The spread of the Covid-19 virus that has swept across the world has caused changes in various aspects, one of which is a change in the learning process, which was previously face-to-face, now learning during the pandemic is carried out online both in elementary, junior high, high school, and even in universities. In online learning, of course, there are many problems faced by students, teachers, and parents. One of the problems that arise is that educators are less able to innovate in making online learning media so that it causes students to experience a decrease in motivation and activity in learning, therefore there is a need for solutions to increase learning motivation, especially for elementary students. One of the media platforms used to increase children's motivation in online learning is by using the Quizziz application. The Quizizz application is one of the fun online learning application media that can be accessed by students and teachers easily and the use of the Quizziz application in giving quizzes to students is one of the targets of students to be even more active in learning and to provide additional learning motivation when learning online today.

The pandemic that has hit the world has forced us to do learning indirectly or is often referred to as online (Daring). Online teaching and learning process requires some adjustments both on the teacher's side and the student's side. One of the adjustments is the need to seek technology and adaptation using technology. The currently widely used technology is online meeting services, such as the Zoom Meeting application, Google Meet, Video Calling via the Massager application, or other similar applications. To adapt to the technology, teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru strongly desire to deepen ownership of the Zoom application as one of the media used for online learning. This training aims to provide an understanding and hands-on practice of using Zoom Meeting technology to increase learning effectiveness.

The Impact

Online learning is a basic need of education in the 21st century. The benefits of online learning are felt in the continuity of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine the impact of online learning on the learning motivation of Junior High School students. The results of the research discussion indicate that online learning has advantages, namely 1) as a medium to encourage independent learning; 2) as an effort to modernize the concept of education in the 21st century; 3) increasing the intensity of the interaction between teachers and students; 3) allows for an interaction that is not limited to space and time, and 4) meaningful learning. The impact of online learning on student learning motivation tends to be negative due to the unpreparedness of various parties, including teachers, parents, students, and schools. Early adolescents who need direct guidance, direction, and motivation must lose control due to reduced direct interaction with the teacher. The monotonous implementation of online learning, lack of direction and supervision, pressure for students to study from home, and low teacher innovation are the main causes of decreased learning motivation due to online learning.

This study aims to determine how the headmaster's leadership strategy is in improving the quality of online learning during the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic at MTs Negeri 2 Langkat Regency. naturalistic which means observing a problem subject that arises naturally. The collected data are in the form of narration, text, written, spoken or in the form of pictures. Qualitative research is conducted to understand the activities, behavior and ways of life of other people, social or other natural symptoms. The strategy of the madrasah principal is the key to success in achieving the stated goals of the madrasah. The head of the madrasah as the highest leader in the education unit actually has visionary thoughts in developing the madrasah he leads, such as having a precise strategy in advancing his madrasah. Without a strategy, the madrasah program will not work. Strategy is the first and most important step when a leader intends to advance the madrasa. During the Covid-19 pandemic the learning process could not be stopped even though educational institutions were temporarily closed, face-to-face learning was not allowed, so online learning was implemented where activities were carried out from home. The strategy of the madrasa principal is to implement several applications such as 1) Zooom Meeting, 2) Google Classroom, 3) Google Meet, 4) WhatsApp Group, and 5) Email in supporting the online learning process at MTs Negeri 2 Langkat Regency. This strategy is a solution for students during the Covid-19 pandemic, students can learn from home online, so that they can interact via the media and can receive subject matter provided by the teacher.

