This reserch aims to analyze agricultural trading  on credit system in islamic approach. This research was conducted in the village of Pahonjean. Majenang towards the welfare of farmers.  Data collection was carried out by observation, and interviews. By using a qualitative approach the results showed that this system of accounts receivable has become a habit among farmers and the impression from this system is that new farmers can only fulfill their primary and secondary needs.

The people who live in Anggrasmanis village, consist of various kinds of religions. There are Islam, Christian, and Hinduism. The tolerance between religious communities in Anggrasmanis village was maintained even though it was often tinged with tension and suspicion. This encourages religious figure to build communication. This study aims to describe how the pattern of communication inter-religious figures in Anggrasmanis village, so attitude of tolerance is born. The type of research used  is a qualitative description method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers’ finding communication patterns of religious figures in Anggrasmanis village are linear communication patterns and circular communication patterns that occur in direct conversation between religious figures and direct feedback. The role of religious figures to building tolerance at Anggrasmanis village is by participating in activities at the village such as religious holidays.

Rumah Baca Apung located in Tambak Lorok Village is a valuable asset belonging to the community that can be used as meeting hall and village library. In fact Rumah Baca Apung has not been utilized optimally in accordance with the function and purpose of building a library. Based on preliminary observations of the researchers, can be knew that the location is more often used as a place for discussion by the local people.Therefore, this study aims to further study the utilization of Rumah Baca Apung and the reasons behind the utilization. This research uses qualitative approach of case study with using data collection technique through interview, documentation study, and observation. The results of this study show that the use of Rumah Baca Apung has not been based on the function of education, research and preservation function of a library. Rumah Baca Apung also has not been used as a place to increase reading habit. Rumah Baca Apung is now used as a place of recreation, a place to discuss, socialize and counsel for the local people. The utilization of Rumah Baca Apung which has not yet represented the function of the village library is due to the limited quantity and quality of the collection books, the lack of educative games equipment, and the absence of learning companion teacher as a volunteer for the coastal children of Tambak Lorok.

Analysis of Village Development Factors and Strategies Towards Independent Villages (Case Study in Batang Sangir Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency). This study aims to determine the Factors of Development of Batang Sangir Village and Strategies Towards Independent Villages. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research location is in Batang Sangir Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency with a purposive sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are, the development factors in Batang Sangir Village include: (1) Natural Resources. (2) Human Resources. (3) Economy. (4) Public Services. (5) Community Participation. Batang Sangir Village applies a strategy towards independent villages from within, namely: optimizing the initiative or desire of the community to progress, optimizing the capacity / ability of the community, optimizing the capacity of the village head in organizing. Facilitate bureaucracy and facilitate constructive activities. Strengthening village officials' human resources through training and coaching and involving the community in development. Conduct village meetings which include community leaders, religious leaders. Determine productive businesses in Batang Sangir Village.

The enactment of Law No. 6, 2014 on Villages has given the opportunity for villages to manage their own finances. In 2017 the budget allocated by the central government amounted 720 million rupiahs per village. The central government needs to apply control and monitoring on the fund to ensure that there is no leakage and fraud in its spending. The survey results conducted by ICQ in 2016 show that there are 62 cases of corruption of the village fund already under investigation, with a total loss to the state reaching 18 billion rupiahs. One of the causes of the high number of fraud cases is the weak enforcement of internal control. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of Internal Control System (SPI) on the use of village fund at Kepayang village, Lempuing district, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, the data collection for this research is conducted by means of interview, observation, and documentation. There are 4 participants in this research, namely Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, and Kampong Society Representative Body. The internal control system in Kepayang village is running sufficiently well with a percentage of 65. This is because many of the components of control in the village government are not implemented.

This research discusses the cultural heritage of one of the ethnic groups in Indonesia, such as the new traditional medicine, namely Kuning. The purpose of this study is to describe the presence of Kuning in the Karo community and its benefits for the community so that it is maintained as one of the traditional Karo medicines. This research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The method used in data collection is occasional participatory observation and interviews, the baseline information is the village head, the key information is traditional leaders and people who have lived in Bunung Raya for a long time, from the usual information is the Kuning maker and the Kuning user. The result of Kuning's research is that traditional Karo medicine made from a mixture of various herbs has fewer negative side effects when compared to modern medicine and is more economical in its manufacture.

