Abstract. Cutlip and Gleen Broom who defined problems, planning, initiating and communicating, and evaluating activities. The literature review used in the coverage of this work is public relations, public relations campaigns, green campaigns, "Ngopi tapi Go Green". In addition, this paper will also use the SWOT analysis theory proposed by Philip Kotler. This work uses several data analysis techniques, in-depth interviews and collects secondary and primary data. The work shows that the Public Relations Campaign “Ngopi tapi Go Green” at RBoJ Coffee has followed the stages in the Public Relations Process. The stages of the activity process are used to inform, inspire, and educate the public, namely the pre-production, production and post-production processes. The work shows that it has succeeded in informing, inspiring, and educating the public with the support of analysis of facts and data that have been presented. Abstrak. Penciptaan karya yang berjudul Kampanye Public Relations “Ngopi tapi Go Green” di RBoJ Coffee” memiliki tujuan untuk menginformasi, menginspirasi, serta mengedukasi masyarakat melalui Kampanye “Ngopi tapi Go Green” dengan menggali melalui teori proses Public Relations yang dikemukakan oleh Allan Center, Scott Cutlip, dan Gleen Broom yang dimulai dari mendefinisikan masalah, perencanaan, bertindak dan berkomunikasi, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Tinjauan literatur yang digunakan dalam penciptaan karya ini yaitu public relations, kampanye public relations, kampanye go green, “Ngopi tapi Go Green”. Selain itu, karya ini juga akan menggunakan teori analisis SWOT yang dikemukakan oleh Philip Kotler. Karya ini menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data, meliputi wawancara mendalam serta mengumpulkan data sekunder dan primer. Hasil karya menunjukan bahwa Kampanye Public Relations “Ngopi tapi Go Green” di RBoJ Coffee telah mengikuti tahapan dalam Proses Public Relations. Tahapan proses kegiatan yang digunakan untuk membentuk menginformasi, menginspirasi, serta mengedukasi masyarakat, yaitu proses pra-produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Hasil karya menunjukkan telah berhasil menginformasi, menginspirasi, serta mengedukasi masyarakat dengan didukungnya analisis fakta dan data-data yang telah dipaparkan.

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

The author who is directly involved in the consignment trading process sees so many phenomena that occur, whether it is related to the consignment trader, the shop owner, the emotional relationship between the two, business relationships, character, cultural values, and so on. The research approach used in this study is qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by in-depth interviews and observations. The types of data in this study are: primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques in this study use data analysis techniques miles and hubermen, including data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing / verification). The results of this study indicate that there are 7 patterns of interaction between consignment traders and shop owners, namely: making mutually beneficial business agreements, cooperation on the basis of mutual trust, mutual understanding of each other's character, respecting different cultures, disputes for breaking the agreement, lack of openness, and conflict of interest.

The purpose of this study was to determine the moderation of the audit structure and audit supervision on the effect of competence on auditor performance. The location of this research was conducted at the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) of the Province of Bali. This research data uses primary data that is processed through the distribution of questionnaires with data analysis techniques using moderation regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive effect on auditor performance. The results showed that the audit structure strengthened the positive effect of competence on auditor performance in the Public Accounting Firm. The results also showed that audit supervision strengthened the positive effect of competence on auditor performance in the Public Accounting Firm. The Indonesian Movement Helps organization located in China helps Indonesian students while studying in China, but some Indonesian students initially had difficulty communicating with the organization. Many Indonesian students are victims of irresponsible scholarship agents. This research aims to analyze the communication barriers of the Indonesian Movement Helps organization in helping Indonesian students in China. This research method is qualitatively descriptive with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis techniques using SWOT analysis. The results found a communication model of Indonesian student organizations in China through the internalization of the climate and culture of the word of mouth communication in Indonesian Movement Helps. The substance of this research is the communication model of Indonesian student organizations in China through the internalization of climate and culture of the word of mouth communication that can be applied to student organizations in other countries.

The main theory used is Marketing Public Relations and the other supporting theories are brand, and rebranding. The method of insulation used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection thechniques are done by conducting in-depth interviews, and observations. The speakers in this study are form internal and external companies. The data obtained from the subject of this study are analyzed by data analysis techniques, while for the data trust techniques using source triangulation data.

This study provides a comprehensive picture of the public's perception of the high cost of financing Islamic banks in Indonesia. The perception of "expensive" arises from various perspectives based on the limited knowledge of each customer. In this study, the authors present explanations sourced from Islamic banks and several observers of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Primary data was obtained by conducting in-depth interviews with several Islamic bank practitioners, observations, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses the theory of Miles and Huberman, starting from data classification, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found several arguments which then formed the public perception that financing in Islamic banks was considered expensive. The word "expensive" here of course must be understood by defining the correct, authentic meaning, not with a misleading logical approach.

