Hypertension is a disease due to lifestyle. Sports and physical activity is one of the things that can affect hypertension. The aim of the study was to identify the relationship between exercise and physical activity against blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Muara Sanding Village of Garut. This type of research is descriptive correlative with a population of all hypertension patients who active in Prolanis activities that held once a week in the Muara Sanding village, Garut. The sampling technique is total hypertension patients as much 51 respondent. The instrument used is a questionnaire about exercise and physical activity and assessment of blood pressure. The analysis used bivariate. Most respondents did moderate activities (67%), and a small number did less exercise (37%). There is a significant relationship between blood pressure and exercise (p-value = 0.02), but there is no significant relationship between blood pressure and physical activity (p-value = 0, 38). Suggestions from this study are nurses providing health education about the importance of exercise and improving exercise habits in hypertension patients.

Objective: To find out the relationship between the physical activity and blood pressure hypertensive patients of Muhammadiyah Hospital of Palembang. Methode: Cross sectional method was used with the number of sample of 67 hypertensive patients taken by using purposive sampling technique: The Fisher Exact test was used to analyze the relationship between physical activity and blood pressure.Results: The result showed that most of the activities carrie d out were moderate activities (67,2%). The result pf the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between physical activity and systole and diastolic blood pressure with each p value of 0,003, OR: 6,458 and p value 0, 013, OR: 144.  Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between phsical activity and blood pressure. It is expected that health workers be able to play an active role and involve families in optimizing phsical activity for patient with hypertension.

Hypertension is a global health problem. The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia is 26.5% and there have been 9.4 million people out of 1 billion people in the world die from cardiovascular disorders. Data from the Jambi Provincial Health Office shows that hypertension ranks 2nd out of the 5 biggest diseases in Jambi. factors that affect blood pressure such as; age, stress, ethnicity, gender, daily variation, medication, activity, weight, and smoking. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between stress and physical activity with blood pressure. The method of this research is in essential hypertensive patients in the Working Area of Talang Bakung Health Center, Jambi City. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The study was conducted on 1 - 11 August 2018 with a sample of 41 people, purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done using guided interviews using a questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed using the chi square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents 35 (85.4%) experienced hypertension, some respondents 24 (58.5%) experienced stress and most 26 (63.4%) respondents had heavy physical activity. The results of statistical tests were obtained (p-value 0.003 & 0.018) p-value <0.05, meaning that there was a significant relationship between stress and physical activity with blood pressure in essential hypertensive patients. The conclusion of the study is that, as severe as stress is deep in patients with hypertension, the higher the blood pressure and the more severe physical activity carried out will cause an increase in blood pressure. It is expected that nurses can provide health education to people with hypertension in order to avoid stress and reduce physical activity so there is no increase in blood pressure

ABSTRACT Introduction: Hypertension requires lifelong treatment. One influence of the successful treatment of hypertensive patients is adherence to taking drugs through family support roles. Purpose: This study identified the relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication for hypertensive patients at the Airmadidi Health Center in North Minahasa Regency. Method: This study was an observational analytic with cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 127 respondents diagnosed with hypertension. Results: Dominant family support (84.3%) was included in the low category, and dominant medication adherence (65.4%) was included in the low category. There is a significant relationship between family support and medication adherence to hypertensive patients (p value 0.016), but the correlation coefficient is weak (r = -0.213) with a negative relationship direction. Discussion: Communities including families of hypertensive patients are expected to take part in improving compliance with taking medication for hypertensive patients, and for hypertensive patients must be more obedient in taking drugs. Therapeutic communication is very important for the image of the nursing profession and the image of the hospital. Communication that occurs at the Tapen Puskesmas is still ineffective, so misunderstandings between nurses and patients often occur. The purpose of this research is to find out. The relationship between therapeutic communication with inpatient patient satisfaction at Tapen Health Center in Bondowoso Regency and to find out how big is the relationship between Therapeutic Communication and Patient Satisfaction in the Inpatient Room at Tapen Health Center in Bondowoso Regency. This research method is quantitative. This research was conducted in May 2019 with a sample of 30 inpatients. The sampling technique uses total sampling where the p-value has a significant relationship and Ha is received between therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between Therapeutic Communication Nurse with Inpatient Satisfaction in Tapen Health Center, Bondowoso Regency, a significant relationship between therapeutic communication with inpatient satisfaction. The level of therapeutic communication relationship with patient satisfaction.

There have been many reports indicating the relationship between gardening and health or healthy lifestyles among adults in developed countries all over the world. However, Japanese evidence is lacking. The aim of this study was to clarify the relationship between community or home gardening and health status or a healthy lifestyle using a web-based survey with Japanese elderly living in the community. A survey was conducted to gather data from 500 gardeners and 500 nongardeners aged 60 to 69. As a result, significant relationships were shown between community gardening and exercise habits, physical activity, eating vegetables, and connections with neighbors. Moreover, the significant relationships between home gardening and the following items were indicated: Subjective happiness, exercise habits, physical activity, sitting time, eating breakfast, eating vegetables, eating balanced meals, and connections with neighbors. No item demonstrated a significant relationship with gardening frequency. A significant relationship was demonstrated between gardening duration and health problems affecting everyday life. Further significant relationships were shown between gardening with others and subjective happiness, having a reason for living. In conclusion, promising positive relationships between community or home gardening and health or healthy lifestyles were indicated.

