In the current era of globalization, humans always interact with technological developments. One result of the development of technology is the use of computers. The use of computers that are not under the ergonomic position causes effects on health, one of them is tension-type headaches. In the United States, 1-4% of patients coming to the Emergency Care Unit complain of headache, 90% of them are tension-type headaches. The proportion of migraine and other headache syndromes in the hospital. Harapan Bunda in 2011 and RS. Camatha Sahidya in Batam in Batam was 5% and 0.7% respectively. Whereas the incidence of tension headaches in 5 puskesmas in Batam in 2014 ranged from 0.5% - 1.3%. The proportion of tension headaches at the BIP Clinic in the January-April 2018 period is 1.5%. Tension-type headaches that occur continuously can cause barriers to daily activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of computer use with the incidence of tension-type headaches in workers. This research uses a descriptive-analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Of 97 respondents who visited the clinical BIP that met the criteria, it was found that computer user respondents experienced tension-type headaches of 18 people (42.9%) and not tension-type headaches of 24 people (57.1%). Whereas the respondents who were not computer users experienced tension-type headaches of 10 people (18.2%), and non-tension-type headaches of 45 people (81.8%). Bivariate chi-square analysis showed that p = 0.008 (p <0.05). This means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The population were all mothers who had infants aged 9-12 months in January-February 2018 in Wonosari District taken using total sampling technique. The data was then collected by using questionnaires. The results: Most of the infants were 11 months old (50%), most of mother were 25-35 years old (66.8%), most of the mother's education level was Senior High School (46.7%), most of the mother's knowledge about immunization was high (96.7%), the majority of mothers did not work (53.3%), most infants were fully immunized (96.7%). Chi Square analysis found that the correlation between education level and the successness of immunization in infant p=0.245, work relation with success of immunization giving to infant p=0.341, and relation of mother knowledge about basic immunization with successness immunization giving to infant p=0.000. The conclusion: There was no correlation between the level of education with the successness of immunization in infants (p=0.245), there was no relationship between work status with successness immunization in infants (p=0.341), and there was a statistically significant relationship between maternal knowledge of basic immunization with successness immunization in infants (p=0.000). The research instrument uses a motivation questionnaire containing 26 statements, whereas for Preceptorship uses a questionnaire containing 10 statements. Chi square analysis results showed that the p value was 0.007 (<0.005), which means there was a significant relationship between CI motivation and the implementation of Preseptorship. The hospital is expected to be able to choose nurses who will become CIs according to certain competency and knowledge standards, as well as specializing CI assignments so that they do not overlap with patient service tasks.  Keywords: Motivation. The research variables were diet and obesity  which were analyzed using the chi-square test. This study showed that most respondents had hypertension (92.2%). most of the diet frequently (51.6%). and  nutritional status (50%). Chi-square analysis showed  that there was a relationship between diet and hypertension (p= 0.016) and chi-square analysis showed that there was no relationship between obesity  and hypertension (p= 0.0162). There is no significant relationship between diet and hypertension, and there is no significant relationship between nutritional status and hypertension

This technic research used cross sectional. The subject in this research is all of elderly with cataract who getting  treatment in Outpatient Eye Care Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. The sampling technique uses proportional systematic sampling, obtained 90 respondents. Statistical tests using chi-square (X2). To determine the closeness of the relationship using Contingency Coefficient (C). The result of this research obtained; a) there were 29 respondents (32.2%) with hypertension and 61 respondents or 67.8% without hypertension; b) there were 27 respondents (30.0%) with mature cataract and 63 respondents or 70.0% with immature cataract. The result of Chi Square Analysis obtained p= 0.279 < α = 0.05 meaning there is no relationship between hypertention and cataract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by TB (Mycobacterium Tuberculosis) bacteria. The level of compliance with the use of pulmonary TB drugs is very important and requires a long time that is 6-8 months, because if treatment is not carried out regularly or is not compliant and does not correspond to the specified time then there will be resistance (resistance) of tuberculosis germs against drugs Widespread Anti Tuberculosis (OAT) or Multi Drugs Resistance (MDR). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation, attitudes, the role of supervisors taking medication (PMO) in TB sufferers. The design of the study used an Analytical Observational design using the Cross-Sectional approach. The population in this study were all TB sufferers in Bulukumba District with a sampling technique using cluster sampling. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaire sheets made by researchers to respondents. Data analysis used Fisher's alternative Chi-square Test, with significance level α = 0.05. The results of the data analysis show that the motivation variable p = 0.023, the attitude variable p = 0.012, and the role of the supervisor for taking medication (PMO) p = 0.017. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between motivation, attitude, the role of supervisors taking medication (PMO) with adherence to taking medication in TB patients in Bulukumba Regency.

From survey at Dr. Moewardi Hospital in the year 2010, the incidence of stroke patients increase 5-7% every year. Diabetes mellitus has a relationship with ischemic stroke through aterosklerosis. However, the relationship of diabetes mellitus as a risk of ischemic stroke remains uncertain due to diabetes is not a single factor for stroke. Research aim was to determine the relationship between the incidence of diabetes mellitus and ischemic stroke. It was conducted at the neurologi unit in Dr.Moewardi Hospital Surakarta, the design was a cross sectional with sample size of 132 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The result is the number of ischemic stroke patients with diabetes mellitus by 47 people (71.21%). From chi square analysis (x 2) x 2 = 13.516 obtained and p <0.000 with a value of OR = 3.8 and IK = 1.841 to 7.869. Its mean that there was a relationship between diabetes mellitus and incident ischemic stroke and people with diabetes mellitus have a risk 3,8 more times will got stroke ischemic than people without diabetes mellitus. Keywords: diabetes mellitus, ischemic, stroke

Abstract: Basically, productivity is influenced by three factors namely workload, work capacity, and additional burden due to work environment. Workload is usually associated with physical, mental, and social burdens. General Hospital Bethesda GMIM Tomohon provides services to patients with 123 nurses divided into several rooms. This study was aimed to determine the relationship between workload and work fatigue and work productivity of nurses in the Inpatient Room of the General Hospital Bethesda GMIM Tomohon. This was an observational analytical study using a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used Slovin formula and obtained 56 nurses as respondents. Data were analyzed by using the chi square test. The results showed that the relationship between workload and work productivity obtained a p-value of 0.001 (α=0.05), meanwhile the relationship between work fatigue and work productivity had a p-value of 0.001 (α=0.05). In conclusion, there was a significant relationship between workload and work productivity as well as between work fatigue and work productivity among the nurses of the Inpatient Room of Bethesda General Hospital, GMIM Tomohon. Keywords: work productivity, work fatigue, workload Abstrak: Pada dasarnya produktivitas dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor yaitu beban kerja, kapasitas kerja, dan beban tambahan akibat lingkungan kerja. Beban kerja biasanya berhubungan dengan beban fisik, mental maupun sosial yang memengaruhi tenaga kerja.
