The aim of this study is to examine the effects of problem based learning model assist with interactive simulation to science generic skill of students. This is an experimental research with pretest-posttest control group design. Data were collected by using generic skill achievement test and analyzed by using mean-difference test and calculating normalized gain scores. Research finding showed that there is significance difference between experimental group and control group. Moreover, mean value for the experimental group is higher than control group. Problem based learning model assist with interactive simulation is better in improving student science generic skill than without interactive simulation.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pengaruh model Problem Based Learning terhadap output nilai studi dan rasa keingintahuan peserta yang dididik pada edukasi IPA kelas V SD Negeri Banjarwaru Kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor. Jenis pengkajian kuantitatif dengan desain nonequivalent control group desain. Data diambil memakai teknik tes output nilai studi, angket, dan observasi. Nilai Post-test kelas eksperimen kelas dan kontrol kelas nilai t hitung  > t tabel (2,841 > 1,99) dan nilai signifikansinya kurang dari 0,05 (p = 0,010 < 1,998). Output bahan bahan rasa ingintahu peserta yang dididik nilai t hitung > t tabel (2,841 > 1,998) sedangkan nilai signikansinya kurang dari 0,05 (p = 0,000 < 0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa perbedaan antara penggunaan metode Problem Based Learning pada kelas eksperimen dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional pada kelas control.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, output studi, rasa ingin tahu, IPA. INFLUENCE PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MODEL OF LEARNING OUTPUT AND CURIOSITY STUDENTSThis study aims to describe the effect of the Problem Based Learning model on the learning outputs and the curiosity of the students on the science subjects class V SDN Banjarwaru Ciawi Bogor District Bogor. Quantitative research type with nonequivalent control group design. Data collection techniques use test result, questionnaire, and observation techniques. Post-test values of result learning experiment class and control class value t arithmetic > t table (2,841 > 1,99) and significance value less than 0,05 (p = 0,010 < 0,05). Output bahan bahan curiosity character learners t, count > t table (2,841 > 1,998) while the significance value less than 0.05 (p = 0,000 < 0,05). Result showed that there are differences between Problem Based Learning Model in experiment class compared to Convensional Model in the control class.

Problem Based Learning model is a model of learning that leads students on real-world problems that make students actively in the teaching learning process so that it can affect to learning motivation and learning outcomes of students in Geography subject. The purpose of this study is (1) to find out whether there are differences in learning motivation and learning outcomes between the Experimental Group and the Control Group before using the Problem Based Learning Model on the Geography subject . (2) To find out the differences in learning motivation and learning outcomes between Experimental Group and Control Group after using Problem Based Learning Model on the Geography subject. The design in this study used a True Experiment Design or a true experimental design type Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sample was taken randomly, while the method and instrument data collection used questionnaires and documentation, Validity Instruments test used correlation Pearson Product Moment and reliability test used Alpha Cronbach with the help of SPSS for windows version 21 as well as the technical analyst data used independent sample t test with SPSS for Windows version 21. The findings showed that: (1) there was no difference in learning motivation and learning outcomes between experimental group and control group before getting treatment with Problem Based Learning Model on the Geography subject, (2) there was difference in learning motivation and learning outcomes between the experimental group after using the Problem Based Learning Model and the control group that did not get treatment with the problem based learning model in Geography subjects or there is influence of Problem Based Learning Model on Learning Motivation and Learning Outcomes in Geography Subject in Senior High School of Tahfidz Darul Ulum Banyuanyar Pamekasan

Research on the effect of the problem-based learning model in the basic laws of chemistry on student’s learning outcomes in class X MAN 2 Model Palu has been done. This study aimed to determine the effect of the application of the problem-based learning model in the basic laws of chemistry on student’s learning outcomes in class X MAN 2 Model Palu. The type of research was a quasi-experimental study non-randomized design with pretest-posttest control group design. The sample was conducted with a purposive sampling technique. The study sample was students in class X MIA 6 as an experimental group (n = 22) and students in class X MIA 3 as a control group (n = 22). The data testing of students' learning outcomes used a non-parametric statistical analysis, the analysis of Mann-Whitney U-Test. The research results indicated that the mean value of the experiment class was high compared to the control class, 22.61 >18.39. The statistical analysis obtained that sig. 2-tailed (0,032) ˂ 0.05 and Zcalculation (-2.149) ˂ Ztable (-1.96). The average value of the experiment class was 82.95 while the average value of the control class was 73.64. So it can be concluded that there is the effect of applying the problem-based learning model in the basic laws of chemistry on student’s learning outcomes.

