Salina is a high salinity tolerant hybrid tilapia seed of genetic improvement that can grow well in brackish water that has salinity more than 20ppt or even in marine water with salinity up to 32ppt through the utilization of character euryhaline tilapia. Salina has been oficially by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in March 2014 based on the Decree of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22/KEPMEN-KP/2014 on the Release of Salina Tilapia with commercial name Salina (Saline Tolerance Indonesian Tilapia). This study aimed to identify the financial feasibility as well as internal and external Salina culture factors in order to formulate the development strategy of Salina tilapia culture. The method used was quantitative descriptive analysiswhich consists of a matrix Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE),Internal-External (IE), Strength-Weakness-Opportunities-Threats(SWOT), andAnalytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a decision-making methods. The instruments used in the financial analysis were BEP, NPV, IRR, Net B/C Ratio, and PP. Based on financial analysis, Salina culture was feasible. While the result of the calculation of IFE is 2.18 and EFE is 3.10, positioning the Salina cell II. The results of the AHP assessment stated that the strategic priority of the strategy was to conduct promotional and socialization activities to introduce Salina as well as to attract public interest and increase demand.

The regency of southeast Maluku has a variety of promising fisheries and marine potency to be managed. Unfortunately, it has not been used properly. The fishing production volume of small pelagic in every season using gill net fishing gear has not been able to increase the income of fishermen in Southeast Maluku regency. The analytical methods used were the External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), Internal-External (IE) and Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT) analytical matrix. These were used to develop the strategy of small Pelagic with gill net fishing gear. Based on the result, gill net fishing gear has a number of different production each season against every kind of small pelagic fish.Keywords: fishermen, gillnet, small pelagic fish

Kabupaten Rembang mempunyai potensi perikanan yang layak untuk dikembangkan, khususnya adalah pengolahan ikan pindang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengetahui faktor-faktor strategis internal dan eksternal serta menyusun strategi sentra UMKM ikan pindang di Desa Tasikagung Kabupaten Rembang. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) sebesar 2,735. Sedangkan skor External Factor Evaluation (EFE) sebesar 3,062. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa arah  strategi pengembangan sentra UMKM ikan pindang di Tasikagung Kabupaten Rembang berada di sel II yaitu pada fase tumbuh dan membangun yang dapat ditingkatkan dengan konsentrasi horizontal. Sehingga strategi pengembangan sentra UMKM ikan pindang di Tasikagung Kabupaten Rembang adalah pengembangan pasar baru, pembinaan usaha, pelatihan usaha, peran pemerintah perlu ditingkatkan, penguatan kelembagaan sentra, pemberian bantuan alat, menjaga kualitas produk, dan koordinasi antara dinas terkait dengan anggota sentra ikan pindang. Rembang Regency has fishery potential that is feasible to be developed, especially is in processing of pindang fish. The purpose of this research is to  know the internal and external strategic factors and developed progam UMKM center of bloater in village Tasikagung , Rembang Regency.  The results showed that the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) score was 2.735, while the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) score was 3.062. This indicatesd that the direction of the development strategy of UMKM center of bloater in Tasikagung Rembang Regency was in cell II that was in growth and built phase which can be increased with horizontal concentration. Hence, the development strategy of bloater UMKM center in Tasikagung Rembang Regency is the development of new market, business coaching, business training, government role need to be improved, strengthening of central institute, giving tool aid, maintaining product quality, and coordination between offices related to members of bloater center.

This research was conducted to find out the most precise management strategy to enhance competitiveness of Celebrity Fitness Central Park Mall. This study applies a qualitative method, by conducting interviews and also observation by directly reviewing the subject of the study. The analytical method consists Input Stage consisting of Internal Factor Evaluation and External Factor Evaluation, Matching Stage consisting of Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat Matrix and Internal External Matrix, and Decision Stage consisting of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. After analyzing from the existing data, it is known that the Market Penetration strategy is the most appropriate to be implemented for Celebrity Fitness Central Park Mall and Market Development strategy can be used as a support.

