Gresik, one of the industrial cities in Indonesia, has recorded that more than 1000 workers have been laid off. The increasing unemployment in Gresik makes the government have to work extra hard to help the community's problems. However, the burden of this community's powerlessness cannot be transferred to the government all the time. Even though the government is still very busy with the unresolved COVID-19 cases. The Community Service proposed by the UMG Industrial Engineering team took the theme of Fish Cultivation in Buckets (Fish farming in buckets), which is better known as aquaponics. The concept of Fish farming in buckets itself is to unite plants and fish in a bucket, resulting in a symbiotic mutualism that is very beneficial for both parties. The object of this research will be conducted at the Industrial Engineering Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Gresik (TI-UMG) by giving invitations to residents of Yosowilangun Gresik, especially the FAMILY WELFARE DEVELOPMENT group and the Yatim Mandiri foundation. The reason why the debriefing is preferred to the FAMILY WELFARE DEVELOPMENT and Yatim Mandiri groups is none other than the fact that FAMILY WELFARE DEVELOPMENT is a collection of housewives where it is likely that some of the heads of their families will be laid off. And the Yatim Mandiri Foundation is here to support the improvement of the economic independence of the orphan group.

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional cash transfer program for low-income families. The requirement is to be actively involved in education and health. The Family Hope Program in Indonesia was implemented in 2007 to alleviate poverty and prosper low-income families. The research and writing of this journal aim to determine the impact of PKH on family welfare and see if there is a reduction in poverty after the government realizes the Family Hope Program. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The study results indicate that the impact of PKH on beneficiary families, including the cash provided, can meet consumption or family needs and help the economy of PKH recipient families. The implementation of the program can reduce poverty in Aceh. The percentage of the poverty rate fell to 0.02%. The limitation of the research is the impact of PKH on family welfare and wants to examine whether there is a decrease in the percentage of poverty in Aceh or Aceh Barat. The practical implication of this research is to provide information to the government that PKH can improve the welfare of low-income families. The social significance is to give the government and the general public that the implementation of social assistance programs, one of which is the Family Hope Program, can reduce poverty rates in Aceh or West Aceh. The originality of the research is supported by previous research related to the author’s research study.

In spite of three decades of national family planning programmes, Pakistan's contraceptive prevalence rate was only 12 percent in 1991. Furthermore, the government family planning service delivery systems, primarily the family welfare center (FWC), cover less than 10 percent of the people in rural areas. Although there are cultural and religious constraints to social change, it can be argued effectively from recent surveys that there is a considerable need for family planning that has yet to be met. Certain barriers to, and options for, meeting this need are reviewed, particularly in terms of strengthening information, communication and education (TEC) at the community level.

This study aims to determine the extent of the role of the family welfare empowerment program (PKK) in increasing women's empowerment in Telaga District. This research is a qualitative research with data collection method through interviews and documentation. The research results obtained that the implementation of the PKK program has provided many benefits in empowering women, especially in the village. The success was obtained thanks to government support at the sub-district level and also for direct coaching by the Gorontalo Regency PKK management to sub-district and village PKK. The PKK program is also not fully implemented. The main obstacles faced are the low capacity of the community, especially women, and the lack of mastery of technology. For this reason, active participation and full support from the government are needed in the development and maximization of the PKK program.

The research uses qualitative research through a case study approach, while the results of the research are that basic needs assistance for the poor in the family hope program has not been able to improve the community's economy both in the short and long term, there is a mindset that assumes that being poor is a good thing. because they will often receive assistance from the government or from entrepreneurs, for that eradicating poverty must be accompanied by changing people's mindsets so that they can be more creative in dancing sources of income and cultivating shyness in getting help while physically strong

We are currently faced with the problem of the Covid 19 pandemic and no cure has been found. One of the efforts made by the community is to implement health protocols to the recommendations from the government and increase the body's resistance to prevent this Covid 19 attack. Indonesia has a wealth of spices that are quite large in number and type. According to some studies that this spice can increase the body's resistance because it contains antioxidants and active compounds that can ward off free radicals. This is one of the business opportunities as well as an effort to increase the body's endurance if consumed. Community service activities organized by ATI Padang Polytechnic, Agro Industry Engineering Study Program aims to provide technology for processing instant spice drinks based on red ginger. The spices used are red ginger, cinnamon, cloves and lemongrass. The product produced is instant red ginger. Partners of this activity are UKM/communities in Bungo Pasang Subdistrict, Koto Tangah District, Padang. The method used is to deliver processing technology through virtual training and practice independently. After attending virtual training and independent practice using equipment and materials that have been assisted by team, participants submitted their products that have been packaged as evaluation materials. It is hoped that with this activity, UKM/communities can produce this product in order to increase the resilience of the family as well as their business choice. The processing of spices into instant beverage products is expected to be widely marketed, more durable and provide added value to spice commodities.