Purpose of the study: This study introduced a new learning model called GEPPRAK (Grup: Group, Eksplorasi: Exploration, Pengembangan Ide: Idea Development, Penyusunan dan PresentasiRencana Usaha: Preparation and Presentation of the Business Plan, Aksi dan Kompetisi: Action and Competition)and compared higher education students' interest change in entrepreneurship through the application of the GEPPRAK learning model and the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. Methodology: This research was quantitative research with an experimental research design. The design in this study was the true experimental design using pre-test and post-test control group design. Data collection used documentation, observation, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used an independent sample t-test using IBM SPSS 22. Main Findings: The results showed that entrepreneurship learning using the GEPPRAK learning model proved to be able to improve entrepreneurial interest better than the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in the experimental class in this study. Applications of this study: The results of this study can be used by teachers and lecturers as a reference for the selection of entrepreneurship learning models in schools and universities. Novelty/Originality of this study: The GEPPRAK learning model is a new learning model developed in Indonesia so that it still needs to be tested for its effectiveness in improving students’ entrepreneurial interest.

This research is motivated by the low mastery of basic movements due to the incorrect way of doing the passing technique. How to teach volleyball games using the lecture method so as to make students less interested so that students become less active during the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was effectiveness in the problem based learning model on the psychomotor outcomes of volleyball underpassing in class XI students of SMK Negeri 2 Semarang and discovery learning models on psychomotor outcomes of volleyball underpassing in class XI students of SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. The research method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design (quasi-experimental) with the design used in this study is the Noneequivalent Control Group Design. Data collection techniques using tests. The population in this study were students of class XI SMK N 2 Semarang, with samples of class XI BDP 1 and XI UPW 1 students. The results showed that the hypothesis test was obtained t count (22.669 < 29.556) which means that the problem based learning and discovery learning models are effective in psychomotor results of passing under volleyball in class XI students of SMK N 2 Semarang. The results of the effectiveness of passing down volleyball with a problem based learning model of 83.06. While the results of the effectiveness of passing down volleyball with the discovery learning model of 89.00. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the discovery learning learning model is more effective than problem based learning exercises for the effectiveness of passing down volleyball in class XI students of SMK N 2 Semarang, because from the data the value of the discovery learning model is greater than problem based learning.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh media pembelajaran e-modul berbasis flipbook pada model problem based learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo pada materi pokok sifat koligatif larutan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo yang terdiri dari 6 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling. Kelas yang terpilih sebagai kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas XII MIPA 1 yang dibelajarkan menggunakan media pembelajaran e-modul berbasis flipbook pada model problem based learning dan sebagai kelas kontrol yaitu kelas XII MIPA 6 dibelajarkan menggunakan model problem based learning. Data motivasi belajar peserta didik untuk kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol terdistribusi normal dan memiliki varians yang homogen, sehingga dilakukan uji-t dengan α= 0,05 dan dk= 52, diperoleh thitung > ttabel (3,303>1,674). Perhitungan hasil belajar dari kelas eksperimen tidak terdistribusi normal dan kelas kontrol terdistribusi normal, serta kedua kelas berasal dari populasi yang homogen sehingga uji hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu uji statistik non-parametrik, Mann-Whitney dengan α= 0,05 diperoleh Zhitung > Ztabel (8,66 > 1,64). Terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran e-modul berbasis flipbook pada model problem based learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo pada materi pokok sifat koligatif larutan. Kata kunci: PBL dan e-modul berbasis flipbook ABSTRACT This research was quasi experiment research that aimed to know the effect of using e-modul based on flipbook media in problem based learning model toward students motivations and learning outcomes in class XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo on subject matter of colligative properties solution. Research design was posttest only control group design. Population was students in class XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo that consist of six classes. Sample was taken randomly. Experiment class was XII MIPA 1 that learned e-modul based on flipbook media in problem based learning model and control class was XII MIPA 6 that learned problem based learning model without e-modul based on flipbook media. Motivation data in experiment class and control class was normally distributed and it has homogen varians so test-t with ∝=0.05 dan dk=52 was done with tcalculated > ttable (3,303>1,647). For the learning outcome data in experiment and control class was not normally distributed while in control class was normally distributed and it has homogen varians so, parametric test by Man-Withney with ∝=0.05, was done with zcalculated > ztable (8,66>1,64). It can be concluded that there is an effect of e-modul based flipbook on media in problem based learning model toward students motivations and learning outcomes in class XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo on subject matter of colligative properties solution. This research aimed at finding out the effect of the problem-based learning model and audiovisual media that based on South Sumatera's local superiority to learning outcomes. This research was using Quasi Experimental Design as the method with design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects were 45 students in Experimental Group and 45 students in Control Group. The researcher used the data collection tool in the form of pretest-posttest, observation and documentation. The average score of pretest in experimental group was 83 and average score of pretest control group was 66,8. The data of pretest and posttest in experimental group was distributed normal with the value km -0,71 and 0,80. The hypotheses was calculated by using t-test which is polled varians and and the result of t obtain was 8,598 in 0,05 significant level and the t-table is 1,987. Since the significant level showed tobtain&gt;ttable, therefore Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The result of this research proved that the problem-based learning model and audiovisual media that based on South Sumatera's local superiority to learning outcomes.

