Abstract: The loss of environmental interests in a battle that is clearly unbalanced is one proof that people, nations in this world still do not realize how very important and valuable it is to promote the existence of a living environment. The interests of the environment are the interests of life, not only human life but the life of all living things, the most important of course is that not only life today but life in the future. What will we inherit for the lives of our children and grandchildren later? Fighting that defeats the interests of the environment, not only occurs in the practical realm of the executive, but has also penetrated the legislative line which is certainly full of political content. A more in-depth study is needed regarding this matter; it is only natural that we see the clash between the environmental laws of one and the other environmental laws, not to mention the clash with the laws and regulations below and below them. Constitutional studies are considered very important in the current conditions, especially for Indonesia. Keywords: Environtmental Law; Constitution; Regulation

Buying and selling is a way to transfer land rights according to the provisions in Article 37 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration which must include the deed of the Land Deed Making Official to register the right of land rights (behind the name) to the Land Office to create legal certainty and minimize the risks that occur in the future. However, in everyday life there is still a lot of buying and selling land that is not based on the laws and regulations that apply, namely only by using receipts and trust in each other. This is certainly very detrimental to both parties in the transfer of rights (behind the name), especially if the other party is not known to exist like the Case in Decision Number 42 / Pdt.G / 2010 / PN.Mtp

Earth is home to all known life, on land, within the oceans, inland waters, and amidst the atmosphere. This community of life exists within well recognized frontiers. But, human induced degradation of ecosystems is rendering much of the Earth less habitable for the humans and the other species. To cope with the escalating insults to human life and health, governments have been establishing environmental laws since the 1970s. It posits a vital question at this juncture: What should be the functions that environmental law should serve, both today and into the foreseeable future? This article will suggest four thematic areas for action in this regard. First, all laws and policies should embrace a holistic view of Earth; second, a common and shared analytic methodology needs to be deployed such as environmental impact assessment; third, a strategic cock-pit for ecological cooperation required to provide solutions for environmental crises; finally, a set of mutually recognized and shared principles will need to be embraced in order to provide a coherent and harmonized outlook for humanity’s ecological civilization.

Hegel’s idea of life turned out to be productive in terms of understanding the present and the future of such a modern civilization as Russia. Turning to this idea allows us to answer some of the questions that concern us today, including what life is in its spiritual dimension and what may be the projection of the spirit on the development of a civilization. Firstly, we need to rethink Hegel’s teaching about life and its spiritual dimension to find out what we lack in the understanding of contemporary facts of life. Nature in the idea of life not only reaches its external manifestation, but also transcends its own limits. Hegel sees life in its unity with the spirit, which frees life from objectivity and subjectivity, raising it to “absolute universality”. All living things, including man, are a continuous ascent to the spirit, going beyond the boundaries of the bosom of nature. Only in man does life reach its spiritual development and go from nature to the kingdom of the spirit. Secondly, the present and the future of Russian civilization can be considered through the prism of Hegel’s understanding of the levels and contradictions of the spiritual organization of human life by conducting a certain thought experiment. Russia is at a civilizational crossroads today. It has not been able to reach the end of the stage of the development of the objective spirit as the actual embodiment of the moral idea and complete the construction of the civilization, including creating a civil society and the rule of law. The country is still in the grip of civilizational dilemmas, both in its present and in the anticipated future. It can be assumed that Russia’s living space is deformed and lies between two pairs of opposing trends: between traditionalization and modernization in the present and between informatization and ecologization in the possible future.

“housing” is the fundamental need for life, and more than 2/3 of the human life is spent in house or other relevant living space. The life that we spent in the house derives various human affections. House, as a solid expression for the unit of families, carries people’s common and realistic demands for comfort and ecological living environment. Being the theme part of the interior design, the inner surface decoration is also the major place for connecting the other facilities. The inner surface design may have more possibilities to bring the ecology ideas to interior design, fulfill the intension and hasten the interior design to a higher wave, and surely it would accelerate the conservation of constructions from source consuming to recycling.

This is done by maintaining the sustainability of life in the world and preventing damage, disasters that can occur coupled with the greedy human attitude by destroying nature. These forests are the source of this natural force as water stores, oxygen producers, carbon dioxide absorber, germplasm sources, sources of food and food, wildlife habitats that if not properly managed will become extinct and the survival of life on earth will end. Meanwhile, the religion of Islam as the religion Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin ordered mankind to maintain and preserve the forest as a living environment, the human being made God on this earth as khalifah, interesting Islam Islam has its own point of view about forest conservation.

In the XIV century. centripetal tendencies began to appear in the Moscow principality. Inside the Russian church, several areas were distinguished. Part of the clergy supported the specificobar form. The other understood the need for transformations in society. As a result, this led to a split in the Russian church in the 15th century for "non-possessors" and "Josephites". The former linked the fate of the future with the ideology of hesychasm and its moral transformation, while the latter sought support in alliance with a strong secular power.