Background: Adolescents face the problem of bullying, they need social support from those around them to have confidence in their abilities. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and social support with bullying in adolescents at Junior High School 2 Sepatan, Tangerang Regency. Methods: The research design is cross-sectional using the spearman correlation test to analyze the relationship between variables. The sampling technique was simple random sampling with 127 respondents. The instrument uses a self-efficacy questionnaire, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, and The revised Olweus Bully or Victim Questionnaire. Results: There is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and bullying (p-value 0.031) and there is a significant relationship between social support and bullying (p-value 0.001). Conclusion: There is a relationship between self-efficacy and social support for victims of bullying in adolescents. This study is also useful for parents that teenagers need support in getting through the effects of bullying.

Hypertension is defined as a persistent blood pressure where the systolic pressure is above 140mmHg and the diastolic pressure is above 90 mmHg. Empowering patients by providing ongoing care services can create ongoing communication, building relationships between clients and service providers so that they will increase patients' confidence in overcoming problems. The visit of hypertensive patients has increased every month, health education about hypertension diet is generally carried out when the patient is diagnosed with hypertension and does not regularly monitor the implementation of the diet. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effect of the approach to sustainable nursing services through health education about diet to changes in blood pressure of hypertensive patients. The research method uses a quasi-experimental design pre-post test with the control group. The study population was 108 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 33 respondents for each intervention and control group. Patient characteristics data were taken using a questionnaire, while blood pressure data was carried out by blood pressure examination. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate analysis with paired t-test statistical test. The results showed that there was a significant influence on diet health education on changes in elderly behaviour.

Kelelahan mata adalah gangguan yang dialami mata karena otot-ototnya yang dipaksa bekerja keras terutama saat harus melihat objek dekat dalam jangka waktu lama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ntuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik pekerja dan perangkat kerja dengan keluhan kelelahan mata pada pengguna komputer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional, dengan responden kasus adalah pekerja yang menggunakan komputer di STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada kasus adalah non probability sampling. Alat ukur yang di gunakan adalah kuesioner, dan pengukuran. Analisis yang di gunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara usia (Pvalue=0,024, nilai OR=5,409), durasi penggunaan komputer (Pvalue=0,020, nilai OR=5,143), jarak pandang mata dengan monitor (Pvalue=0,009, nilai OR=6,500) dengan kelulahan kelelahan mata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara penggunaan anti glare (Pvalue=0,457, nilai OR=1,929) dengan keluhan kelelahan mata. Disarankan kepada pekerja menjaga jarak mata dengan layar monitor, melakukan istirahat mata sekitar 10 menit stiap jam, dan mengatur pencahayaan monitor dalam menggunakan komputer. Eye fatigue is a disorder experienced by the eye because the muscles are forced to work hard, especially when they have to look at close objects for a long time. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the characteristics of workers and work equipment with complaints of eye fatigue in computer users. This research is a quantitative analytic study using a cross sectional study design, with case respondents being workers who use computers at STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this study were 46 people. The sampling technique in this case is non-probability sampling. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire, and measurement. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate with Chi-square statistical test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between age (P value = 0.024, OR value = 5,409), duration of computer use (P value = 0.020, OR value = 5.143), distance between eyes and monitor (Pvalue = 0.009, OR value = 6,500) with complaints of eye fatigue. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between the use of anti-glare (P-value = 0.457, OR = 1.929) with complaints of eye fatigue. It is recommended for workers to keep their eyes away from the monitor screen, take an eye break of about 10 minutes every hour, and adjust the lighting of the monitor when using the computer.

Hypertension is a condition where a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal which is indicated by a figure of 140 mmHg systolic and 90 mmHg diastolic. One of the management of non-pharmacological hypertension is the therapy of murottal Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rahman. This study aimed to determine the effect of therapeutic Murottal Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rahman toward decreased blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients in PSTW  Budi Luhur Jambi City. This study was conducted on April 9th-20th 2019 with total samples were 16 people. Sample used purposive sampling technique. The instrument used sphygmomanometer digital and observation sheet. After being given the intervention of therapeutic Murottal Al-Qur’an, the mean value of systole blood pressure was obtained 157 mmHg, on the statistical test was obtained score p-value 0,000 (˂0,05), the mean value of diastole blood pressure after intervention is 88,19 mmHg, on the statistical tests was obtained score p-value 0,000 (˂0,05) it means there is the effect of therapeutic Murottal Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rahman toward decreased  blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients in PSTW Budi Luhur Jambi City. It is conclused that respondents who were given therapeutic murottal Al-Qur'an experienced a decrease in blood pressure. It is expected to PSTW Budi Luhur Jambi City to applying non-pharmacological therapies such as the therapeutic Murottal Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rahman to reduce blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension.
