This study aims to determine how much influence the number of populations, government expenditure and GRDP affect regional income in Jambi Province. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a form of correlational research that explains the relationship of independent variables with dependent variables. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple regression with proof of hypotheses by statistical tests t. Based on the results of SPSS calculations, the authors get the results of research in the form of government expenditure variables, PDRB and the number of residents together - they have a partially positive influence on regional income in Jambi Province due to F count (11.69973)>F table (3.41) then ho is rejected or equal to zero. This means that all regression coefficients or all government expenditure variables, GDP and population together - have an effect on regional income in Jambi Province. From the results of the analysis in this study can be concluded, together the Regional Expenditure Variables, Population and GRDP affect Regional Original Revenue. Individually, the Regional Expenditure Variables, Population and GRDP can influence Regional Original Income, which has the greatest influence on Regional Original Revenue in Jambi Province.

The study was designed to examine the relationship of cause of dying, length of hospital stay, and age to medical treatment effort orientation and amount of work effort expended. The data were obtained through retrospective analysis of patient hospital records of 184 adults who died in an urban teaching hospital. Descriptive variables included demographic characteristics, ascribed medical condition day of death, and code status. Multivariate analysis of variance was used to analyze the relationship of the dependent variables to the independent variables. The findings showed that the medical treatment orientation was overwhelmingly toward the cure end of the care-cure continuum, despite the fact that the majority of patients had been designated no code (non-use of cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and had conditions labeled by their physicians as either grim prognosis or terminal.

This study explores the relationship of the availability of alcohol to various deleterious behaviors and conditions to determine whether laws restricting legal access to alcohol result in a lower incidence of these phenomena. Two alcohol availability measures (city-county ordinance governing the sale of alcohol and number of alcohol outlets per 100,000 population) and five socio-demographic variables were used as independent variables to determine their relationship to the dependent variables of homicide rate, suicide rate, motor vehicle fatality rate, and liver mortality rate. The findings indicate that alcohol availability measures are almost uniformly negatively correlated with the dependent variables. The “forbidden fruit” concept was advanced to explain the findings and questions were raised concerning the effectiveness of utilizing alcohol regulatory measures to reduce alcohol-related problems.

A frame of reference is presented for describing the empirical laws of human learning and performance in terms of stimulus (S), organismic (O), and response (R) variables. The relationship of experimentation to the discovery of laws and the construction of theories is outlined, and some problems connected with the objective specification of S, O, and R events are discussed. Learning as a systematic concept is treated at two definitional (formal vs operational) and two theoretical (Hull vs Estes) levels. An analysis of the hypothetical associative factor (Hall's H or Estes' x) reveals that it is basically a mathematical transformation of selected independent variables. Finally, a set of criteria is proposed by which the utility of theories of learning and performance may be evaluated.

The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of social, personal, and psychological factors towards purchase decision of JKT48 Theater’s Tickets. Data were collected from 126 fans of JKT48 in DKI Jakarta who have bought tickets three times or more. The result of this research shows that psychological factors significantly influence the purchase decision. Brand love moderates the relationship of all independent variables with the dependent variables. The existence of brand love as a moderating variable will weaken the influence of social factors on purchasing decisions.  The implications of this research can be a reference for the management team in formulating JKT48 Theater’s Tickets sales strategy related to social, personal, and psychological factors. Keywords: social, brand love, purchase decision

Dimension analysis is one of the important methods to study physical problems. Dynamic response of cylinder shell under impact is a pervasive problem in engineering domain. The paper took a cylinder shell as an objective to study the main factors of influence on dynamic response of cylinder shell under impact. Using theorem we obtained several different equations for describing the dynamic response of cylinder shell under different similarity conditions. The relationship of dynamic response of dimensionless independent variables versus dependent variables for cylinder shell is set up in the end.

PT Kresna Reksa Finance Jakarta can achieve its goals well if it runs the company according to its target by aligning its leadership style to performance-based compensation. The aim of this study is to determine whether the leader style when giving compensation can simultaneously improves company performance at PT Kresna Reksa Finance. Based on the research observations there are some problems that occur among some employees who feel their salary is low, also the allowances and bonuses are not appropriate, it needs serious management attentio. This study uses the personally administered questioneres method that is a face-to-face distribution questionnaire method to the respondent. This study illustrates that the value of leadership style towards compensation is in accordance with the performance that has been applied so that the company's target is exceeded. This can be seen from the equation of Y = 37,215 + 0.439X1 + 0.493X2 with the R-square of 0.78, which means that 78% of the independent variables of leadership style on the application of compensation are in accordance with performance and able to minimize the influence of other factors with a value of 22% other independent variables. The conclusion is that PT Kresna Reksa Finance Jakarta is appropriate and hopes to harmonize the relationship of leadership style, compensation, and performance of its employees
