Pregnancy involved various physical and psychological changes. Pregnancy usually develop normally, but sometimes not as expected, it was difficult to predict whether pregnant women could be problematic during pregnancy or fine. Thus the understanding of the mother and husband in the face of physical and psychological changes was very important. This study aimed to describe the understanding of mother and husband toward physical and psychological changes during pregnancy in working area of Beringin Raya Public Health Center Bengkulu 2016.The method used in this research was a descriptive study, with the number of respondents 82 pregnant women and 82 respondents husband was taken with purposive sampling technique. Data used in this study using primary data and analyzed using univariate analysis.More than half of pregnant women (56.1%), had less understanding about the physiological changes during pregnancy, most pregnant women (46.3%), had a good understanding about the physiological changes during pregnancy. more than half of pregnant husband (56.1%), had less understanding about the physiological changes in pregnant women and pregnant husband half (50.0%), had less understanding about the physiological changes of pregnant women.Expectant mothers and wives understanding about physical and psychological changes in the poor category. Beringin Raya Public Health Center Bengkulu could further increase in outreach to pregnant women thus increasing understanding of pregnant women.

Pregnancy is a natural event experienced by a mother. During pregnancy, the mother will experience physical and mental changes. Changes that occur even provide discomfort for the mother such as back pain, aches in the legs, anxiety, and so forth. Pregnant women are in need of a healthy and fit body, and a relaxed mind, where this condition can be obtained by seeking a regular diet, adequate rest and exercise. To maintain the health of pregnant women pregnancy care needs to be done. One of the treatments for pregnancy is to practice yoga exercises.This study aims to determine the relationship of prenatal yoga knowledge level with the interest of pregnant women in taking prenatal yoga classes. This study uses a cross sectional research design that aims to determine the relationship of the level of prenatal yoga knowledge with the interest of pregnant women in taking prenatal yoga classes at the Puskesmas Putri Ayu in Jambi City. The study population was pregnant women who came to the Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi. The sample in this study was taken using accidental sampling techniques as many as 32 people. This research was conducted from January-August 2019 at the Putri Ayu Public Health Center in Jambi City.The results showed that more than half of respondents had good knowledge about yoga (56.3%) and more than half of respondents had a high interest in taking prenatal yoga classes (59.4%) .There was a significant relationship between the level of prenatal yoga knowledge with interest mothers in taking prenatal yoga classes (p = 0.006).It is expected that the Putri Ayu Public Health Center can improve health programs, especially programs for increasing the knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of prenatal yoga in pregnancy.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2. Based on data from the Lampung Provincial Health Office (2020), four patients who are pregnant have been confirmed positive for COVID-19. At Gilang Tunggal Makarta Public Health Center of West Tulangbawang Regency (2020) there is 1 pregnant woman aged 22 years old and who has a history of having travelled from DKI Jakarta to be confirmed positive for COVID-19. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between knowledge and pregnant women attitudes with covid-19 prevention behaviours on new habits adaptation in the working area of Gilang Tunggal Makarta Public Health Center West TulangBawang Regency in 2021. This type of research is quantitative by applying an analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach, the population is all pregnant women as many as 34 people, the total sample size from the population. Univariate data analysis used a percentage frequency distribution and bivariate used the chi-square test. The research result showed that the frequency distribution of pregnant women knowledge was higher in the unfavourable category as many 20 people (58.8%), the pregnant women attitude were higher in the negative category as many as 19 people (55.9%) and the prevention behaviour of COVID-19 was higher in the unfavourable category amounted to 21 people (61.8%). The results of the chi-square test showed a correlation between knowledge (p-value = 0.000 0.05) and behavior (p-value = 0.001 0.05) with COVID-19 prevention behavior on new habits adaptation. It is hoped that health workers will be more active in socializing COVID-19 prevention behaviour through direct counselling on demonstration methods accompanied by discussion using leaflets or brochures using interesting pictures and writing also using simple language.

Introduction: Preeclampsia/eclampsia is one of the causes of maternal mortality besides bleeding and infection. The exact etiology of this condition is still unknown. Nutritional status of pregnant women who are overweight can increase the risk. This study aims to determine the correlation between obesity and the severity of preeclampsia/eclampsia through upper arm circumference (UAC) measurement.Methods: This study is a cross-sectional analytic study. Data on preeclampsia/eclampsia and UAC obtained from patient medical records in Jagir Public Health Center Surabaya. Data were analyzed using Chi-square test.Results: Prevalence of mild preeclampsia was greater than severe preeclampsia (87.5% and 12.5%). The majority of patients with mild preeclampsia have normal UAC size (91.3%). Severe preeclampsia found higher in obesity group than normal nutritional status group (22.2% and 9.1%). From Chi-square test analysis, found that p = 0.557.Conclusion: There was no significant correlation between the nutritional status of pregnant women based on UAC measurement of and the severity of preeclampsia/eclampsia.

