A frame of reference is presented for describing the empirical laws of human learning and performance in terms of stimulus (S), organismic (O), and response (R) variables. The relationship of experimentation to the discovery of laws and the construction of theories is outlined, and some problems connected with the objective specification of S, O, and R events are discussed. Learning as a systematic concept is treated at two definitional (formal vs operational) and two theoretical (Hull vs Estes) levels. An analysis of the hypothetical associative factor (Hall's H or Estes' x) reveals that it is basically a mathematical transformation of selected independent variables. Finally, a set of criteria is proposed by which the utility of theories of learning and performance may be evaluated.

The research to porpose (1) to know leadership stile, organizational climate, motivation and performance of lecturer at Batanghari University (2) to anlysis influance of  leadership stile to performance of lecturer in Batanghari University (3) to analysis influance of  organizational climate  to  performance of lecturer in Batanghari University (4) to analysis influance of  motivation to  performance of lecturer in Batanghari University (5) to influance of  leadership style, organizational climate  and motivation on the performance of lecturers at Batanghari University, Jambi.  This research used survey  methode with porposive sampling in 5 fakulty, with sample amounth 40 respondent.  the relationship of each independent variable with the dependent variable, either individually or collectively, and makes predictions for the dependent variable on each independent variable. From the  equation, it can be seen that if the leadership style can be more effective by one unit, the lecturer performance will inprove  by 0.453; Likewise with the organizational climate, if the organizational climate is better by one unit, the lecturer's performance will inprove by 0.494, something that is not much different from motivation, namely if the motivation is inprove by one unit, the performance will inprovee by 0.010. This means that leadership style, organizational climate and motivation have a positive influance to lecturer performance. Therefore, it is expected that these three components (X1, X2 and X3) can be optimally priority to  improved. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that the value of F count is bigger than , F table. (Fcount > F table  )  or sig F <0.05, this means that simultaneously,  leadership style, organizational climate and motivation have  significant effect on lecturer performance at University of Batanghari Jambi.

PT Kresna Reksa Finance Jakarta can achieve its goals well if it runs the company according to its target by aligning its leadership style to performance-based compensation. The aim of this study is to determine whether the leader style when giving compensation can simultaneously improves company performance at PT Kresna Reksa Finance. Based on the research observations there are some problems that occur among some employees who feel their salary is low, also the allowances and bonuses are not appropriate, it needs serious management attentio. This study uses the personally administered questioneres method that is a face-to-face distribution questionnaire method to the respondent. This study illustrates that the value of leadership style towards compensation is in accordance with the performance that has been applied so that the company's target is exceeded. This can be seen from the equation of Y = 37,215 + 0.439X1 + 0.493X2 with the R-square of 0.78, which means that 78% of the independent variables of leadership style on the application of compensation are in accordance with performance and able to minimize the influence of other factors with a value of 22% other independent variables. The conclusion is that PT Kresna Reksa Finance Jakarta is appropriate and hopes to harmonize the relationship of leadership style, compensation, and performance of its employees

Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to the entire population that can be used for analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by using the techniques of data analysis through multiple regression analysis simple linear regression and linear regression stratified. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that of two independent variables, Incentives and Job Satisfaction significant effect on performance variables (the dependent variable)Incentives and Job Satisfaction variables significantly influence working motivation variable as a mediating variable. Likewise mediating variables Work Motivation is also a significant effect on performance. Thus, in this case working motivation mediates the relationship between incentives and performance and work motivation mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and performance. The magnitude of the effect of the two independent variables incentives and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance Savings and Loan Officer Program PNPM is 27.5%. So also the mediating variable work motivation. As for the influence of the independent variables to Work Motivation was 43.3%. Furthermore, the influence of mediating variables significantly influence the work motivation Officer Performance is 25.8% (R square = 0.625) .Besarnya influence of incentives and job satisfaction on Performance Officer (Y) through the variable Work Motivation is 32.3% (R2 = 0.654 ). In other words, an increase in the influence of variable incentives and job satisfaction on performance Savings and Loan Officer Program PNPM Padang Pariaman by 4.8%, or from 27.5% to 32.3%.

Abstract. Identifying pilot attributes associated with risk is important, especially in general aviation where pilot error is implicated in most accidents. This research examined the relationship of pilot age, expertise, and cognitive functioning to deviations from an ideal circuit trajectory. In all, 54 pilots, of varying age, flew a Cessna 172 simulator. Cognitive measures were obtained using the CogScreen-AE ( Kay, 1995 ). Older age and lower levels of expertise and cognitive functioning were associated with significantly greater flight path deviations. The relationship between age and performance was fully mediated by a cluster of cognitive factors: speed and working memory, visual attention, and cognitive flexibility. These findings add to the literature showing that age-related changes in cognition may impact pilot performance.

The State of Qatar has implemented several family policies in order to improve the wellbeing of Qatari families and ensure fair distribution of development benefits for both men and women. However, there is a linkage between female employment outside the home and instability in the marriages of Qatari families. This paper investigates the impact of female employment on marital stability, based on the results of primary data collected in Qatar, a questionnaire that consisted of several sections such as challenges in the workplace, supervisor, family and spouse relations, work motivation and performance. Of the 824 questionnaires that were returned, 807 were completed and valid for analysis. Regression analysis and an ANOVA test have been used to test the relationship between the variables. The results of the research have produced mixed findings about how wives’ employment increases marital instability and have yielded few significant differences on mean scores of discuss on work demands, insufficient time together, housework, financial matters, communication, relatives and rearing children. The results indicates that in general Qatar working women face several challenges in relation to their marital life as part of cultural and social constraints.