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the implementation of ritual ceremonies and the manifestation of the preservation of social values in the ritual ceremonies of the Sedudo ritual shower. The study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection using interviews and documen- tation. Data analysis is carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The procedure for implementing the Sedudo Siraman ritual ceremony is (1) sacred dance, (2) 15 girls salute / pray for supplication, (3) the Regent gives klenting, (4) klenting is brought to the spring / pool under the Sedudo grojogan, ( 5) klenting is left to the junkies, (6) the men fill the klenting with water and are handed over to the princesses, (7) holy water is handed over to the caretaker, (8) caretakers and village elders keep the water in the village tomb, (9 ) remarks and inaugurationbytheRegent,(10)recitingprayers,(11)bathingtogether.Thisformofsocialvalues is originalinthecommunityofNganjukdistrict.Thesocialvalues containedintheimplementationof the Sedudo Siraman ritual ceremony are the value of tolerance, the value of compassion, the value of mutual cooperation, the value of harmony, the value of togetherness, the value of cooperation, and family values.

This study refers to construction in the village of Kalimas, Sungai Kakap sub-district, Kubu Raya district. The village of Kalimas covers a territory of 4565 acres with village detail (711 ha), estates (2185 ha), Talview (239), land agriculture (1370 ha) with such an area of territory, the masses of communities mostly harnessed themselves. In this study, writers use types of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentaries based on research conducted, it was concluded that the village government of Kalimas has managed to build infrastructures such as the construction of road, bridge, the productions of fire facilities, the post and ambulance. It will remain permanently eroded the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, building infrastructure in the village of Kalimas is banned because rural funds are being diverted to help stranded communities.

<em>A village fund program is a form of government concern for the development of rural areas. The management of village funds consists of five stages, namely planning, implementation, managing, reporting, and responsibility, which should be based on the principles of good governance. The Cepogo Village Government, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency, in Central Java Province is one of the village governments in Indonesia that has implemented the principles of good governance in managing village funds. This study aims to see how the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability in the management of village funds by the Cepogo Village Government to achieve good governance standards. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was direct interviews with a semi-structured method. The participants of this study were the Village Head of Administration, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, and staff of the Administration Section for managing the village fund who are responsible for managing it. The results showed that the planning and implementation of Village Fund Program activities had shown accountable and transparent management. In terms of accountability, both physical and management activities, it has shown that the implementation is accountable and transparent. </em>

After the enactment of regional autonomy, transparency and accountability have become veryimportant issues in the Regional Financial Management, including Village AdministrationFinancial Management. This research is meant to find out how far the implementation oftransparency and accountability principles of village administration in managing the VillageBudget (APBDes) at Desa Sukosari Lor, Kecamatan Sukosari, Kabupaten Bondowoso throughPlanning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting, and Accountability. The research methodused is descriptive with qualitative approach. The resource persons in this study include Headof Desa Sukosari Lor, other apparatus at Desa Sukosari Lor, Chairman and secretary of BPD(Village Consultative Board) in Sukosari Lor, Chairman of Village Community EmpowermentInstitution (LPMD), Head of Family Welfare Development (PKK) in Sukosari Lor and theresidents of Sukosari Lor as the target for various programs. Data collection techniques used arein the form of observation, interview, and documentation analysis. Data analysis is performedwith data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data testing, and making conclusion. Theresearch findings indicate that the Village Head in Desa Sukosari Lor, Kecamatan Sukosari,Kabupaten Bondowoso has implemented the principles of transparency and accountability in themanagement of 2016 budget. In general, transparency and accountability in Desa Sukosari Lor,Kecamatan Sukosari, Kabupaten Bondowoso has been running well. However, there are someproblems that still have to be fixed.

Tirto Husodo Hot Spring Tourism object is located 15 kilometres from Pacitan Regency or precisely in Karangrejo Village, Arjosari District, Pacitan Regency. The condition of passing vehicles passing through the lanes around these attractions is indeed practically minimal, and there is no public transportation, so tourists visiting the Tirto Husodo Hot Springs tour must use their vehicles. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques; observation, interview and documentation. The informants in this study are the village government or its ranks as well as tour managers and visitors who come to the tour. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of the implementation of the Karangrejo Village government strategy related to the development of the Tirto Husodo Hotspring attraction, to increase attractiveness and additional income for the benefit of the Village.
