This topic makes an exploratory research on the teaching mode of cultural and creative product design. Besides, via the research method of semantic combination, we make a product redesign of Liaoning traditional culture. Through the cognitive construction and semantic innovation of the semantic vocabulary of regional characteristics, crowd characteristics, innovation characteristics and metaphorical features, it provides new ideas for the innovation and dissemination of regional cultural product design. Verify the design hypothesis through the practice of design model, so as to obtain the solution of Liaoning cultural product design.

Puppet is a culture of the Indonesian nation. Puppet stories originally developed during the Javanese Hindu era. Pewayangan has been appointed as a masterpiece of world culture by UNESCO on 7 November 2003 or the Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. One of the familiar characters in puppet stories is Hanoman. However, nowadays people, especially teenagers who call themselves millennials, are less interested in puppet stories. To introduce traditional culture to society and millennial adolescents as the younger generation, breakthroughs or new innovative ways are needed, one of which is media that is popular among young people, namely by making a room decoration lamp called the Night Light Shadow Box. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research methods. The research begins by exploring the Hanoman figure. Furthermore, developing the results of observations that have been made through the product design of the Night Light Shadow Box so as to produce creative products that are in accordance with the interests of the community and millennial youth. The purpose of this research is (1) to create creative products with Hanoman local content vision that can compete with foreign products. (2) can foster understanding and love of the community towards the local culture of the archipelago.

Ecotourism attractions in this study include: (1) Bali Marine Park, (2) Bali Elephant Safari Park, (3) Bali Barat (West Bali) National Park, (4) Bali Butterfly Park, (5) Bali Reptile Park, (6) Sangeh Monkey Forest, (7) Ubud Botanic Garden, and (8) Bali Botanic Garden based on the attributes of “facility, attractiveness, accessibility, and service”. This study utilized quantitative method, specifically exploratory research method and conclusive research method based on previous research and existing theories, in order to achieve the research objectvies with the goal to generate new findings. Based on multidimensional scaling analysis, the perception of Bali Botanic Garden is similar to that of Sangeh Monkey Forest and Bali Barat National Park. While not in the same category as Bali Botanic Garden, the similarity coordinate of Ubud Botanic Garden is so close that it is a considerable competitor to Bali Botanic Garden. The ecotourism attractions perceived to have similarities are Bali Butterfly Park and Ubud Botanic Garden. Another grouping based on similarity are Bali Marine Park and Bali Elephant Safari Park, whose similarity coordinates are quite distant from the other ecotourism attractions.

In recent years, the problems of environmental pollution and resource shortage have increased year by year, and the topic of sustainable development has aroused widespread concern. The simple sustainable ideas in Chinese traditional culture have made important contributions to the harmonious coexistence between people and nature in ancient China. By analyzing China’s simple sustainable ideas, the author discovered the holistic view in the idea of ‘Nature and Humanity’, the frugal view of the ‘Using wisely’ idea, the concept of benevolence in the thought of ‘love of all people and all things’, the ecological view in the thought of ‘things are not endless’ and the view of life in the thought of ‘Taoism follows nature’, these five perspectives provide systematic sustainable ideas for modern furniture. This article will analyze these five ideas, combined with the development of contemporary society and the development of modern sustainable ideas, looking back on the current status of modern furniture design, so as to explore the specific application of modern furniture design under the simple sustainable ideas and provide new ideas for the sustainable design of modern furniture.

Traditional culture underlying a wide range of behavior and deeds of a society and gave birth to a variety of oral literature as well as myth. The myth that developed and still surviving in public life of Java among other myths related to pregnant and nursing mothers. This research is under a descriptively qualitative method supported by field research method along with un-depth interviews in Dawuhan village of Banyumas which is the village where the ancestors of Banyumas was buried. Through field observation and research method of interview to the trusted resource in Dawuhan village was obtained by results of research regarding the myth of pregnant and nursing mothers. This research finds some kinds of myths in relation to recommending and prohibition to perform an action that may harm the fetus, while the myth of breastfeeding mothers mostly prohibition and advice about foods that are consumed by the mother breastfeeding can harm the health of the baby.

Based on the needs of the news media on the map, this paper researches on the news map compilation service, conducts demand research on the service of compiling news maps, designs and compiles the public authority base map suitable for media publication, and constructs the news base map material library. It studies the compilation of domestic and international news maps with timeliness and strong pertinence and cross-regional characteristics, constructs the hot news thematic gallery and news map customization services, conducts research on types of news maps, establish closer liaison and cooperation methods with news media, and guides news media to use correct maps. Through the practice of the news map compilation service, this paper lists two cases of news map preparation services used by different media, compares and analyses cases, summarizes the research situation of news map compilation service, and at the same time puts forward outstanding problems and development suggestions in the service of news map compilation service.