This research focuses on the activities of the PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Public Relations Campaign on Covid-19 Response in the Tanjung Priok Port Area. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of the Covid-19 Response Campaign carried out by the Public Relations of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok and what media were used in the campaign process. The theory used in this research is the 4 Steps Of Public Relations from Cutlip and also the concept of 10 Stages Of Campaign Planning. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative with a constructivist paradigm. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation and in-depth interviews with informants who were involved in the process of implementing the Covid-19 Response Campaign with the object of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok. The results of research from the Covid-19 Response Campaign carried out several stages in a comprehensive manner by forming a Covid Management Team together with the K3L and HR divisions. Considering the situation during the pandemic which limited activities outside the home, the Covid-19 Response Campaign was carried out by utilizing digital media such as Websites, Social Media, and the company's main internal channel, namely E-Office.

The Purpose of this study is conducting mitigate fraud transaction by adapting the concept of siri’ na pacce’. This research is a qualitative research with a critical ethnographic approach. The source of data from this study is primary data in the form of direct interviews to several informants and subjects in the form of data from the research location. Furthermore, the data collection methods used was in-depth interviews, documentation and recording. Then, the processing and data analysis techniques are qualitative analysis by building conclusions with the stages of data collection, triangulation data analysis and final conclusion. The results of this study indicate Lempu’ and ada tongeng 'in the dimension of honesty accountability, namely honesty and wisdom which are keys in reducing fraud. The value of clay is reinforcement in the implementation of accountability can be seen in the process of offering, ordering, payment and delivery.

In accordance with the concept of the penal system aims to make inmates as good citizens and responsible in order to return the society and protect the public against the possibility of repeated criminal acts by inmates, as well as the application of the values contained in Pancasila. Under the terms of Act No. 12 of 1995 on Corrections, in particular Article 14 on the rights of prisoners, is the basis that prisoners must be treated humanely in an integrated development system. see how prison officials treat inmates Pekanbaru Class IIA narcotic in the development concept, the condition of the number of inmates in the prisons of narcotics cases dominate Class IIA Pekanbaru either with the category of airports and drug dealers that there needs to be more comprehensive treatment and sustainable. In the researchers used a descriptive method by conducting qualitative research approach, the primary data source is derived from narcotics informant prisoners who are undergoing criminal mass in prisons Class IIA Pekanbaru, to collect data using observation, library research, and in-depth interviews. The method used in empirically includes several things: a research approach data collection techniques and data analysis techniques. Results of the study researchers found the Treatment of Prisoners of narcotics by category airports and dealers be treated the same as inmates cases other crimes both in placement and other treatments, but do differ in health care where current inmates category airports and dealers are experiencing a reaction sakau or hooked in Class IIA Pekanbaru prison which is a common prison. Inmates narcotics by category airports and dealers aware of any specific rules on the treatment of prisoners of narcotic high risk although not implemented in prisons general Pekanbaru Riau, so therefore the behavior of inmates narcotic categories of airports and dealers do agreements informally with officers prisons Class IIA Pekanbaru in addressing compliance their needs .

Purpose – The purpose of this research is to understand the role of Public Relations Management in activities Hospital Social Responsibility (HSR) to improve image of Sunan Kudus Islamic Hospital. This study is also designed to understand the ability of Hospital Social Responsibility (HSR) in bringing benefits to the hospital Islam Sunan Kudus.Method – Primary data were obtained directly from observations and interviews with the Sunan Kudus Islamic Hospital, in this case the Public Relations Management and the community involved in HSR activities. The data analysis technique used several analyzes, namely descriptive, sociological, hostoris, and data validity.Result – The role of Public Relations in HSR activities can improve image of the Sunan Kudus Islamic Hospital, this is proven with the HSR activities carried out by RSI Sunan Kudus followed by all levels of society in the city Kudus so that through the HSR activity the name RSI Sunan Kudus is known to the wider community and ultimately society who is in the Kudus city to entrust his health to Sunan Kudus Islamic Hospital.Implication – This study can motivate other hospitals to implement HSR (Hospital Social Responsibility), so that a mutual symbiotic relationship can be created between the hospital and the community.Originality – In other studies only discussing CSR in general, there are no findings regarding HSR, and there is no CSR or HSR aspect in it Islamic perspective, apart from that there are no other benefits seen due to the existence of CSR in the hospital
