<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>The objectives of this </em><em>research are to find strategy of handline fishery development at Babana Central Mamuju. The research used survey method to obtain information related to aspects of biological resource, technology, social economy and institution. This research was conducted from March to June 2016 at Babana Central Mamuju. Data obtained are analyzed by Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats Method (SWOT). The results obtained are value of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) </em><em>2,8710 and </em><em>value of </em><em>External</em><em> Factor Evaluation (</em><em>E</em><em>FE)</em><em>3,2388 </em><em>that shown development strategy of handline in </em><em>quadrant-II</em><em> in internal and external table (IE).</em><em> The results obtained </em><em>internal factor evaluation</em><em> (ife) is </em><em>2,8710</em><em>and </em><em>e</em><em>x</em><em>ternal factor evaluation</em><em> (EFE) is3,2388 that shown development strategic of handline are quadrant-II (growth) on </em><em>IE (Internal E</em><em>x</em><em>ternal</em><em>) </em><em>tabl</em><em>e</em><em>.</em><em> Development strategy of handline in Babana Mamuju Tengah, consist of; threeopensive/agresive strategy</em><em>,</em><em> three moderate strategy, and two defensive strategy. </em></p><p><strong><em>Key words:</em></strong><em> </em><em>d</em><em>evelopment strateg, </em><em>h</em><em>andline</em><em>,</em><em> SWOT </em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan strategi pengembangan perikanan pancing ulur di Babana Mamuju Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei untuk memperoleh informasi terkait aspek biologi sumber daya, teknologi, sosial ekonomi dan kelembagaan. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Maret hingga Juni 2016 di Babana Mamuju Tengah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode SWOT (Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah nilai matriks IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) sebesar 2,8710 dan matriks EFE (Eksternal Factor Evaluation) sebesar 3,2388 yang menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan pancing ulur berada pada kuadran II(pertumbuhan). Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pengembangan pancing ulur dalam fase pertumbuhan atau dalam kondisi stabil dengan menitikberatkan pada strategi intensif (Intensive Strategy). Diperoleh delapan strategi pengembangan perikanan pancing ulur di Babana Mamuju Tengah, terdiri atas; tiga strategi opensif/agresif, tiga strategi moderat, dan dua strategi defensif.</p><p class="TubuhTulisanAll" align="left"><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: strategi pengembangan, pancing ulur, SWOT</p>

This research was conducted to find out the most precise management strategy to enhance competitiveness of Celebrity Fitness Central Park Mall. This study applies a qualitative method, by conducting interviews and also observation by directly reviewing the subject of the study. The analytical method consists Input Stage consisting of Internal Factor Evaluation and External Factor Evaluation, Matching Stage consisting of Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat Matrix and Internal External Matrix, and Decision Stage consisting of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. After analyzing from the existing data, it is known that the Market Penetration strategy is the most appropriate to be implemented for Celebrity Fitness Central Park Mall and Market Development strategy can be used as a support.

This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions as well as compose and recommend the business development strategy of agro-industries of Civet coffee at Satria agro- tourism in the Gianyar Regency. The methods used in this research is a method of observation field and in-depth interviews using questionnaire. Data field observations and interviews are then analyzed to obtain formulation strategies using the SWOT analysis. The assessment weighting and rating conducted by 5 experts. Results of the study show that there are 5 strengths, 5 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. Results weighting and rating values for the matrix that the weighted Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3.72 and matrix External Factor Evaluation (EFE) is 3.75. This value indicates a strong position on the matrix Internal external (IE) and the strategy to do is intensive and integrative strategies. Based on SWOT Matrix Analysis, priority alternative strategy is maintaining of price and quality to expand marketing. Keywords : strategy, SWOT, agro tourism, civet coffee, QSPM

The regency of southeast Maluku has a variety of promising fisheries and marine potency to be managed. Unfortunately, it has not been used properly. The fishing production volume of small pelagic in every season using gill net fishing gear has not been able to increase the income of fishermen in Southeast Maluku regency. The analytical methods used were the External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), Internal-External (IE) and Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT) analytical matrix. These were used to develop the strategy of small Pelagic with gill net fishing gear. Based on the result, gill net fishing gear has a number of different production each season against every kind of small pelagic fish.Keywords: fishermen, gillnet, small pelagic fish

<p>The purpose of this study is to determine the school financing planning strategy in improving the quality of schools. Strategy determination using EFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis. This research is a qualitative research focusing on determining financing planning strategy in SMP Negeri 1 Salatiga. Sources of data come from principals and school treasurers. The technique of collecting data using interviews and documentation. Data analysis included: data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion/ verification. The result of the research is the appropriate school financing strategy for SMP Negeri 1 is to implement WO strategy or to support defensive strategy that is strategy that minimmize weakness to exploit opportunity. In other words, schools use the number of human resources and limited costs to the maximum by using the funds owned and utilize the role of committees, parents, and alumni. For example, a school can scale priorities together with committee-related competitions to be followed, communicate school needs to the committee in order to improve the quality of education, and submit proposals to alumni to contest, establish school facilities and infrastructure, or salary of honorary teachers/staff.</p>