The research used survey method to obtain information related to aspects of biological resource, technology, social economy and institution. This research was conducted from March to June 2016 at Babana Central Mamuju. Data obtained are analyzed by Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats Method (SWOT). Penelitian menggunakan metode survei untuk memperoleh informasi terkait aspek biologi sumber daya, teknologi, sosial ekonomi dan kelembagaan. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Maret hingga Juni 2016 di Babana Mamuju Tengah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode SWOT (Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah nilai matriks IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) sebesar 2,8710 dan matriks EFE (Eksternal Factor Evaluation) sebesar 3,2388 yang menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan pancing ulur berada pada kuadran II(pertumbuhan). Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pengembangan pancing ulur dalam fase pertumbuhan atau dalam kondisi stabil dengan menitikberatkan pada strategi intensif (Intensive Strategy). Diperoleh delapan strategi pengembangan perikanan pancing ulur di Babana Mamuju Tengah, terdiri atas; tiga strategi opensif/agresif, tiga strategi moderat, dan dua strategi defensif.</p><p class="TubuhTulisanAll" align="left"><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: strategi pengembangan, pancing ulur, SWOT</p>

This study aimed to improved understand independency enhancement and critical thinking of learning students through based blended learning. This research combines classroom action research which refers to Stephen Kemmis and Robin Mc Taggart. This research subject were students of engineering information STMIK Duta Bangsa period 2017 / 2018. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle was done in two meetings. Every cycle consisted of 4 steps are preparation, action, observation, evaluation, analysis, and reflection. The subject of this research is the students who took Calculus 1. The technique of collecting data was done by assessing test result and observation, test instrument, observation sheet, and field notes. The data was analyzed by using quantitative-descriptive approach. The study showed that the strategy of blended learning proved to be succeeded in increasing understand independency enhancement and critical thinking of learning students through based blended learning in Calculus 1. This is based on the occurrence of (1) increasing of independency enhancement a rise in their ability college student in learning one who is an independent study prior to the adoption of blended learning is as much as 11,2 % and after the cycle of come to an end the application of blended learning was recorded at 88,8 %. (2) increasing in their ability college students to critical thinking between prior to the adoption of blended learning is as much as 12,4 % and over the course of his shift to be over the application of a notebook detailing the development strategy blended learning was recorded at 91,2 %Keywords: Blended Learning, independent learning, critical thinking

The development of Jabres cattle is very important to increase the population of Jabres cattle in Brebes. There needs to be a good developmentstrategy so that Jabres cattle can have a higher competitiveness. The purpose of this research is to know the level of comparative and competitive advantages agribusiness of Jabres cattle known from the value of Domestic Resources Cost Ratio (DRCR) and Private Cost Ratio (PCR), and to determine the priorities of the development strategy Agribusiness of Jabres cattle uses the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Expert Choice program. The results show that the DRCR value is 0.97 and PCR is worth 0.96, it indicates that Cow Jabres has a comparative and competitive advantage so that it can be competitiveness at the national level. Based on the Anaytical Hierarchy Process analysis that has been done, obtained the results that the most important strategy priority used to develop the agribusiness of Jabres cattle in Brebes is by increased effectiveness in livestock maintenance.

Penetepan strategi pengelolaan sampah dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi laju timbulan sampah di TPA Burangkeng Kabupaten Bekasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman bagi TPA Burangkeng, kemudian merumuskan alternatif strategi pengembangannya. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath) dan AHP (Analitical Hierarchy Process). Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT terhadap faktor internal dan eksternal TPA Burangkeng, diperoleh alternatif strategi bagi pengembangan kebijakan operasional, yakni strategi perencanaan SDM, strategi perbaikan metode dan teknologi, serta strategi pengadaan sarana dan alat. Hasil perumusan strategi dari analisis SWOT tersebut kemudian ditentukan prioritasnya dengan menggunakan AHP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan metode AHP diketahui kriteria utama yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pengembangan adalah kriteria teknologi dengan bobot prioritas sebesar 0,371, dan sub-kriteria untuk pencapaian teknologi adalah melalui inovasi pengelolaan dengan bobot sebesar 0,325. Sehingga strategi pengembangan yang didapat adalah melalui strategi perbaikan metode dan teknologi pengelolaan, dengan bobot prioritas sebesar 0,540.ABSTRACTThe determination of a waste management strategy is carried out as an effort to reduce the rate of waste generation in the TPA Burangkeng, Bekasi Regency. The purpose of this research is to identify internal and external factors which are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of TPA Burangkeng, then formulate alternative development strategies. The research method uses SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Based on the results of the SWOT analysis on the internal and external factors of the Burangkeng TPA, an alternative strategy was obtained for the development of operational policies, namely the HR planning strategy, the strategy for improving methods and technology, and the strategy for the procurement of facilities and tools. The results of the strategy formulation from the SWOT analysis are then prioritized using AHP. Based on the results of research with the AHP method, it is known that the main criteria that need to be considered in development are technology criteria with a priority weight of 0.371, and the sub-criteria for technological achievement is through management innovation with a weight of 0.325. Thus, that the development strategy obtained is through a strategy to improve management methods and technology, with a priority weight of 0.540.

