This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, utilization of information technology, and innovation on the marketing performance of Putra Mandiri Surabaya Savings and Loan Cooperatives partially and simultaneously. In this study the authors used accidental sampling techniques, where anyone who accidentally met with the researcher could be used as a sample. In this study, the number of samples the authors took as many as 130 people including members and prospective members of the cooperative. Data collection techniques used are using questionnaires and interviews. In calculating scoring, researchers used a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Service Quality, Use of Information Technology, and Innovation have a significant effect on Cooperative Marketing Performance partially. Service Quality Variables, Information Technology Utilization, and Innovation have a significant effect on Cooperative Marketing Performance simultaneously.

The study was to determine the effect of Store Image and Service Quality on Consumer Buying Interest at a famous bakery at Purwakarta. The datas taken from respondents that was questionnaired to 96 respondents with Non Probability Sampling techniques. The research method used is descriptive method which is a method that is done by collecting, presenting and analyzing data so as to provide a clear enough picture of the object under study. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model with the help of IBM SPSS 21 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Store Image and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Interest in a famous bakery at  Purwakarta.

This research was conducted on companies that won the Top GRC Award in 2019 and 2020 with secondary data collection methods. The data is collected through purposive sampling techniques. The sample used in this research is 30 companies.The analysis method used is to use SPSS for multiple linear regression analysis. The results present that governance, risk, compliance (GRC) and intellectual capital have a positive effect on the companies performence that have won Top GRC awards.

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the quality of service and corporate social responsibility BNI Syariah against corporate image in PT BNI Syariah Center, Jakarta. Sampling technique used in this research is convenience sampling method, then the data in the process by using multiple linear regression analysis method. Sample in this research is BNI Syariah Center customer, Jakarta amounts to 100 respondents. This research is a quantitative research and data analysis method using multiple liniear regression. The result of this research shows that partially the service quality and corporate social responsibility variables significantly influence the image of the company in syariah bank. Simultaneously the service quality and corporate social responsibility variables significantly influence the image of the company in syariah bank at the level of significance less than 0.05 or 5%.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan dan corporate social responsibility BNI Syariah terhadap citra perusahaan di PT BNI Syariah Pusat, Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode convenience sampling. Kemudian data diproses dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan nasabah BNI Syariah Pusat, Jakarta berjumlah 100 responden. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan metode analisis data menggunakan regresi liniear  berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel kualitas pelayanan dan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan di bank syariah. Secara simultan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan di bank syariah pada tingkat signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 atau 5%.

This study was conducted to determine service quality and customer satisfaction on the BRImo application on customer loyalty at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Sekayu branch office. The population in this study were all customers at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Sekayu Branch Office, as many as 850 customers in the K1 customer category, which focuses on BRImo users in 2020-2021. The sample used in this study was 123 respondents with purposive sampling techniques. The multiple linear regression analysis results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of this study are expected. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk can improve the application network regularly and provide additional employees in the IT department so that customers can always use the BRImo application at any time. In addition, the increase in the appearance and needs of customers in the BRImo application service can be further improved so that customers can be more efficient in conducting transactions using only smartphones without the need to come directly to the BRI bank.

Public awareness to comply with taxation obligations  play an important role in tax revenue revenue. This study is intended to determine whether taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax knowledge, and perceptions of tax sanctions have an effect on advertisement taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Board of Badung Regency.. The method of determining the sample in this study using incidental sampling techniques with the number of respondents as many as 54 taxpayers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The effect of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax knowledge and perceptions about tax sanctions on advertisement tax compulsory compliance of 98.3%. The effect of taxpayer awareness on advertisement taxpayer compliance is 1%. The effect of service quality on advertisement taxpayer compliance is 2.2%. Knowledge of taxation on advertisement taxpayer compliance is 4.8%. The influence of taxpayer perceptions about tax sanctions on advertisement taxpayer compliance is 92% . This study discusses the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at the Bank BRI branch office in Sidoarjo. The data used in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire that had been distributed to customers of the BRI branch office in Sidoarjo. This quantitative research was conducted with a survey method with purposive samplin technique. The variables used in this study are independent variables that include service quality and product quality, and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service and product quality can affected customer loyalty at the bank branch office in Sidoarjo.

This study aims to research the influence of student’s behavior, lecturer’s competency, and school’s facilities on the student’s quality at Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Mikroskil and Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Mikroskil Mikroskil. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative method approach. The population in this study were undergraduate students totaling 3.493 students, the sample size used in this study is 360 students obtained using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling techniques applied to each study program. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that student’s behavior, lecturer’s competency, and school’s facilities had a positive and significant effect on Student’s quality by 43.5 %. Future researchers are suggested to carry out the process and learning management in improving student’s quality.

This research aim to analyze the effect of service quality towards customer loyalty at Post Office (PERSERO) Pekanbaru branch within collected data by questionnaire and employs multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the result research found that the equation of multiple linear analysis is Y = 15.752 + 0.281 X1 + 1.146 X2 + 0.207 X3 – 1.372 X4 + 0.635 X5. Its mean that If tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables is equal to zero (0), than the customer loyalty is 15.752. The value of coefficient determination (R2) test is 0.383, it showed that the contribution percentage of variable tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy toward customer loyalty is 38.3%, the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other variables. This research suggest to Post office (PERSERO) Pekanbaru Branch to increase their service quality whether in form of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance or empathy in order to increase their number of customer whose loyal to use their service.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of profitability, liquidity and leverage on the value of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The population used in this study was a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 which amounted to 28 companies. Based on sampling techniques used purposive sampling obtained samples as many as 12 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application tools. The results of this study show that: (1) Profitability has a significant positive effect on the Company's Value. (2) Liquidity has no effect on the Company's Value. (3) Leverage has no effect on the Company's Value. (4) Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Company's Value. This study aims to identify and analyze the determination of discipline, compensation and mutations one at the same time the performance of employees in the Office of Legislative Secretariat Batam. This study uses three independent variables, discipline, compensation and mutation with one dependent variable namely performance. Usages of variables in this study is expected to know how is the process that occurs and what are the factors driving the creation of a good performance in the Parliament Secretariat Batam.
