<span><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and </em><span><em>leadership on the performance of the Sales Promotion Merchandising (SPM) Suntory </em><span><em>Beverage Garuda Indonesia Sidoarjo. In this study, using a motivational variable (X</em><span><em>1</em><span><em>), </em><span><em>leadership (X</em><span><em>2</em><span><em>) and performance (Y). Data collected through questionnaires and </em><span><em>conducted on 30 Sales Promotion Merchandising (SPM) PT. Suntory Garuda Beverage </em><span><em>Sidoarjo. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 14, engineering test data </em><span><em>used in this study include test validity by factor analysis, reliability testing with ALPHA </em><span><em>Cronvbach, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and </em><span><em>prove the research hypothesis. In this study all theories, independent and dependent </em><span><em>variables are accepted and valid. In this study proves that the motivation partially have </em><span><em>a positive influence on employee performance, with significance 0.004. Similarly, for </em><span><em>the leadership also have a positive influence on employee performance, with </em><span><em>significance 0.002</em></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br /></span></span></span></span></span>

This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.

This study applies multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS Version 16.0 program. To get estimate and good interpretation of this study, the samples studied are set to 32 respondents. Data are collected through a questionnaire to measure quantitative variables with a Likert scale. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between independent variables on dependent variable, and it can be explained that: (1) Remuneration variable does not have significant impact on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.181 and significant rate 0.104 (> 0.05). (2) Motivation variable has significant impactt on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.559 and significant rate 0,000 (<0.05). (3) Independent variables simultaneously have significant impact on employee performance with regression coefficient of 1.094 and significant rate 0.000 (<0.05). R² value shows 0.589 or 58.9%. Employee performance variable is affected by Remuneration and Motivation Variables and the remaining 41.1% is affected by other variables.Keywords : Remuneration, Motivation and Performance

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. This research aims to find empirically evidence that has influence of motivation, organizational commitment, discipline, and job satisfaction to employee performance. The samples of this study was 65 employees who work as financial affair of corporative in lubuk linggau. The data obtained wers analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The research concludes that: motivation, organizational commitment, discipline, and job satisfaction has positive influence on the performance of the who work as financial officer.Keywords : Motivation, Organisational Commitment, Discipline, Satisfaction, and Employee Performance.


Supervision as one of the management functions in achieving goals, plays a very important role by monitoring the possibility of preventable deviations, then discipline is a tool used to communicate with employees so that they are willing to change behavior and as an effort to increase awareness and willingness to obey all company regulations and prevail social norms. The purpose of this study is to determine the responses of respondents and the influence of supervision, work discipline on employee performance at BAPPEDA Kota Bandung, simultaneously or partially. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed consumer responses to supervision with a score of 3.73, discipline with a score of 3.76, and performance with a score of 3.77. There is as well as a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously from supervision, discipline of employee performance at BAPPEDA Kota Bandung.

Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The study was conducted at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Snvt Provision of Housing in Riau Province. The aim is to find out the direct effect of educational background and selection, on the competence and performance of field workers with supervision as a moderating variable. This study took a sample of 128 people. The variables used are educational background, selection, competence and performance and supervision. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that there was an influence of educational background and selection on the competence of field workers. And simultaneously there is an influence of educational background and selection on competence. And there is an effect of competence on performance which is moderated by supervision. The better the supervision, the competence of field staff will increase.

<p><em>Abstrak -<strong> </strong></em><strong>U</strong><strong>ntuk dapat mencapai hubungan yang sinergis, perusahaan harus dapat memperhatikan pola kinerja karyawannya.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>K</strong><strong>aryawan yang bermutu dan dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi adalah karyawan yang dibutuhkan oleh suatu organisasi. Peran yang sangat vital dalam mewujudkan prestasi kinerja seorang karyawan adalah dirinya sendiri. Bagaimana dia memiliki semangat dan etos kerja yang tinggi untuk dapat memberikan pengaruh positif pada lingkungannya. Karyawan yang memiliki pemikiran yang luhur mengenai pekerjaannya dapat bekerja dengan tulus. Suatu pandangan dan sikap terhadap kerja dikenal dengan istilah etos kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan uji teoritik mengenai pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AE. Untuk menguji pengaruh variabel etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menyebar 132 kuesioner pada karyawan PT. AE. Setelah dianalisis didapat hasil R square 0.724 dengan signifikansi</strong><strong> </strong><strong>(p&lt;0.05), yang berarti etos kerja memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan</strong><strong> </strong><strong>terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 72.4%.</strong><strong></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Kata Kunci</em></strong><em>: Etika Kerja, Performa Kerja </em></p><p> </p><p><em>Abstract - </em><strong>T</strong><strong>o be able to achieve a synergistic relationship, the company should be able to notice employee performance. An outlook and attitude towards work is known as the work ethic. This study aims to perform a theoretical test on the effect of the work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. AE. To test the effect of variables on the</strong> <strong>performance of the employee's work ethic multiple linear regression analysis was used, by spread 132 questionnaires to employees of PT. AE. Having analyzed the results obtained R square 0.724 with 0.000 significance (p &lt;0.05), which means the work ethic significant influence on employee performance amounted to 72.4%.
