the interests of both countries. During the considerations, two basic research methods were used: analysis and synthesis. The former method was used in relation to the content of the concluded contract and the opinions presented in the literature on the subject. The latter method was used to formulate conclusions resulting from the conducted analysis. The considerations undertaken proved that there is an area of mutual cooperation in the field of protection of classified information between Poland and the USA. They also made it possible to obtain an answer to the question of what security measures determine the effectiveness of the protection of classified information in the military sphere between the contracting states.

The central notion of the cognitive linguistics “concept” has been defined in a number of ways thus the authors suggest the unique way to treat its structure and content. The article provides the interpretation variability of a concept taking into account two approaches – lingual and cultural and semantic and cognitive one which construct cognitive and discourse vector lying in the dimension of both cognition and communication. Whereas the content of a concept is carried out via multidimensional (thinking and speaking in the first place) activity of a person the work considers its structure (imaginary, notional, axiological and adorative (secret) components being in a harmonious unity with the structure of a communicative personality (pragmatic-motivational, cognitive, verbal-semantic, transcendental levels). Concept is a coherent ethnic and mental unit possessing complex four-level structure. It implies interaction and interrelation between a concept and communicative personality, their two-side hierarchical connection particularly using spiritual halo. The following research methods were used in the work: observation, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, modelling method, which are necessary for the objective scientific definition of the subject in question; cognitive and discourse analysis. The article provides stratification of a concept in connection with the structure of communicative personality.

The Subject

The subject of the article is the study of the structure of low-bit binary adders for an arbitrary modulus of the residual class system (RCS). The purpose of this article is to develop an algorithm for synthesizing the structure of the adder of two residuals of numbers by an arbitrary value of the RCS module, by organizing inter-bit connections between the binary digits of the adder, the combination of which determines the structure of the adder modulo. Tasks: to investigate the possibility of performing the operation of addition of two residuals in RCS based on positional binary adders; to analyze the influence of additionally introduced interdigit connections into the positional binary adder on the value of the contents of this adder; to develop an algorithm for the synthesis of an adder by an arbitrary RCS module. Research methods: methods of analysis and synthesis of computer systems, number theory, coding theory in RCS. The following results were obtained. It is shown in the work that the introduction of additional interdigit connections in a positional binary adder allows changing the contents of this adder. The rules for the introduction of these additional links are formulated, on the basis of which an algorithm for the synthesis of an adder by an arbitrary RCS modulus is obtained. Specific examples of the synthesis of structures of binary adders for various values of the RCS modules are given. Conclusions. Thus, the paper proposes an algorithm for the synthesis of an adder by an arbitrary RCS module, which is based on the use of positional binary adders, by introducing additional inter-bit connections. The application of the considered algorithm expands the functionality of positional binary adders

The subject matter of the study is the development of integrated reporting in the world. The purpose of the research paper is to describe the development stages of integrated reporting and to examine the dynamics of its formation and introduction in the world over the period between 2012 and 2016.Historical and dialectical research methods are used for analyzing the development of integrated reporting in different countries of the world. Other research methods for studying the development of integrated reporting include analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, abstraction, idealization and generalization. The research findings can serve as a basis for introducing integrated reporting in domestic corporations and for defining its economic essence. Applying integrated reporting primarily refers to corporate enterprises.
