BTN Griya Amban Pantai consists of 54 families who are in the Amban district, Manokwari Regency. In carrying out data collection and recording of residents 'data, the household administrators are still doing it manually, where the household administrators carry out data collection by recording resident data using a form filled out by residents by visiting residents' homes. After the form is filled in, data recording is carried out using a notebook. The problem in carrying out the manual process of data collection and data recording of residents is that when officers come to the residents' houses, often the head of the family or family members is not at home so that the the householdmanagement cannot carry out data collection and data recording. To solve this problem, an Android-based data collection and data recording application is needed using the App Inventor application. The method used in making community data collection and data recording applications uses the extreme programming method where this method can develop applications that are more efficient, flexible, low risk and quick to solve. With this android application, it can simplify the performance of the management of the BTN Griya Amban the household in carrying out data collection and data recording without the need to visit residents' homes to collect and record data. The method used in testing this application is to use the blackbox method where testing is carried out focusing on the functional specifications of the software that has been made.

Ordering catering is an activity undertaken by customers to buy products in the form of food packages. In Cimahi Catering catering ordering process is done by customers by coming directly to the location or calling to Cimahi Catering. Based on interviews with the authors related parties, in the process of ordering catering there are some customers who complain about the order process is due to take time, energy and more costs. In the case of recording data ordering was deemed less effective because the data is still conventional. This is at risk of logging errors. As a solution of these problems the authors build an Application Ordering Catering Based Android Mobile to assist in the process of ordering catering by customers and the management of reservation data catering by the Cimahi Catering. Research methodology used is Extreme Programming method. In making this application the author uses android programming base and MySQL as the data storage. This application is made to efficiently time, effort and produce accurate information. The results of testing the built application has a performance that suits the needs of the user. Based on the results of User Acceptance Test get a positive response with 85% percentage. Keyword: Android, application, catering, mobile, ordering, uat

AimsProblems with medication account for 10–20% of all adverse healthcare events in the NHS, costing between £200–400 million per year.1 Children are more likely to experience medication related harm.2 International reviews of the prevalence of drug-related problems are over ten years old.3 There is a need for a focussed and critical review of the prevalence and nature of drug-related problems in hospitalised children in the UK to support the development and targeting of interventions to improve medication safety.4MethodsNine electronic databases (Medline, Embase, CINAHL, PsychInfo, IPA, Scopus, HMIC, BNI, The Cochrane library and clinical trial databases) were searched from January 1999 to September 2018. Studies were included if they were based in the UK, reported on the frequency of adverse drug reactions (ADRs), adverse drug events (ADEs) or medication errors (MEs) affecting hospitalised children, and quality appraisal of the studies was conducted.Results26 studies were included; none of which specifically reported on the prevalence of ADEs. Three ADR studies reported a median prevalence of 28.3% of patients (IQR 13); >70% of reactions warranted withdrawal of medication. Sixteen studies reported on prescribing errors and the median prescribing error rate in all paediatric contexts was 10.7% of prescriptions (IQR 6) Seven studies explored prescribing errors in PICU and the prevalence was twice that in non-ICU areas (11.1% prescriptions; IQR 2.9 versus 6.5% prescriptions; IQR 4.3). The median rate of dose prescribing errors was 11.1% doses prescribed (IQR 10.6). Four studies reported administration errors of which three used consistent methods. Across these three studies, a median prevalence of 12.4% of administrations (IQR 7.3) was found. Administration technique errors represented 53% of these errors (IQR 14.7). Errors detected during medicines reconciliation at hospital admission affected 43% of patients, 33% (IQR 13) of prescribed medication with 70.3% (IQR 14) classified as potentially harmful. Medication errors detected during reconciliation on discharge from hospital affected 33% of patients and 19.7% of medicines, with 22% considered potentially harmful. No studies examined the prevalence of monitoring or dispensing errors.ConclusionsChildren are commonly affected by drug-related problems throughout their hospital journey. Given the high prevalence and risk of patient harm, there is an urgent need for outcome-focussed research on preventable ADEs in paediatric hospital settings in the UK. A deeper understanding of medication processes for children in hospital from a systems and theoretical perspective will also support the development and tragetting of effective interventions to improve patient safety.ReferencesChief Medical Officer. Abstract—Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta is a private university which is supervised by a Foundation that has implemented various information systems in various fields of work. However, in the payroll process the employees are still done manually and have not utilized a computerized system, such as attendance recap, wage recapitulation in addition to basic salary, as well as the sum of salary received by employees. This makes the payroll process less effective and efficient. This study aims to establish a proposed system that is a web-based employee payroll information system at the Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta with the PHP programming language using Codeigniter Framework and MySQL as its database. The system development method used is the Extreme Programming method. This method was chosen because it promotes intense communication between the client and the system developer so that when there are changes or errors in the system, the developer is always ready to fix it. Extreme Programming also has a simple stage, namely planning, design, coding, and testing. The results of this study are the result of a web-based employee payroll information system that has various actors involved in the management and processing of its data. With this information system, the employee payroll process becomes more effective and efficient, because payroll data is processed and calculated by the system so that it has a high level of data accuracy and does not require a long time in the calculation process.

<p>eXtreme programming (XP) is one of a new breed of methods, collectively known as the agile methods, that are challenging conventional wisdom regarding systems development processes and practices. Practitioners specifically designed the agile methods to meet the business problems and challenges we face building software today. As such, these methods are receiving significant attention in practitioner literature. In order to operate effectively in the world of vague and changing requirements, XP moves the emphasis away from document-centric processes into practices that enable people. The Customer is the primary organisational facing role in eXtreme Programming (XP). The Customer's explicit responsibilities are to drive the project, providing project requirements (user stories) and quality control (acceptance testing). Unfortunately the customer must also shoulder a number of implicit responsibilities including liaison with external project stakeholders, especially project funders, clients, and end users, while maintaining the trust of both the development team and the wider business. This thesis presents a grounded theory of XP software development requirements elicitation, communication, and acceptance, which was guided by three major research questions. What is the experience of being an XP Customer? We found that teams agree that the on-site customer practice is a drastic improvement to the traditional document-centric approaches. Our results indicate, however, that the customers are consistently under pressure and commit long hours to the project in order to fulfil the customer role. So while this approach to requirements is achieving excellent results, it also appears to be unsustainable and thus constitutes a great risk to XP projects. Who is the XP Customer? The initial definition of XP resulted in many people interpreting the onsite customer to be a single person. This research has highlighted that a customer team always exists, and goes further to outline the ten different roles that were covered on the team, which range from the recognised "Acceptance Tester" role to the less recognised roles of "Political Advisor" and "Super-Secretary". What are the practices that support an XP Customer to perform their role effectively on a software development project? An additional eight customer-focused practices have been uncovered to supplement the existing XP practices. These customer-focused practices together enable customers to sustainably drive XP projects to successful completion. The practices range from those that specifically focus on interaction (both with the programmer team and the larger organisation) e.g. "Programmer On-site" and "Roadshows" to those that specifically look to the well-being and effectiveness of the customer (e.g. "Pair Customering") to those that highlight the key steps or activities that need to occur along the way (e.g. "Big Picture Up-Front" and "Recalibration").</p>
