This study aims to examine the influence of work environment, workload and work discipline on employee performance. The number of samples is 95 employees of cement packing PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study concluded that the simultaneous test results of work environment, as well as work discipline have a significant effect on performance. The result of partial testing of work environment has significant effect on performance, work load has a significant effect on performance, work discipline has an effect on to performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study discusses how the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Marindo Makmur Usahajaya Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method. Respondents in this study were 83 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.18 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that training variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment influence simultaneously and partially and to know which variables that influence dominant between motivation variables and work environment on employee performance of packing beverage products at PT. Lion Mas Pandaan.In this study the primary data obtained through survey results of questionnaires distributed to the study respondents amounted to 32 respondents. In this study used data analysis that is with the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test and partial test to find out how big influence of each independent variable to the dependent variable.The results of this study proves that based on simultaneous calculation results there is a mutual influence of independent variables that are positive and significant to employee performance variables. While the test results in multiple linear regression and partially showed that each of the independent variables are motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable that is the employee's performance at PT. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, competence and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Pratama Tax Office in Bantul. The sample in this study amounted to 45 respondents using accidental sampling. By using a questionnaire to collect primary data, and respondents were 45. The technique used regression analysis to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, competence and the Work Environment on employee performance. The results show multiple linear regression analysis, namely the T test shows that competency has a significant effect on employee performance. F test results show knowledge sharing, competence and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: knowledge sharing, competence, work environment, employee performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh kayawan kantor pelayanan pajak pratama Bantul. Sampel dalam penelitan ini berjumlah 45 responden dengan menggunakan accidental sampling.  Dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data primer, dan responden adalah 45. Teknik yang digunakan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing, kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil menunjukkan analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu pada uji T menunjukkan knowledge sharing tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,017 dimana nilai ini diatas 0,05. Sedangkan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,048 dimana nilai ini dibawah 0,05. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai 0,895 dimana nilai ini diatas 0,05. Kata kunci : knowledge Sharing, Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner.” Dari 4000 karyawan diambil sampel sebanyak 364 responden. Dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Kemudian dibaca output yang dihasilkan seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji regresi linier berganda mendapatkanhasil RSquare sebesar 43,6%. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa 43,6% variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya 56,4% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang melalui uji simultan maupun uji parsial. ABSTRACT “The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang. “In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 364 respondents. The technique analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. Then look at the resulting output how much influence the work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance in hypothesis testing. From regression analysis tes, explained that 43,6% variabel of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction. Meanhile 56,4% influenced by other variables. From the results of this study it is concludedthat work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction through partial test and simultaneous test have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang.

<em>This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. This research was conducted on non-medical employees of the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. There are 55 respondents who have been selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The method used is the survey method, while the type of research is classified as explanatory research. The method of data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination are assisted by IBM Version 24 Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results show: (1) Work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (2) The work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (3) Organizational commitment has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (4) Work discipline, work environment and organizational commitment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital.</em>

XYZ is a company that produces apparel accessories that has been established for more than 30 years. However, there is a problem in decreasing of employee performance that can be seen on the attendance data of the employees. So, it is necessary to conduct a research to see what factors cause a decrease in employee performance. The purpose of this research is to see the relationship and influence between Competence and Work Environment on the Employee Performance. The method in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis in this study show that Competence has a significant influence on Employee Performance. The Work Environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Competence and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. In the determinant coefficient test (R²), the influence of Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance is quite high as many as 0.555 or 55.5%. This means that Competence and Work Environment have a contribution of 55.5% to explain the Employee Performance, while 44.5% of other variables are not discussed in this study. Based on the regression test, the variable that most affected Employee Performance was the Competency variable (X1) with a value of 0.486 (positive value). This study aims to determine the effect of environment, discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pati Sari Desa Selamat Kec. Tenggulun Kab. Aceh Tamiang. The number of samples as respondents used was 119 people. For data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and test the coefficient of determination adjusted (R2). From the regression results for this study obtained an equation that is Y = 2.265 + 0.048 X1 + 0.340 X2 + 0.115 X3. Partially the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Melati Soeroza Indah Perdana located in North Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Samples were taken as many as 54 employees using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection uses a questionnaire while data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The test results prove Transformational Leadership (X1) has a significant effect on performance with a large effect of 34.88%, Compensation (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneously the Transformational Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) variables have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a large effect of 24.81%.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Employee performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.