Salina is a high salinity tolerant hybrid tilapia seed of genetic improvement that can grow well in brackish water that has salinity more than 20ppt or even in marine water with salinity up to 32ppt through the utilization of character euryhaline tilapia. Salina has been oficially by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in March 2014 based on the Decree of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22/KEPMEN-KP/2014 on the Release of Salina Tilapia with commercial name Salina (Saline Tolerance Indonesian Tilapia). This study aimed to identify the financial feasibility as well as internal and external Salina culture factors in order to formulate the development strategy of Salina tilapia culture. The method used was quantitative descriptive analysiswhich consists of a matrix Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE),Internal-External (IE), Strength-Weakness-Opportunities-Threats(SWOT), andAnalytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a decision-making methods. The instruments used in the financial analysis were BEP, NPV, IRR, Net B/C Ratio, and PP. Based on financial analysis, Salina culture was feasible. While the result of the calculation of IFE is 2.18 and EFE is 3.10, positioning the Salina cell II. The results of the AHP assessment stated that the strategic priority of the strategy was to conduct promotional and socialization activities to introduce Salina as well as to attract public interest and increase demand.

Kabupaten Rembang mempunyai potensi perikanan yang layak untuk dikembangkan, khususnya adalah pengolahan ikan pindang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengetahui faktor-faktor strategis internal dan eksternal serta menyusun strategi sentra UMKM ikan pindang di Desa Tasikagung Kabupaten Rembang. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) sebesar 2,735. Sedangkan skor External Factor Evaluation (EFE) sebesar 3,062. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa arah  strategi pengembangan sentra UMKM ikan pindang di Tasikagung Kabupaten Rembang berada di sel II yaitu pada fase tumbuh dan membangun yang dapat ditingkatkan dengan konsentrasi horizontal. Sehingga strategi pengembangan sentra UMKM ikan pindang di Tasikagung Kabupaten Rembang adalah pengembangan pasar baru, pembinaan usaha, pelatihan usaha, peran pemerintah perlu ditingkatkan, penguatan kelembagaan sentra, pemberian bantuan alat, menjaga kualitas produk, dan koordinasi antara dinas terkait dengan anggota sentra ikan pindang. Rembang Regency has fishery potential that is feasible to be developed, especially is in processing of pindang fish. The purpose of this research is to  know the internal and external strategic factors and developed progam UMKM center of bloater in village Tasikagung , Rembang Regency.  The results showed that the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) score was 2.735, while the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) score was 3.062. This indicatesd that the direction of the development strategy of UMKM center of bloater in Tasikagung Rembang Regency was in cell II that was in growth and built phase which can be increased with horizontal concentration. Hence, the development strategy of bloater UMKM center in Tasikagung Rembang Regency is the development of new market, business coaching, business training, government role need to be improved, strengthening of central institute, giving tool aid, maintaining product quality, and coordination between offices related to members of bloater center.

This study aims to analyze the factors strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as determining the strategic priorities that must be done in the development of Sumbawa horse milk in the district Lenanggguar and North Moyo Sumbawa of West Nusa Tenggara. The sampling technique is a technique Snowball Sampling by tracing where the respondent by asking a few people who are considered as key informants at the sites. Data collection techniques in this study is observational techniques, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis used in this development strategy include analysis matrix IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation), a SWOT analysis, and analysis QSPM. The results of the study indicate that the main strength factor is the cheaper of price with the score 0.399. The main drawback is unlabeled BPOM with a score of 0.234. The main opportunities that can be utilized by businesses Sumbawa horse milk is a healthy and natural living trend as well as the benefits and efficacy of credits that have been known to the public with the same score of 0.344. The main threat is found at the level of inflation with a score of 0.272. Based on these results main strategy for Sumbawa horse milk business depelopment was improve the marketing strategy in a concentrated.

Abstract Bread can be found in various food outlets as bakeries, departement stores, stalls, vending sellers or canteens of school and campus. In Bandar Lampung, some bread is produced by small units of bakery either by individual or joint business. The research is aimed at learning some problems of product marketing and some aspects significantly influencing the marketing strategyof the new campus bakery. The research shows that the internal factor evaluation analysis value was at 2,564 that indicate medium value, while the external factor evaluation analysis was at 2,265 which indicate medium value. The internal-external analysis shows that the bakery was at V position, strategy can do in these conditions is market penetration and product development. Strength, weaknesses, oppourtunities, and threats analysis found that the bakery apply 11 businnes strategies developed based on the internal factors – the strengt and weaknesses – as well as the external factors – the opportunities and threat. This study aims to: 1) analysing internal factor (strengths and weakness) and external factor (opportunity and threats) in the marketing of body scrub product by PT. Arjuna Yoga Sakti; 2) formulating alternative strategy which can be used on body scrub by PT. Arjuna Yoga Sakti; 3) establish a priority strategy for increasing the marketing for body scrub product by PT. Arjuna Yoga Sakti. Business development strategy is determind by using SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) matrix analysis, supported by quantitative analysis was using matrix EFE, IFE, IE and QSPM. The result showed that the weight value for matrix Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3,23 (strong position) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) was 2,53 (relatively moderate). In the Matrix Internal External (IE) strategy that must be done was to grow and establish strategies (growth and build), which consist of an intensive strategy (market penetration, market development and product development) or integrative strategies (backward integration, forward integration and integration horizontal). The priority strategy that can be applied for body scrub by PT. Arjuna Yoga Sakti is to feature the product advantages against other products and to create a social media platform as well as website about body scrub. Keywords: Body scrub, SWOT, QSPM and PT.
