The author who is directly involved in the consignment trading process sees so many phenomena that occur, whether it is related to the consignment trader, the shop owner, the emotional relationship between the two, business relationships, character, cultural values, and so on. The research approach used in this study is qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by in-depth interviews and observations. The types of data in this study are: primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques in this study use data analysis techniques miles and hubermen, including data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing / verification). The results of this study indicate that there are 7 patterns of interaction between consignment traders and shop owners, namely: making mutually beneficial business agreements, cooperation on the basis of mutual trust, mutual understanding of each other's character, respecting different cultures, disputes for breaking the agreement, lack of openness, and conflict of interest.

In this study the researchers analyzed this title because of the low support from educators and parents in developing children's creativity, drawing is not the main priority in developing creativity, and the lack of children's ability to develop creativity drawing activities in early childhood. In analyzing the creativity of drawing in early childhood, it is hoped that educators and parents can find out more in understanding the importance of developing the creativity of drawing activities in early childhood. This research is a library research (library research) that uses primary data sources and secondary data, with data collection techniques: library, and accessing internet sites (Websites). The validity of the data uses method triangulation. Data analysis uses data reduction analysis techniques, data displays and drawing conclusions.The results showed that drawing activities in early childhood can develop children's creativity. The process of drawing activities of children is able to create or combine ideas and ideas in divergent and thinking by providing motivation, supporting facilities for creativity, and freedom for children to explore their thinking abilities.

ABSTRACTSThis research is motivated by the concept of Agraria, Agraria is what is in the sea, on land such as forests and land or what is called natural resources. Natural resources are essentially used or utilized for the benefit of the community. Likewise, what happened in Nagari Sungai Pinang was due to too much power so that there was an inaccuracy in the issue of ownership of an island which was the trigger for the ownership conflict of Marak Island, Koto XI Tarusan District. The formulation of the research problem is the factor of ownership conflict in Marak Island in Koto Xl Tarusan District and how to manage Marak Island ownership conflict in Koto Xl Tarusan District and who are the actors involved in the ownership conflict of Marak Island in Koto Xl Tarusan District.            The theory used in this research is conflict theory according to Randall Collins. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. There were 7 informants involved in the conflict over ownership of Marak Island in Koto Xl Tarusa District. Data collection methods used in two ways, namely non-participant observation, in-depth interviews and document study. To achieve the validity of research data using triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis units used were groups and individuals with data analysis by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.            From the results of the study it can be concluded that there are several factors that support this conflict, such as the construction of homestay without permission, and the struggle for a physical tenure. In resolving this conflict, Wali Nagari, Pemuda, BAMUS as well as Ninik Mamak and Mr. Alex have made efforts to resolve this conflict through various processes and development carried out by PT Dempo since 15 April  2018. however this problem has not been resolved until now. Keywords: Conflict Cause, Actor involved, Conflict Resolution

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

<p>Abstract<br />The article of  this research is know how to main base into consideration Bank Rakyat Indonesia in doing Agroniaga, Bank acquisitions and ownership as well as knowing the order management after the acquisition of pengambilalhian shares or conducted by the people’s Bank of Indonesia against the Bank Agroniaga of Law Number 10 Of 1998 changes to the Law Number Number 7 Of 1992. This research is socio legal. The research is descriptive. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data, which includes primary legal materials and legal secondary materials. Data collection techniques used with interviews and studies library. Data analysis techniques used in this research was the qualitative analysis. The results of research and discussion of the basic considerations that Rakyat Indonesia Bank in the acquisition of the Agroniaga Bank business expansion, addition of assets as there are similarities in core business, namely in the field of agribusiness, the demand for Indonesia of Bank to Rakyat Indonesia Bank to acquire Agroniaga Bank who are going through a slump. Agroniaga Bank ownership after being acquired belong to the people’s Indonesia of Bank. Management of the Agroniaga Bank chosen unilaterally by the people’s Indonesia of Bank.</p><p>Keywords : Rakyat Indonesia Bank and Agroniaga Bank, acquisition, basic considerations,  ownership and governance.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai dasar utama yang menjadi pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia  dalam  melakukan  akuisisi  Bank Agroniaga,  dan  mengetahui  kepemilikan  serta  susunan kepengurusan sesudah akuisisi atau pengambilalhian saham yang dilakukan oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia terhadap Bank Agroniaga ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1992. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, yang mencakup bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa dasar  pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam melakukan akuisisi Bank Agroniaga yaitu ekspansi bisnis, penambahan aset karena terdapat kemiripan pada core bussines yaitu dibidang agribisnis, permintaan Bank Indonesia kepada Bank Rakyat Indonesia untuk mengakuisisi  Bank Agroniaga  yang  sedang  mengalami  keterpurukan.  Kepemilikan  Bank Agroniaga setelah diakuisisi menjadi milik Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Kepengurusan Bank Agroniaga dipilih secara sepihak oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia.</p><p>Kata kunci: Bank Rakyat Indonesia dan Bank Agroniaga, akuisisi, dasar pertimbangan, kepemilikan dan kepengurusan</p>

