Implementation of appropriate information systems in universities can be a competitive power (competitive advantage) for universities to exist. Almost certainly this time, colleges that do not have a touch of information technology slowly but surely will be abandoned by prospective students. In this research methods in research reports that is data collection and direct observation on the processing of student registration information system as well as interviews with the administration that is still manual in processing student data. Therefore created a new information system using Visual Basic Program, This aims to address the problem of processing student registration information system at High School especially in the administration section, to obtain an advantage in providing information quickly and precisely in processing student data.

Abstract: In the era of globalization, information systems are now increasingly developing and are very important and main things in helping the process of corporate performance, in the near future that will make competition in the performance process will be more updated and faster. Because of that the use of information technology and the design of making application programs using Visual Basic 6.0 as programing and MySQL as its database, regarding the analysis and design of information systems for inpatients in anal azimar maternity homes. Problems - problems faced by this company, namely the problem of data redundancy in inputting data, and not presented properly and lead to difficulties when manipulating, changing, and deleting data. In the end the author hopes that with the creation of a new information system, it can help the input process more easily, and quickly. Keywords: Technology, Information, PHP Programming Language , MySQL and Patient   Abstrak: Di era globalisasi sekarang semakin berkembang nya sistem informasi serta merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan utama dalam  membantu proses kinerja perusahaan, dalam waktu dekat yang akan membuat persaingan dalam proses kinerja akan semakin update dan cepat . Karena itu pemakaian teknologi informasi dan rancangan pembuatan program aplikasi dengan menggunakan  Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai programing  dan MySQL  sebagai Databasenya, mengenai analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi pasien rawat inap di rumah bersalin azimar anas. Masalah – masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan ini yaitu masalah redundansi data dalam menginput data,dan tidak tersaji secara baik dan  mengakibatkan kesulitan saat memanipulasi, mengubah, dan menghapus data. Pada akhirnya penulis berharap dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi yang baru, dapat membantu proses input dengan lebih mudah, dan cepat. Kata kunci : Teknologi, Informasi, Bahasa Pemograman Visual Basic 6.0 , MySQL dan Pasien

Sumbawa Besar 2 Vocational High School is a school where the author conducts research. At this time, the new student registration system, in recording new prospective students still uses books or is conventional, so registration officers experience many problems. The solution to the problem that is happening at Sumbawa Besar 2 Vocational High School is the application of information technology, namely building an information system that can be useful to facilitate the committee and registrants in the New Student Registration process. This system was developed using the Personal Home Page (PHP) and MySql programming languages as a database. The method used in building this system is using the Waterfall method. With the existence of this webbased information system can increase information. Making the registration of new student registration data becomes more structured so that it makes it easier to select new prospective students

Information system patient at hospital of healthy partner surgery is one kind of software that can be used to assist administration process, registration and data processing at one of ins titution which move in public service area. In this research will be made an inpatient information system using Visual Basic programming language. The amount of data and the need for rapid information delivery in the administration of payment services and data collection of patients using information technology as a medium that is considered capable and reliable to assist in data processing and presentation of information fast, easy and accurate.

Abstrak Teknologi informasi (TI) menjadi bagian penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan. TI memberikan kesempatan untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan menawarkan perlengkapan untuk meningkatkan produktifitas. PT Triexpi Properti Advisindo merupakan Perusahaan Konsultan dibidang properti, yang sudah menerapkan penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk pengelolaan data sistem informasi penyewaan properti yang berbasis web. Untuk memaksimal penggunaan teknologi informasi di perusahaan ini, maka akan dibutuhkan kegiatan audit IT. Audit TI yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini akan difokuskan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap rancangan database pada sistem informasi penyewaan properti pada PT Triexpi Properti Advisindo. Kegiatan audit TI ini bertujuan untuk evaluasi pengelolaan data pada sistem informasi penyewaan dengan menggunakan Domain Delivery & Support (DS)-DS11, yang membahas tentang bagaimana mengelola data secara efektif, yaitu dengan melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan data menggunakan kerangka kerja Cobit 4.1. Kemudian akan digunakan model maturity untuk mengontrol proses-proses TI, dengan menggunakan metode penilaian/scoring. Dengan adanya audit pada sistem informasi ini, diharapkan dapat menunjang semua kegiatan perusahaan dan memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan baik oleh karyawan maupun Direktur dalam menentukan pengambilan keputusan. Kata Kunci: Audit TI, COBIT 4.1., Domain Delivery & Support (DS) - DS11 Abstract Information technology (IT) becomes an important part in determining the success of the company. IT provides an opportunity to gain competitive advantage and offer equipment to increase productivity. PT Triexpi Properti Advisindo is a property consultant company, which has applied the use of information technology for data management of web based property rental information system. To maximize the use of information technology in this company, it will require IT audit activities. IT audit conducted in this research will be focused to evaluate the database design on property information rental system at PT Triexpi Properti Advisindo. This IT audit activity aims to evaluate the management of data on rental information systems using Domain Delivery & Support (DS) - DS11, which discusses how to effectively manage data by identifying data needs using Cobit 4.1. Then the maturity model will be used to control the IT processes, using the scoring method. With the audit on this information system, is expected to support all the activities of the company and provide information needed both by employees and Directors in determining decision making. The application of information technology is currently widely used by agencies in carrying out various operational activities. This study tries to apply the PIECES Framework to the analysis of information systems. To implement it, it is necessary to test responses from users on an information system. The system to be tested is the information system of Mako Battalion 131 Braja Sakti. The information system used to support the performance of soldiers where the responsible in this case is part of the operations staff. In their service, the operations staff  collect data from each company. The data is inputted into the online-based ANEV DATA system. The system will later be used in processing soldier certification data. PIECES focuses on 6 focus areas of analysis, namely performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The purpose of this study is the application of the PIECES Framework in analyzing the quality of the implementation of information systems to ensure the success targeted by the operations staff. This study uses interviews and observations as well as the distribution of questionnaires as a method of data collection. The results of this study indicate that the use of ANEV Data as an information system to improve performance gets an average result at the Performance level of 5.20, information and data level of 4.76, economic indicator level of 5.20, Control indicator level of 4.85, and efficiency level of 4.16. and service satisfaction of 7.16. The value of the operation staff is very satisfied using the ANEV Data information system.

