This study aims to identify and analyze the determination of discipline, compensation and mutations one at the same time the performance of employees in the Office of Legislative Secretariat Batam. This study uses three independent variables, discipline, compensation and mutation with one dependent variable namely performance. Usages of variables in this study is expected to know how is the process that occurs and what are the factors driving the creation of a good performance in the Parliament Secretariat Batam. These samples included 66 people who are employees at the Parliament Secretariat Batam.Samples were taken by sampling techniques. This study is to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance at PT. Benua Penta Global Medan. The research approach here is based on a quantitative approach. Sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly. The population used is employees as many as 137 people and the sample of this study amounted to 102 people obtained from the slovin formula. This research model uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and workload partially had a significant effect on employee performance and work environment partially had no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation, work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination seen from the adjusted R square is 0.283 which means that it implies that the effect of motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance is 28.3% and the remaining 71.7% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this study such as competence, work stress, etc. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Workload, Employee Performance.

Village apparatus is an important factor in the running of the government process in the village. Therefore an analysis is needed to determine the factors that affect the performance of the village apparatus. There are two independent variables in this study, namely; work ethic and work discipline. In the process this study uses village tools in Lumajang District as a population with 64 respondents. Furthermore, for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the analysis show that both work ethic and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. This is supported by the coefficient of determination of 73.4% so that only 26.6% remains for other variables that affect the performance of village equipment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of studies in management science, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference to further research.

ABSTRACT This study examines the Effect of Product Quality, Prices, and Promotions on Purchasing Decisions of Honda Beat Motorcycle Consumers at the Kalisat-Jember Motor MPM Dealer. The purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted on consumers who use Honda Beat Motors in the District of Kalisat. The population in this study were all users of Honda Beat Motorbikes in the District of Kalisat as many as 100 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis used included the research instrument test (validity and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test) and hypothesis testing (t test, F test and coefficient of determination). Data is processed using IBM SPSS 20. The results of the analysis using regression can be seen that the variables of product quality, price, and promotion have a significant effect on the decision to buy Honda Beat motorbikes in Kalisat sub-district. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Dealer MPM Motor Kalisat-Jember. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian dilakukan pada konsumen yang menggunakan Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi). Data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemebelian sepeda motor honda beat di kecamatan kalisat.