Among Muslim communities, love of the Prophet Muhammad embodied in a religious tradition known as shalawāh tradition. Shalawāh is an expression of deep gratitude for the guidance to Muslims on the right path. Sufism that emphasizes reading Shalawāh of the Prophet Muhammad as dhikr primarily is Shalawāh Wāhidiyah. The main purpose of Shalawāh Wāhidiyah is to alleviate people from the shirk and return to the straight and true that by pleasing Allah. The focuses of this study are: (1) how do the precepts and values of Sufism in the Jamaat Shalawāh Wāhidiyah? (2)  How do the precepts and values are promoted and practiced by Jamaat Shalawāh Wāhidiyah? (3)  How does the experience of spirituality Jamaat Shalawāh Wāhidiyah? This study is a qualitative study by using a naturalistic paradigm and phenomenology approach. The data were collected by in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentary in the form of journals, magazines and so on. While the data analysis techniques include data reduction, presentation of data, the validity of the data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Shalawāh Wāhidiyah precepts include: a. li Allāh, bi Allāh; b. li al-RasÅ«l, bi al-RasÅ«l; c. li al-ghauts bi al-ghauts; d. yu'thÄ« kull dzÄ« ḥaqq; e. taqdÄ«m al-hamm tsumm al-hamm, fa al-fa’ tsumm al-fa'. The values contained in Shalawāh Wāhidiyah Sufism, among others: taubah, ikhlāsh, syukr, mahabbah. (2) Socialization Shalawāh Wāhidiyah precepts are done by 1. individual, 2. packaged in a formal form as mujāhadah nishf al-sanah and mujāhadah kubrā, 3. through dreams, 4. implemented in the form of books, magazines, newsletters, and CDs. While this practice Shalawāh Wāhidiyah carried out in different ways mujāhadah usbÅ«'iyyah, mujāhadah syahriyyah, mujāhadah rub’ al-sanah, mujāhadah nishf al-sanah, and so forth. ABSTRACTThe problem in this research is motor educability and agility with dribbling skills in soccer games at the BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. The formulation of the problem in this study is “is there a relationship between motor Educability and agility with dribbling skills in soccer games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM?”. The research objective was to determine the relationship between Motor Educability and agility with dribbling skills in games at the BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. The research approach is a quantitative approach that is descriptive in nature. While the research focus is Motor Educability and agility with dribbling skills in games at the BKMF Futsal FIK UNM, the data used are tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions. The results of the study (1) Motor ability has a significant relationship with dribbling skills in futsal games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (2) Agility has a significant relationship with dribbling skills in futsal games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (3) Motor ability and agility have a significant relationship with dribbling skills in futsal games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. ABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Motor Educability dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada Mahasiswa BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah terdapat hubungan Motor Educability dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada Mahasiswa BKMF Futsal FIK UNM?”. Tujuan penelitian yaitu Untuk mengetahui hubungan Motor Educability dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada Mahasiswa BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. Pendekatan penelitian yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sementara  fokus penelitian adalah Motor Educability dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada Mahasiswa BKMF Futsal FIK UNM data yang digunakan yaitu  tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, paparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian (1) Motor educability memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (2) Kelincahan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (3) Motor educability dan kelincahan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada BKMF Futsal FIK UNM

This study aims to see the phenomena of the tradition of pilgrimage to the grave of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka in Dusun Senuko Sidoagung Godean Sleman. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. This study has two types of data and data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data interview techniques in this study were carried out by direct field observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data, data reduction, data presentation, and data collection. The data validity checking technique used was the source triangulation technique and the technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate the phenomenon of the pilgrimage tradition at K.H.Rr's grave intending to pray for and interpret the values of life, pilgrims who visit the grave of waliyullah K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka can trace the struggle of previous scholars in Islam. The existence of Sendang Bagusan as an example of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka is still used by the Javanese mystical adherents for the kungkum ritual to achieve certain goals. The development of the Tomb of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka also had a positive impact on the construction of hamlet roads, gates, and youth organization activities in Senuko Village.

This research is located at a Tourism Village Penglipuran, Bangli aims to determine the existing condition and synergy Desa Adat and Pengelola Pariwista Penglipuran in the development of tourism in Penglipuran Tourism Village, Bangli. Data collection techniques in this research are by observation, in-depth interviews, and study of the documentation relating to the secondary data in the field. The data have been obtained were analyzed by qualitative data analysis techniques that work with the data, organizing data, sorting them into manageable units, search and find patterns, find what is important, and what is learned, and deciding what can be describe to people other. Results of this study were concluded that the existing condition of Tourism Village Penglipuran includes, physical and non-physical condition. Synergies Desa Adat and Pengelola Pariwisata Penglipuran in the development of tourism at the Tourism Village Penglipuran is customary village as a tourism asset owners served as a maker and designer of the policy, while the tourism manager in charge of implementing the tourism policy. Moreover, in the management of the tourism activity undertaken by Pengelola Pariwisata, Desa Adat authorities to supervise all activities of tourism at the Tourism Village Penglipuran.

This study discusses the existence of the management of harmony between Islam and Buddhism in Tanjung Batu Kota. This study aims to describe the factors that cause religious harmony in Tanjung Batu Kota, Kundur District, Karimun Regency.This study used the conflict theory according to Lewis Coser. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. purposive sampling technique was used to select the informant that consists of 10 people. The types of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies were used in collecting the data. Meanwhile, the data analysis unit used by the group was Milles and Huberman's data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal that several factors are causing religious harmony: 1) Tolerance in the Economic Sector. 2) Inter-Religious Harmony. 3) Mutual Respect and Respect for Other Religions. 4) The Management of Religious Harmony in Tanjung Batu City, Kundur District.

Indonesia's fishing capture industry has very great potential in order to become the national economy's key driver. Change in population, pricing, technology, and productivity are the key indicators of trend. The objective of this study is to assess the evolution of Indonesian fisheries. This study was carried out at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries from August 2020 to July 2021. According to this study, 34 provinces in Indonesia were surveyed using a literature review method. Primary data in the form of expert opinion (expert judgment) consisting of 10 capable respondents. Secondary data was adopted from statistical data of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Center from 2005-2018. Data analysis was performed by using descriptive quantitative analysis techniques. The development of capture fisheries competitiveness in Indonesia has experienced fluctuating changes and tends to increase during 2006 to 2018.
