Houses and other types of housing are things that cannot be separated from the needs of human life. The house function as a place to refuge, a place to live, and to gather with family. Proper housing is the basic need of all people who will strengthen the family, as the main pillar of the nation's strength, at the same time acting as a bastion against various health risks. The properness of a house for family housing becomes the basis for the growth and development of a better family life. Roofs, floors, and walls (aladin) are indicator data of whether a house is proper or not at the time of the survey. An adaptive, flexible and interactive computer-based system is used to solve unstructured problems so the more valuable decisions can be produced. This study describes how to process data using fuzzy logic methods. The expected result is to support the decision whether or not a house is feasible are in accordance with the facts and location data in the field. To determine which housing are categorized as severely damaged, moderate and lightly damaged by using the fuzzy logica method with roof, floor and wall variables as input variables so that local governments will find it easier to sort work priorities in the short, medium and long term

Human life with all its activities in order to meet the needs of life always will always faced the possibility of risk either directly or indirectly, can occur in the short term or long term. A possibility of the occurrence or risk had certainly will affect the activity to be done And adversely affect the economy of a family and even a company, if the risks that occur have a vital impact on the family or an organization. Many failures within a company's organization are due to unforeseen risks occurring as for example the company never thinks that a newly established company is still in the short run abruptly because a workforce lacking control in the production system creates a great fire and spends all and has a bad impact For the economy of a family and even a company, if the risks that occur have a vital impact on the family or an organization. Many failures within a company's organization are due to unforeseen risks occurring as for example the company never thinks that a newly established company is still in the short run abruptly because a workforce lacking control in the production system creates a terrible fire and consumes all the company's assets Newly established. In Mataram West Nusa Tenggara, people is lives are regulated on daily basis by religious law, traditional (adat) law and state law. To understand these complex cultural and religious processes as they affect women in particular, I will examine the issue of divorce, also known as sue divorce. This tipe of divorce is socially-sanctioned. I will focus my examination in Mataram, an city of Lombok West Nusa Tenggara. In Lombok society marriage constitutes an important part of the life cycle.  Someone is not considered an adult until marriage.  Marriage is not only united two individual, but also united two families. However this dream canot be realized over the long term.  If family problems arise and  there are no suitable solutions, people may choose to divorce. For instance, if a wife unable to fulfill her obligations as a wife, her husband can divorce her by verbal means alone, according to any of the three existing legal systems (religious customary or state law). By contrast, if her husband unable to fulfill her obligations as a husband his wife can divorce him in only one way by making an application to Islamic Court to do divorce. In marriage available successful couple builds the family that sakinah, mawaddah and warahmah. But then available also that unsuccessful and end with separate or divorce. Separate constitutes a thing that often happens deep good human life divorce the initiating from the husband and also divorce the initiating from the wife, that its cause islamic law puts attention that adequately significant to that thing. It can appear if understand about islamic law, undoubtedly will find both of previous thing and its terminological  islamic law. There is no divorce without started by marriage. But upon that aim not attained, therefore divorce constitutes last way out that must been sailed through. Divorce can't be done but there is grounds which corrected by religion, adat and state law. In islamic law, that divorce grounds experience developing according to social development. Basically islamic law establishes that divorce reason which is wrangle which really culminates and jeopardize the so called soul safety with “ syiqaq ”. Intention is if worried a couple its happening dispute (dispute not only means wrangle among husband or wife can also distinctive principle and opinion) therefore delegate a someone of its husband family and a someone of wife family. And if both of wife and husband will goodness and they can make resolution and look for the solution, but if there are suitable solution wife or husband can do divorce.

The Autonomous Port of Cotonou (PAC) located in West Africa has an access channel 15m deep, 11 berths, and an internal draft of 15m (maximum), and is connected with a road to serve continental countries such as Burkina-Faso, Chad , Mali, Niger and Nigeria. The PAC presents low productivity (average of 10,000,000 tons / year, 24.40% of the movement from the port of Lagos / Nigeria) in West Africa. This article aims to evaluate the application of fuzzy logic in the Autonomous Port of Cotonou (Benin) in the analysis of logistic viability. The methodology followed the fuzzy logic that is a support method for logistic decision-making, based on fuzzy rules (SBRF). It was used characteristic of Mamdani Matlab Toolbox with three membership functions (triangular, trapezoidal and Gaussian) to model the quality variables of infrastructures and services, equipment productivity, seeking a long-term way out of logistic viability. The result of logistic viability was medium term, equivalent to 13 years / 25 years; as far as the outcome of the future PAC is concerned. The logistic viability of the PAC depends on its input variables. The projection of this application was long term, at least 19 years / 25 years when the infrastructures are of good quality and the equipment is more modern and consistent with the current realities to satisfy the expectations of the customers.

Threat modeling, which is the process of identifying, quantifying and analyzing potential threats of computer-based systems, has become a significant consideration towards designing secure software systems. Despite the previous methods adopted for threat modeling, there are still many systems that are probable to attack. In this work, a fuzzy logic-based threat modeling technique is designed. The technique involves the fuzzification of input variables that is based on six major categories of threats (STRIDE- Spoofing, Tampering, Repudiation, Information Disclosure, Denial of Service, and Elevation of Privilege), rule evaluation, and aggregation of the rule outputs. The design is based on Mamdani-style inference system which is very good for the representation of human reasoning and effective analysis. The implementation is done using MATLAB fuzzy logic tools. Using the design to test five computer systems, the result shows a tool that can be effectively used to analyze potential threats to computer-based systems.

