Perencanaan E-Commerce sebagai Strategi Penjualan Produk Batik Tenun di Kota KEDIRI

Abstract –In the business world, a website in the form of e-commerce is a necessity of a business to develop a business because it has various benefits. E-commerce has huge benefits for businesses, among others consumers do not need to come to the seller's shop to choose the items they want to buy, and in terms of financial consumers can save costs incurred, if thestore location is far away, consumers can save on travel costs by replacing shipping costs that are much cheaper and useful for users, it can be seen that the application of new information technology can be accepted by users. The purpose of this study isto describe the current sales system, identify existing problems and implement e-commerce in order to provide solutions to the problems encountered. Data collection techniques in this research is through the process of interviews with sources, direct observation of several existing processes, and literature studies on the Implementation of E-Commerce. The results of this study are implementing the E-Commerce System by using an open source program called Prestashop. By using Prestashop the sales system can run well where the batik weaving businesses do not need to use promotional media in the form of distributing brochures and banners that require a lot of money. By implementing E-Commerce using the prestashop program the system will run more effectively andefficiently.

Technology is increasingly sophisticated with over time competition in the business world such as E-Commerce has a positive impact on entrepreneurs to advance their companies, namely by creating online websites so that offerings and sales are easy among the public. By accessing the website page of PT. Daya Berkah Sentosa Nusantara buyers do not have to come directly to the place or company, and send offers according to admin needs.The purpose of this study is to make it easier for researchers to solve supply and sales problems based on problems that arise in the company. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, with data collection techniques used using observation, interviews and literature study. The desired result of this research is to be able to create a website for the company, to be able to expand marketing reach, buyers can view products through the website.

ABSTRAKArtikel ini memaparkan gagasan baru tentang teknologi informasi urun dana ekuitas (equity crowdfunding), berdasarkan Undang-Undang Pasar Modal dan peraturan otoritas jasa keuangan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan undang-undang termasuk yang berasal dari aturan yang berkaitan dengan topik dan pendekatan konseptual yaitu pendapat hukum dari para ahli yang diambil dari jurnal, buku, dan sumber terverifikasi lainnya yang terkait dengan topik tersebut). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa equity crowdfunding merupakan sistem baru yang penting dalam dunia bisnis oleh karena itu diperlukan payung hukum yang memadai untuk melindungi komunitas pengguna layanan. Meski sudah ada beberapa regulasi hukum terkait urun dana ekuitas, namun belum cukup menjelaskan keterkaitannya dengan pasar modal. Sehingga, aturan hukum teknologi baru informasi harus dijelaskan sedemikian rupa agar tidak menimbulkan kebingungan di kemudian hari dan dapat digunakan untuk perlindungan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Pasar Modal, Teknologi Keuangan, Urun Dana Ekuitas ABSTRACT This article presents a new idea of equity crowdfunding information technology, based on the Capital Market Law and financial services authority regulations. The research method uses the statutory approach method including those derived from rules related to the topic and conceptual approaches, namely legal opinions from experts drawn from journals, books and other verified sources related to the topic). The results of the study conclude that equity crowdfunding is an important new system in the business world. Therefore, an adequate legal umbrella is needed to protect the community of service users. Although there are several legal regulations related to equity crowdfunding, they do not adequately explain its relationship to the capital market. Thus, the new information technology law rules must be explained in such a way so as not to cause confusion in the future and can be used for public protection. Implementation of appropriate information systems in universities can be a competitive power (competitive advantage) for universities to exist. Almost certainly this time, colleges that do not have a touch of information technology slowly but surely will be abandoned by prospective students. In this research methods in research reports that is data collection and direct observation on the processing of student registration information system as well as interviews with the administration that is still manual in processing student data. Therefore created a new information system using Visual Basic Program, This aims to address the problem of processing student registration information system at High School especially in the administration section, to obtain an advantage in providing information quickly and precisely in processing student data.

Accounting research has a speculative and normative tradition. Starting at the beginning of the 1970s, empirical methodologies gained prominence and the boundaries of accounting disciplines have become uncertain. Quantitative and qualitative methods tend to overwhelm the accounting and business objects; often they are only suitable to deal with past and narrow phenomena. Empirical methodologies need reference theories, coming from other disciplines and particularly economics and sociology. In this context, it is questioned if accounting research does exist anymore and if it is relevant to the business world. Some scholars have begun to wonder whether it would be appropriate to revalue normative approaches in order to conduct a type of research which is useful to the society and allows the preservation of specific accounting knowledge. A necessity emerges to come back to the prominence of business and accounting issues over methodologies and sociological theories. Research should be directed to tackle wide and current phenomena, not just the narrow and past ones. Speculative thinking has to be reassessed and empirical findings should be used to strengthen it as starting premises. Explaining phenomena is not enough; empirical research has to go beyond its findings; the emphasis should be shifted to the drawing of policy recommendations.

With the development of information technology in particular in the field of multimedia in such rapid and the longer forms of media information more diverse so that more education institutions boast. Media information and promotion is currently used by SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang. The purpose of this research audio visual media into the media information and proper promotion, by controlling hearing and vision in the form of audio visual in order to convey messages can be understood by the public at large. Existing problems, namely the medium used by the SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang still use print media such as banners, posters and pamplet are considered less effective and efficient to use while simultaneously promoting the institutions with the best possible audio visual media so that it is selected into a medium of information and promotion of the right, by controlling hearing and vision in the form of audio visual. Because therein lies the message delivery process or how to visualize. At the same time listening and showing the contents of the message to the recipient with information through media menunjangnya, so the design of video media profile that displays the entire scope, advantages and facilities belonging to SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang, can be a solution in solving problems in media promotion and information. With this study the author makes with the title "promotion and INFORMATION AUDIO VISUAL MEDIA SHAPED VIDEO PROFILE on SMK PGRI 11 APPLICATIONS TANGERANG CITY ".

Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.
