The research aims to discuss Assimilation of Prisoners in Mataram Open Correctional Institution. The legal issue proposed in this research include How is the provision of assimilation for prisoners from prisons to the Mataram Open Correctional Institution. This study used normative legal research that examines the legal norms regarding the provision of assimilation from prisons to open prisons and stages of assimilation in the Mataram Open Correctional Institution. The approach of the thesis used legislation and conceptual approach. The technique of collecting legal materials are (1) literature study by systematically processing the legal material and (2) making known interpretations in law science to the laws and regulations relating to this research and the conclusion ultimately drawn deductively. The result of this script concludes that the assimilation requirement for prisoners is not the same but differentiated based on criminal acts committed by prisoners. The criminal acts are categorized into general crimes and special crimes which are included in "extraordinary crimes".

The purpose of this research is to reviewe and analyze the extent to which the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia regulate the use of signatures change by the partys in making notary deeds and to review and analyze the legal consequences of the use of signatures change by the partys in making a notary deed. This research is a normative legal research, using two types of approaches, namely the statute approach and the conceptual approach. The results of this study show that there are various causes of changing signatures of party, but the laws and regulations that apply in Indonesia do not have articles that govern this. The validity of a signature is seen based on the acknowledgment to justify the person affixing the signature. A different or change signature is justified by law insofar as the signer affixing his signature confirms that it is his signature, so that the legal consequences of such notary deeds are still valid to be used as evidence of authentic writing that has the power of perfect proof law. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis mengenai sejauh mana peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia mengatur mengenai penggunaan tanda tangan berubah-ubah oleh penghadap di dalam pembuatan akta notaris dan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis mengenai akibat hukum dari digunakannya tanda tangan berubah-ubah oleh penghadap di dalam pembuatan akta notaris. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif, dengan menggunakan dua jenis pendekatan yaitu pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada berbagai penyebab terjadinya tanda tangan yang berubah-ubah dari penghadap, namun peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia tidak terdapat pasal yang mengatur mengenai hal tersebut. Keabsahan dari suatu tanda tangan adalah dilihat berdasarkan adanya pengakuan untuk membenarkan dari orang yang membubuhkan tanda tangan. Tanda tangan yang berbeda atau berubah-ubah dibenarkan oleh hukum sepanjang penghadap yang membubuhkan tanda tangannya tersebut membenarkan bahwa itu adalah tanda tangannya, sehingga akibat hukum terhadap akta notaris yang demikian adalah tetap sah untuk digunakan sebagai alat bukti tulisan otentik yang memiliki kekuatan hukum pembuktian sempurna.

AbstractThe new broadcast media is broadcast digitization in the form of a platform accessed via the internet network. Netflix as a provider of the Subscription Video on Demand service broadcasts uncensored films which result in the films being against the culture and laws and regulations in Indonesia because they contain pornography to violence even though there is an obligation to be censored by a film before the film will be shown. This research is a legal research that analyzes the uncensored film broadcasting activities carried out by Netflix according to the laws and regulations in Indonesia and Netflix's legal liability for uncensored film broadcasting by using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. From this research it was found that Netflix broadcasts uncensored films in Indonesia in violation of the statutory provisions concerning Broadcasting, Film, Pornography, and ITE. However, Netflix does not automatically account for all provisions of the laws and regulations because the locus of broadcasting activities carried out by Netflix cannot be reached by all the provisions of the laws and regulations.Keywords: Film Broadcasting; Netflix; Film Censorship; Internet.AbstrakMedia penyiaran baru merupakan digitalisasi penyiaran dalam bentuk platform yang diakses melalui jaringan internet. Netflix sebagai penyedia layanan Subscription Video on Demand menyiarkan film tanpa sensor yang mengakibatkan filmnya bertentangan dengan budaya dan peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia karena bermuatan pornografi hingga kekerasan padahal terdapat kewajiban untuk dilakukan sensor film dikeluarkan oleh lembaga sensor film sebelum film akan dipertunjukkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum yang menganalisis kegiatan penyiaran film tanpa sensor yang dilakukan oleh Netflix menurut peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia dan pertanggungjawaban hukum Netflix terhadap penyiaran film tanpa sensor dengan mengggunakan pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan konseptual. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Netflix melakukan penyiaran film tanpa sensor di Indonesia melanggar ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan tentang Penyiaran, Perfilman, Pornografi, dan ITE. Namun, tidak serta merta semua ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang dilanggar dapat dipertanggungjawabkan pada Netflix karena locus kegiatan penyiaran yang dilakukan oleh Netflix tidak dapat dijangkau semua ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. One of the legal products made by notary as a part of their authorities is a deed, both authentic deeds and underhand-made deeds. In addition to these deeds, a notary also has the authority to issue a certificate which is commonly referred to as a covernote. A certificate or covernote is a statement or note in the form of information confirming that a land ownership deed is in the process of a certificate making that is due to a process of roya, transfer of name of land ownership and splitting of one certificate into two. This study examines two issues related to notary authority, namely the basis for the notary’s authority in issuing a covernote and the legal consequences of making the covernote. This study uses a normative legal research method and a conceptual approach as well as a statutory approach. The results showed that the covernote issued by a notary was actually an ordinary certificate, not a legal product of a notary. Covernote only contains an explanation of the deed that is in the process of certification which has not been completed and will be completed within a period determined by the notary itself, so the covernote is not legally binding. The notary is authorized to make a covernote, but it is not regulated in the laws and regulations so that, if it is concluded, the covernote is not a legal product of a notary. The legal consequences for the notary if they fail to carry out the covernote, they can be held liable to solve them immediately. The legal consequence of not fulfilling the contents of the covernote is a violation of Article 1366 of the Criminal Code because notaries are considered negligent in carrying out their duties and authorities.