Deli Serdang Regency with its capital Lubuk Pakam consists of 22 sub-districts, 14 sub-districts and 380 villages. Law no. 6 of 2014 states that the Villages are very important because they aim to realize community welfare services through improvement, empowerment, and participation of rural communities, as well as increasing regional competitiveness by taking into account the principles of democracy, equity, justice, privilege and specificity of a village regions in the system of the Republic of Indonesia. Tourism Villages will be a way to develop villages and realize community welfare. Denai Lama Tourism Village is one of the tourism villages that has the potential to be developed into a tourist attraction in Deli Serdang Regency. Of the 6 (six) elements needed by Denai Lama Village in the strategy of developing a tourist village, they are quite capable, but there are some things that are still missing and require a mentoring process. Homestay development is still not developed. Homestay is important to be developed so that visiting tourists can stay in the village of Denai Lama so that there will be an increase in the length of stay of tourists in the tourist village of Denai Lama which is an increase in tourist spending (spending power) in the tourist village. The existence of public toilets, facilities and infrastructure, sufficient parking space, markings and directions as well as the CHSE health protocol (Cleanliness, Hygiene, Sanitation, and Environment) are important to note. Cooperatives should be formed by involving the community in order to further develop the village. Another thing that has not been optimally implemented but is no less important to develop Denai Lama Tourism Village, one of the tourist attractions is Branding, Advertising (Ads) and Selling (Sales Mission). Denai Lama Village has branded its village as a Tourism Village with Educational Tourism, but does not yet have a slogan/tagline that tourists can remember. It is necessary to make a slogan/tagline that is in accordance with the characteristics and concepts of the village that you want to form as a characteristic of the tourist village. In terms of advertising the tourist village of Denai Lama must aggressively promote both using print and online media to attract tourists to visit the tourism village. This tourism village promotion can be done using social media such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and if necessary promotions create a village website. And for sales , the tourist village of Denai Lama can take part in events such as tourist exhibitions, bazaars, exhibitions with attractions and tourism products in touristm villages. By carrying out the development strategy above, Denai Lama Tourism Village can become one of the leading tourist attractions in Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra province and even the Indonesian National

This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions as well as compose and recommend the business development strategy of agro-industries of Civet coffee at Satria agro- tourism in the Gianyar Regency. The methods used in this research is a method of observation field and in-depth interviews using questionnaire. Data field observations and interviews are then analyzed to obtain formulation strategies using the SWOT analysis. The assessment weighting and rating conducted by 5 experts. Results of the study show that there are 5 strengths, 5 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. Results weighting and rating values for the matrix that the weighted Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3.72 and matrix External Factor Evaluation (EFE) is 3.75. This value indicates a strong position on the matrix Internal external (IE) and the strategy to do is intensive and integrative strategies. The purpose of this research is to draw industrial development strategy batik to increase the competitiveness of batik cluster Batangan in Batang distric. Methods used in research is quantitative descriptive using three of analysis is descriptive, policy analysis matrix (PAM) and analytic hierarchy process ( AHP ). The research results show obstacles in the development of cluster batik Batangan consisting of five major aspects that is aspects human resources, financial aspects, marketing aspects, raw materials aspects and technology aspects. Analysis pam obtained the result that cluster batik Batangan having competitiveness through the comparative excellences ( a value 0.25 ) or competitive advantage ( a value at 0.24 ). The results of analytic hierarchy process obtained development strategy cluster business batik Batangan consisting of five program criteria which are prioritized the first criteria raw materials ( a value weight 0,254), second financial criteria ( a value weight 0,231), third criteria technology ( a value weight 0,211), fourth criteria human resources ( a value weight 0,193) and fifth criteria marketing ( a value weight 0,111).