The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of the independent variables, namely competence, reward and career development, on the dependent variable, namely the performance of Lecturer STIE Trisna Negara simultaneously and partially. The methodology of this research uses quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted at STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang with a population of 55 and a total sample of 45 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Measurement in the questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS version 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the competency variable, Rewards and career development have a positive effect simultaneously on the lecturer performance of STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang. Competence partially has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, rewards and career development partially do not affect the performance of STIE Trisna Negara lecturers. The  purpose  of  this  study  is  to  determine  the  influence  of  price  and  brand  image  both simultaneously and partially to customer loyalty at grand hero Supermarkets in the city of Palu. The independent variables used in this study are price and brand image. While the dependent variable is Customer Loyalty  (Y).  The  research  method  used  in  this  research  is  descriptive causal  method.  The sample used in this study were as many as 93 respondents with the form of sampling using accidental sampling and Purposive Sampling techniques. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the price and brand  image  have  a  significant  effect on  customer  loyalty  at  grand  hero  supermarket  in  the  city  of hammer. Partially  significant  effect  on  customer  loyalty  using  viva  cosmetic product  at  grand  hero supermarket in Palu City. Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  yaitu  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  harga  dan  citra  merek   baik  secara serempak  maupun  parsial  terhadap  loyalitas  pelanggan  pada  Swalayan  grand  hero  di  Kota  Palu. Variabel independen  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  harga  dan citra  merek.  Sedangkan variable  dependen  adalah  Loyalitas pelanggan  (Y).  Metode  penelitian  yang  digunakan  dalam penelitian ini  adalah  metode  deskriptif  kausal.  Sampel  yang  digunakan  pada penelitian  ini  yaitu sebanyak 93 responden dengan bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental Sampling dan  Purposive Sampling.  Metode  analisis  data  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini adalah  metode analisis  regresi  linear  berganda.  Hasil  penelitian  ini menunjukkan   bahwa  secara  simultan harga  dan citra  merek berpengaruh  signifikan   terhadap  loyalitas  pelanggan  pada  swalayan grand  hero  di  kota palu.  Secara  parsial  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  loyalitas  pelanggan  menggunakan  produk kosmetik viva pada swalayan grand hero di Kota Palu.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest on store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya. The method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were consumers of Mie Gacoan Solo Raya. The sampling technique used non-probability techniques with accindental sampling.The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2 with the help of SPSS version-20. Based on the results of the data calculation and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained, namely Y = 2.697+ 0.609X1 0.160X2 + 0.126X3 + e. This equation shows that consumer buying interest is influenced by store atmosphere, taste, and word of mouth. The conclusion that can be drawn is: "There is a simultaneous influence of store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" can be accepted. "There is an effect of store atmosphere on consumer purchase interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an influence of taste of food on consumer buying interest in Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an effect of word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.736, which means that 73.6% of the variation in the purchase interest variable can be explained by the store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth variables, while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study. This study aims to determine partial and simultaneous Service Quality and Word Of Mouth on customer decisions to use Brimo at Bank Rakyat Indonesia KCP Urip Sumoharjo Solo. The population in this study were customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia KCP Urip Sumoharjo Solo. The sampling technique uses the incidental random sampling method. Based on this method, a sample of 100 customers was obtained. The data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of simultaneous testing (F test), it shows that the independent variables ( Service Quality and Word Of Mouth) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (customer decisions). Based on partial testing (t test), it shows that the variable Service Quality and Word Of Mouth have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 44.3%, these results indicate that the dependent variable (Nasaban's decision) can be explained by independent variables ( Service Quality and Word Of Mouth), while the remaining 56.7% is influenced by variables outside of this study. This study aims to find customer satisfaction model at Islamic Hospital in Surakarta. The sample in this study is the respondents who have come and treated in the Islamic Hospital in the city of Surakarta. With various limitations, the target object is the community around the solo who ever come to the hotel sharia. The spread of questionnaires is not necessarily done in Islamic Hospital by looking and giving directly to visitors who come to the place of Islamic Hospital. The criteria used are the people around the solo who already know about the Islamic Hospital and have visited the treatment and never stay in the Islamic Hospital which amounted to 57 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is by accidental sampling. Data analysis method used is validity test, reability test, normality test and multiple linear regression analysis test with t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2).

This research is aimed to examine the influence of brand image and product quality to car purchase decision at PT. Mitsubishi Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Data analysis method was used, is quantitative analysis, by using validity and reliability test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. Result of regression equation is: Y = 0,665 + 0,517 X1 + 0,416 X2 Simultaneously testing of brand image variables and product quality to purchase decision, shown by F count equal to 85,955 bigger than F table 3,159 or with sig. F 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.005. Based on the test results simultaneously, can be seen that the independent variables (brand image and product quality) have a positive and significant impact on the car purchase decision at Mitsubishi cars At PT. Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Suggestions which can be given for future developments and determinations of policy are, companies should pay attention to brand image, product quality, to make customers more satisfied and keep using Mitsubishi cars as their choice.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, utilization of information technology, and innovation on the marketing performance of Putra Mandiri Surabaya Savings and Loan Cooperatives partially and simultaneously. In this study the authors used accidental sampling techniques, where anyone who accidentally met with the researcher could be used as a sample. In this study, the number of samples the authors took as many as 130 people including members and prospective members of the cooperative. Data collection techniques used are using questionnaires and interviews. In calculating scoring, researchers used a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Service Quality, Use of Information Technology, and Innovation have a significant effect on Cooperative Marketing Performance partially. Service Quality Variables, Information Technology Utilization, and Innovation have a significant effect on Cooperative Marketing Performance simultaneously.