The success of the performance of the political recruitment function by Political Parties departs from its cadre mechanism. This is supported by the regeneration of a good and responsible wing organization of political parties. This study aims to determine legal problems related to the function of the wing organization of political parties. The type of research in this writing is normative legal research, with a statutory approach and a literature approach. This research examines the laws and regulations on political parties and related legal norms. The data used are secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal materials. Primary legal materials are in the form of Law Number 2 of 2008 concerning Political Parties, while secondary legal materials are in the form of books, journals and articles related to the topic of the problem. The results showed that there were still several problems, such as the lack of rules governing the Organization of the Political Party Wing and the activities of cadres related to their location and background.

Corruption has been widespread, it is increasingly systematic, inducing losses to the national economy. Article 2 paragraph (2) of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption, the death penalty can be imposed under certain conditions, but so far there is no corruptor has been sentenced to death. This study discussed issues related with corruption, including: first, how is the urgency of death penalty applied to corruptors in Indonesia, and secondly how the implementation of death penalty for corruptors in Indonesia. The method applied in this study was a normative legal research type, with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. This study used primary legal materials, by collecting data from literature study, then analyzed using qualitative methods. The following conclusions can be drawn from this study: first, death penalty is a punishment that still needs to be included in the law, to prevent extraordinary crimes such as corruption, secondly, the formulation of law must be more accentuated even if needed, to be expanded in order to avoid any issues that could complicate the implementation and to prevent multiple interpretations.

The Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) has an important role in answering the increasingly complex problems of Muslims through fatwas. However, in the Indonesian legal system, fatwas are not considered a source of material law that has legal validity as a solution to the problems of Muslims in Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to describe the position of fatwas in the legal system in Indonesia and the existence of the fatwas of the Indonesian Ulema Council in addressing the problems of the ummah. This research is a normative legal research using three types of approaches consisting of a statutory approach, a historical approach, and a conceptual approach. The results of this study concluded that: firstly, the position of fatwas in the construction of Islamic law has a high position. Fatwas are seen as a solution that can break the ice in legal development that is not accommodated by the texts of the Quran. So, substantively and sociologically, fatwas have a strong and binding position in Islamic law. Secondly, the existence of the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council in responding to the problems of the Ummah can be seen in two aspects. The first aspect, fatwas in the perspective of Islamic legal authority are binding sociologically in substance. This is because fatwas are explanations and interpreters of the texts of the Quran regarding Islamic law. The second aspect, fatwas from the perspective of the hierarchy of laws and regulations, legally and formally, do not have any position in the ranking of legal norms. However, it is constitutionally guaranteed through Article 29 of the 1945 Constitution that guarantees the realization of the fulfillment of all Islamic law for Muslims in Indonesia.