Health is a prosperous state of the body, soul, and social which is very possible for every individual to live productively in a social and economic way. Tests of research are to identify the relationship between the quality of health services to the level of satisfaction of BPJS Mandiri in Public Health Center Deli Tua Kab Deli Serdang. The research method uses an analytical survey type with a sample of 95 people. The results of the study are that there is a significant relationship between Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy for the satisfaction of BPJS Mandiri in Public Health Center Deli Tua Kab Deli Serdang wit p-value(0.00). The conclusion in this study is that the most dominant factors affecting patient satisfaction are direct evidence of this indicated by the highest Exp (B) of 6,374

Preparation that needs to be done during pregnancy is to do breast care. Breast care aimed to keep breast hygiene, flex and strengthen the nipple, prepare a flat nipple, and prepare ASI production. This is a descriptive research, it aimed to determine the description motivation of pregnant women about breast care at the public health center Putri Ayu Jambi city year 2017. It was conducted on August year 2017. Populations were pregnant women who who visited to check up of pregnancy at the public health center Putri Ayu jambi city on August as many as 38 people. The data collecting used by using questionnaire. Data analyzed as univariate.The result showed that respondents had low motivation were 18 respondents (47%) and respondents who had high motivation were 20 respondents (53%). Respondents who did not breast care were 16 respondents (42.1%) and respondents who breast care were 22 (54%).For the health personnel expected to improve of counseling to pregnant women during antenatal care service or pregnant women class.

 ABSTRACTAnxiety and fear experienced by the mother, especially primipara, can prolong the duration of labor and increase the incidence of labor by action, namely labor with cesarean section. Mental health including pregnancy anxiety has been proven to be reduced or eliminated through physical exercise. One of the recommended physical exercises is yoga because it is easy to do and is very beneficial for physical fitness and psychology. Yoga in pregnancy is more effective in reducing anxiety and depression. This study aims to describe the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about prenatal yoga. Quantitative research design. The subjects in this study were pregnant women trimester I, II and III in the working area of the Putri Ayu Public Health Center in Jambi. Research subjects were given questionnaires to measure the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding Prenatal Gentle Yoga. The study was conducted in the working area of the Putri Ayu Public Health Center in Jambi. The data collected was analyzed univariately. The results of the study revealed that 32 mothers who took classes in pregnant women in the working area of Putri Ayu Health Center had less knowledge about prenatal gentle yoga, namely 18 mothers (56.2%) and had a positive attitude of 25 mothers (78%). It is recommended for health workers to provide information about some of the development activities that pregnant women can do to provide comfort during pregnancy, for example with prenatal gentle yoga.

Implementation is the implementation of laws in which various actors, organizations, procedures, and techniques work together to carry out policies in an effort to achieve policy objectives or policy programs. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage The Meranti Islands District Health Office experienced the lowest exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 2019, namely Alai Community Health Center, which is 25% where the achievement of the exclusive Breastfeeding Program (ASI) in Meranti Islands Regency in 2019 is 50% and still far from the national target of 80%. This study aims to determine the implementation of the exclusive breastfeeding program at Alai Public Health Center, Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency in 2020. This type of qualitative research uses observational research. When the research was conducted in June-August at the Alai Public Health Center, Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency. The research subjects were the head of the puskesmas (IK1), pregnant women (IU1), PJ KIA (IP1), and posyandu cadres (IP2). Data analysis is used by systematically arranging the interview guidelines, then processing the data, data from observations are identified to describe each variable, a summary will be presented in narrative form. The results of this study indicate that the policies in the exclusive breastfeeding program have been implemented but the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still low because many pregnant women do not follow the recommendations that have been given by health workers in counseling such as the benefits of breastfeeding. It can be concluded that health workers in the policy of the exclusive breastfeeding program provide counseling to pregnant women and approach pregnant women in order to achieve an exclusive breastfeeding program. It is recommended that the head of the Alai Community

Introduction: Lower back pain in pregnant women trimester II and III causes difficulty in standing or even moving from bed, and the lousy impact is difficulty in walking if it has spread to the lumbar or pelvic region. The study aimed to know the effects of the combination of Benson relaxation and pelvic tilting on back pain in pregnant women.Methods: The research was Quasi-experiment. The population is second-trimester pregnant women who experience lower back pain in the Public Health Center Mojo and Public Health Center Gading, Surabaya. Purposive sampling was used to gain 56 respondents. The independent variable of this study was the second trimester pregnant women with low back pain treated for two weeks. The dependent variable was the intensity of the pain level. Research data obtained by pre-test and post-test with VAS questioner. Analyzed using the Wilcoxon sign rank test and Mann- Whitney test.Results: As a result of the combination of Benson's relaxation and pelvic tilting, there was an influence on the back pain of second-trimester pregnant women. Based on the Mann-Whitney test, there were significant differences in the treatment group or the control group with p = 0.000.Conclusion: The combination of Benson relaxation and pelvic tilting decreases the scale of low back pain in pregnant women. Pelvic tilting is more influential because it can reduce the pain scale.