Background: Constipation is a common, predominant, chronic gastrointestinal functional disorder. The drugs available to treat constipation are limited because of their side effects in long term use. So we need of efficacious drug to treat constipation. Sapindus emarginatus Vahl belongs to the family Sapindaceae, commonly known as soapnut. Traditionally used for the antipruritic, antifertility, constipation, and anti-inflammatory agents. Objective: The present study was undertaken to evaluate the laxative activity of hydroethanolic pericarp extract of Sapindus emarginatus (HESE) in animal models. Methods: The saponin content in extract was measured by gravimetric analysis. The laxative activity of hydroethanolic pericarp extract of Sapindus emarginatus is evaluated by the weight of feces matter, charcoal meal hyperperistalsis test, and loperamide induced constipation model. Results: The saponin content of the soapnut pericarp was 13.48 % and the extract was found to be 11.92 %. The results obtained from these models showed a significant dose-dependent increase in fecal weight, peristalsis index, and moisture content compared to control animals. Conclusion: The present study concluded that the oral administration of HESE showed a significant laxative activity by using different animal models. The presence of triterpene saponins is responsible for this activity. Further studies are needed to confirm their mechanism behind the laxative effect. The administration of extract was found to be a valid candidate in constipation therapy.

The principle of ‘environmental integrity’ is a fundamental aspect of jus post bellum. Human life, economy, and culture depend on a healthy, functioning environment. However, environmental integrity is a complex concept to describe. Doctrinal thresholds for legally material environmental damage (significant, long-term, widespread) do not capture it. This chapter interrogates the jus post bellum literature and then turns to scholarship on wilderness management in the Anthropocene era, which also engages with the meaning of ‘environmental integrity’, ‘naturalness’, ‘unimpaired’, or, in the words of the Factory at Chorzów case which sets the international law standard for reparations of damage, ‘the situation which would, in all probability, have existed if that act had not been committed’. Recognition that pristine or historical conditions are often impossible to recover or maintain leads to the legal, ethical, and scientific analysis of evolving environmental norms that this chapter offers.

Pseudothilmanus Pic, 1918 is redescribed and two species, P. alatus Pic, 1918 and P. marginatus Pic, 1918, are placed in the genus. The subgenus Drilothilmanus Pic, 1918 is synonymized with the nominotypical genus on the basis of low morphological divergence and redundancy in classification. Pseudothilmanus is newly classified in the family Rhagophthalmidae, in contrast to the original placement in Drilidae. Diagnostic characters for Pseudothilmanus and both species placed within the genus are illustrated.

This study analyzes the leverage policies of the family and non-family firms of eight East Asian Economies (Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Taiwan) by using combined data of 690 family and non-family firms with 3,224 firm–years over the period 2006–2010. This study has used an ordinary least squares (OLS) regression for analyzing the data for the first question, while for the second question, logit regression has been used as the dependent variable (a binary variable). Prior research on family and non-family firms has revealed that family firms issue less (high) debt than non-family firms. Our analysis on a sample of East Asian Economies discloses that family firms have significantly different leverage levels than non-family firms, but their signs are not consistent. On the contrary, when the owner works as CEO/Chairman or member of the Board of Directors, then the family firms issue less debt than the non-family firms. Besides that, this study adds a new question that has not been addressed in the prior studies. The new question has focused on the speed of leverage adjustment. It is found that family firms and non-family firms regarding their debt maturity structure (short-term debt and long-term debt), the speed of leverage adjustments, and their decision to issue securities (i.e., debt vs. equity) are not significantly different. This study concluded that though family firms have a strong influence on each economy, but in South-East Asian countries, leverage policies of the family firms are not much different than that of non-family firms.

IntroductionThe perinatal–postnatal family environment is associated with childhood outcomes including impacts on physical and mental health and educational attainment. Family longitudinal cohort studies collect in-depth data that can capture the influence of an era on family lifestyle, mental health, chronic disease, education and financial stability to enable identification of gaps in society and provide the evidence for changes in government in policy and practice. Methods and analysisThe Queensland Family Cohort (QFC) is a prospective, observational, longitudinal study that will recruit 12 500 pregnant families across the state of Queensland (QLD), Australia and intends to follow-up families and children for three decades. To identify the immediate and future health requirements of the QLD population; pregnant participants and their partners will be enrolled by 24 weeks of gestation and followed up at 24, 28 and 36 weeks of gestation, during delivery, on-ward, 6 weeks postpartum and then every 12 months where questionnaires, biological samples and physical measures will be collected from parents and children. To examine the impact of environmental exposures on families, data related to environmental pollution, household pollution and employment exposures will be linked to pregnancy and health outcomes. Where feasible, data linkage of state and federal government databases will be used to follow the participants long term. Biological samples will be stored long term for future discoveries of biomarkers of health and disease.Ethics and disseminationEthical approval has been obtained from the Mater Research Ethics (HREC/16/MHS/113). Findings will be reported to (1) QFC participating families; (2) funding bodies, institutes and hospitals supporting the QFC; (3) federal, state and local governments to inform policy; (4) presented at local, national and international conferences and (5) disseminated by peer-review publications.