AbstractNow businesses can market their products through social media at a low cost. The marketing of this product is done through endorsement services on social media by influencers on social media. Not only adults, now many children also become influencers who promote various products through social media and they got benefit from it. The purpose of this research is to determine the criminal provisions for users of endorsement services by children and also to determine the regulation of criminal acts of economic exploitation of children through endorsement services on social media. This research is a normative juridical legal research. The research approach uses a statute approach and a conceptual approach. Based on this research, there is a legal vacuum in the application of crimes for perpetrators of economic exploitation of children through endorsement services on social media. Pemasaran produk ini dilakukan melalui jasa dukungan (endorsement) di media sosial oleh influencer di media sosial. Tak hanya orang dewasa, kini anak-anak pun banyak menjadi influencer yang memasarkan berbagai produk melalui media sosial dan memperoleh keuntungan darinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan ketentuan pidana bagi para pengguna jasa dukungan oleh anak-anak dan juga untuk mengetahui pengaturan tindak pidana eksploitasi ekonomi terhadap anak melalui jasa dukungan (endorsement) di media sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum yuridis normatif. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang (statute approach) dan pendekatan konsep (conceptual approach). Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ditemukan adanya kekosongan hukum dalam penerapan pidana bagi pelaku tindak eksploitasi ekonomi terhadap anak melalui jasa dukungan (endorsement) di media sosial. Peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dirasa kurang relevan dengan permasalahan eksploitasi ekonomi terhadap anak melalui media sosial yang timbul pada era digital. This paper aims to find the basis for the philosophical rationality of applying sharia principles in resolving sharia economic disputes in religious courts as well as the prerequisites required by religious court judges to apply sharia principles in resolving sharia economic disputes. The type of research used is normative legal research to find philosophical rationality and the institutionalization of sharia principles in resolving sharia economic disputes. The approach used is a conceptual approach. Secondary data were collected through literature study. The research results obtained first, the philosophical rationality of the application of sharia principles in sharia economic dispute resolution in line with the first and third principles of Pancasila. Second, the institutionalization of sharia principles becomes effective if there are prerequisites that must be met, firstly enough information for judges to understand sharia principles, secondly the obstacles that come from the judges themselves who are still oriented towards the flow of legism / positivism will have an effect on providing legal basis and third the speed of instilling the institutionalization of sharia principles can be done through education and training organized by the Supreme Court for Religious Court judges.

Indonesia changes the name of the sea in its Exclusive Economic Zone, which initially changed the name of the South China Sea to North Natuna Sea. The change in the name of the North Natuna Sea in Indonesia was protested by the Chinese government, given the abundant natural resources that made other countries especially China want to seize this region. Not only that, the North Natuna Sea is also one of the legal conflicts. The Indonesian government must increase awareness in terms of security and national defense in protecting sovereignty, especially in the North Natuna Sea. This study uses a normative juridical method and uses a legislative approach, a case approach, and a conceptual approach in this case literature study of library materials so that it can be called library legal research. The impact of the change in the name of the North Natuna Sea internally, the change in the map of Indonesia in the North Natuna Sea because this change can be implemented without external parties. External impact, Indonesia received recognition from other countries that the name of the Indonesian sea has changed its name. And efforts made by Indonesia to secure the stability of the North Natuna Sea.

The Underwriting Rights Law stipulates that the date of the book of land liability is the seventh day after receipt. It raises problems if the Deed of Granting the Right of Entitlement (APHT) has been completed. This study analyzes the legal standing of the deed of giving rights of late registration at the Land Office and legal protection for debtors and creditors on deeds granting mortgage rights that are late in registering at the Land Office which cause losses to the parties. The research method used normative legal research while the problem approach was carried out using a legal approach and conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate that the legal position of the Deed of Granting Rights that is late registered with the Land Office is still valid because it has fulfilled the provisions of Article 13 UUHT. Legal protection for dabitur and creditor over the APHT that is late registered with the Land Office is found in Article 23 paragraph (2) UUHT which stipulates that the existence of administrative sanctions does not remove other sanctions in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations so that the aggrieved party can file compensation