Abstract –In the business world, a website in the form of e-commerce is a necessity of a business to develop a business because it has various benefits. E-commerce has huge benefits for businesses, among others consumers do not need to come to the seller's shop to choose the items they want to buy, and in terms of financial consumers can save costs incurred, if thestore location is far away, consumers can save on travel costs by replacing shipping costs that are much cheaper and useful for users, it can be seen that the application of new information technology can be accepted by users. The purpose of this study isto describe the current sales system, identify existing problems and implement e-commerce in order to provide solutions to the problems encountered. Data collection techniques in this research is through the process of interviews with sources, direct observation of several existing processes, and literature studies on the Implementation of E-Commerce. The results of this study are implementing the E-Commerce System by using an open source program called Prestashop. By using Prestashop the sales system can run well where the batik weaving businesses do not need to use promotional media in the form of distributing brochures and banners that require a lot of money. By implementing E-Commerce using the prestashop program the system will run more effectively andefficiently.

In the world of education the utilization of information technology is something that must be implemented, one of which is the use of the internet which can be used as a medium for disseminating information. Informatic Study Program of Sumbawa University of Technology is a study program that has graduated many alumni, but so far there is no portal that can manage information regarding the whereabouts of its alumni. This causes the study program difficulties in getting the latest information of the alumni when needed. Therefore, in this research a website-based alumni information system was designed which aims to facilitate the Informatic Study Program of Sumbawa University of Technology in managing and searching for information related to alumni data. In building this system researchers used the PHP programming language with CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL as the database. Then for the development of this software is using Waterfall model. It is hoped that when this system is implemented it can be used by study programs and alumni in managing alumni information, making it easier and faster to conduct data collection and reporting of existing alumni data.

INTISARIProses pengolahan data pendaftaran siswa baru di SMK Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa masih menggunakan teknologi informasi yang belum maksimal karena proses pengolahan data masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu data dicatat pada kertas dan kemudian diketik ke Microsoft Office sehingga panitia pendaftaran siswa baru dalam penyajian informasi dalam hal proses pendaftaran dan penyeleksian siswa baru membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi serta mengoptimalkan kegunaan teknologi khususnya untuk proses  pendaftaran siswa baru pada bagian Panitia PSB dan Panitia Pemasaran dalam mengolah data calon siswa baru.Penelitian dilakukan dengan merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu menghasilkan informasi yang mampu melakukan proses pengolahan data pendaftaran siswa baru antara panitia PSB dan panitia pemasaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Tahapan metode waterfall yaitu analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian program, penerapan program dan pemeliharaan. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu dengan PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk pendaftaran siswa baru online dan pemasaran sekolah yang mampu melakukan pengolahan data secara cepat dan mudah pada SMK Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta.Kata kunci-- Sistem Informasi, Integrasi, Pendaftaran Siswa Baru Online, pemasaran, PHP . ABSTRACTAbstract— The process of processing new student registration data at Vocational High School Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa still use information technology which not yet maximal because data processing process still done manually that data is write on paper and then typed into Microsoft Office so that new student registration committee in presenting information in regards process of registration and Selection of new students takes a long time. This research has a purpose to apply information technology and optimize the usefulness of technology especially for new student registration process at new student registration Committee and Marketing Committee in processing new prospective student data.Research is done by designing and developing a system that can help produce information capable of performing data processing of new student registration between of new student registration committee and marketing committee. The research method who used is waterfall method. Stages waterfall method is: needs analysis, system design, program code writing, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. The programming language used is PHP and database who use MySQL.The result of this research is to produce integrated information system for new student enrollment and school marketing which able to perform data processing quickly and easily at Vocational High School Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa of Yogyakarta.Keywords--Information System, Integration, New Student Registration Online, marketing, PHP.