This research is a quasi-experimental aims to finding out the impact of problem-based learning model assist with interactive simulation of the results of learning physics of grade VIII SMPN 1 Pujut in academic year 2013/2014. The design of this research used of non-equivalent control group design, while the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The population of  this research is students of grade VIII SMPN 1 Pujut with 227 students, while the sampling are the students of grade VIII 1 as the experimental group and the students of grade VIII 6 as control group. The data result studying analyzed by t-test two tail using formulas polled variance. Obtain values thint = 2,519 and ttable =2,013 on degree of free is 47 with 5% significant degree. Because  thint > ttable ,then  Ho will be rejected and Ha will be accepted which indicates that there is significant the impact of problem-based learning model assist with interactive simulation of the results of learning physics grade VIII SMPN 1 Pujut in academic year 2013/2014.

This research aim to examine the effect of probing prompting assisted video learning model for learning outcomes and critical thinking skill of student. This type of research is quasi experiment with untreated control group design with pretest and posttest. The research population was all students of X MIA MAN 2 Mataram. Sampling technique of this research use cluster random sampling so that there are two classes that is X MIA 1 as the experimental class and X MIA 3 as the control class. Type test used 20 choice question for learning outcomes and 5 essay for critical thinking skill. The posttest mean value for learning outcomes in experimental class and control class is 42,36 and 34,86. The posttest mean value for critical thinking skill in experimental class and control class is 54,86 and 46,08. Hypothesis testing of this research is MANOVA. The result of MANOVA test show a significant 0,004 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this research is there is the effect of  probing prompting learning model assisted video for learning outcomes and critical thinking skill of student.

This research aims to determine the effect of problem-based learning model on student’s mathematical logical thinking abilities and the amount of it. To achieve the goals, this research used post-test only control group design. This research was held in class XI-IPA of SMAN 1 Sekotong and consist of 60 students which divided into two classes. By considering the post-test only control group design which requires a control group and the experimental group, used saturated sampling technique that took the whole population as the sample. The members of the population were all students of class XI-IPA of SMAN 1 Sekotong which divided into two classes XI-IPA 1 and XI-IPA 2. The instruments were used to measure the student’s logical thinking ability consist of four description. The measurement of the logical thinking ability was measured after the implementation of problem-based learning for four times. The level of compliance to the learning model was measured by observation of student and teacher activity sheets. The results of data analysis using t-test showed that problem-based learning have a significant influence on the mathematical logical thinking ability. Those results were showed by the increasing of mathematical logical thinking ability in each meeting. The analysis using the effect-size gave the result of the d value of 1,60 which means the application of problem-based learning have a high influence to the student’s mathematical logical thinking ability.