The background of the problem of this study are: (1) the low pedagogical competence of the teacher in the making of the learning implementation plan (RPP), the implementation of the learning process and the implementation of learning evaluation; (2) the progress of communication and information technology, being realized or not, has an influence on the development of education. Such progress, inevitably drags the world of education to various changes in accordance with the needs and demands of the community; (3) improving education in the future requires information systems and information technology that not only function as supporting facilities, but rather as the main weapon to support the success of the world of education, so as to be able to compete in the global market; and (4) the importance of supervising online learning to improve the pedagogical competencies of Junior High School (SMP) teachers of the subject Pendidikan Agama Islam and Budi Pekerti in Cilacap District. Therefore, the purpose of this study is: “to analyze the increase in pedagogical competencies of Pendidikan Agama Islam and Budi Pekerti SMP Teacher by applying supervision of online learning in Cilacap District.” The design of this study uses the School Action Research (PTS) design which is a development of the design of Classroom Action Research (CAR) and carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and interpretation, analysis and reflection, which is carried out in at least two cycles. The research location is the Working Area of the Supervisor of Islamic Education and Junior High School Characteristics in Cilacap District with the research subjects being all Teachers of Pendidikan Agama Islam and Budi Pekerti SMP in CilacapDistrict which are held for 3 (three) months, starting from January 2019 to the Month March 2019. Data collection techniques are observation and documentation, using data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive-qualitative and descriptive-quantitative. Based on several results of the study it can be concluded that the use of online learning supervision can improve the pedagogical competence of Pendidikan Agama Islam and Budi Pekerti SMP Teacher in Cilacap District. The increase occurred in: an increase in the average assessment of pedagogic competencies in the teachers of Pendidikan Agama Islam and Budi Pekerti SMP Teacher of Cilacap District, where the pre-cycle average was 62.63% with the criteria of "GOOD," then in cycle 1 it increased to 72 , 00% with the criteria of "GOOD," and finally in cycle 2 it increased again to 83.00% with the criteria "VERRY GOOD.".

Currently, the world is faced with an outbreak of a disease caused by a virus known as covid 19. Along with the high number of positive cases of covid 19 in Indonesia, the government is urging to deal with this covid 19 pandemic immediately. Various policies have been carried out, such as implementing physical distancing, lockdown, and the 5M movement. The existence of these policies certainly impacts most aspects of life, especially in the education aspect. Learning that is usually done face-to-face becomes impossible. So that the government issues a policy so that the learning process can be implemented. One of the solutions offered by the government is to change face-to-face learning into online learning (in the network) using e-learning sites. E-Learning media is supported by various learning features that are made like face-to-face learning.

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of learning media based on m-learningg using the POE2WE blender model to increase student learning motivation. This writing is motivated by increased learning in students who need good learning media and still use learning materials that have not been maximized. The method used in this renewal is the study of literature by studying some literature to be analyzed and made conclusions. The results of discussions about the application of m-learning based learning media using the POE2WE blender model can be a solution to the problems encountered in the teaching and learning process sponsored by students. The mixed POE2WE model is applied to students in High School with several steps including; participants do learning using smartphones, at face-to-face meetings students learn to use learning with teachers, in independent learning students do distance learning so as to increase their own willingness to do learning. The results of this study prove that learning media based on m-learning is feasible by using the POE2WE model to increase students' learning motivation and be able to take advantage of current technological advances.

The Covid-19 pandemic, which has swept the world for almost two, years has changed the implementation of education in Indonesia. Learning that was previously always done face-to-face has now been shifted to distance learning, which in its performance is a challenge, especially for mathematics teachers. So far, the problems faced by teachers are difficulties in making students more enthusiastic in learning during the online learning period and challenges in developing students' thinking skills. A learning model is needed that can train students so that during online learning, students can still practice improving their 4C thinking skills. This research is a descriptive study in the form of a literature review conducted by reviewing several literatures. Based on the literature review, it can be seen that one approach that can be used is a project-based Quantum Teaching and Learning (QTL) approach which can be presented in web form so that students are more motivated during the online learning period. Based on theoretical studies from several articles, it is known that learning QTL can increase students' learning motivation because QTL is taught according to students' thinking. Giving projects that are in accordance with students' interests can be added to QTL learning to train students to improve 4C thinking skills.

Menulis teks hasil observasi sebagai salah satu materi yang harus dikuasai oleh peserta didik sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses pembelajaran adalah pembelajaran yang kurang menimbulkan antusias belajar peserta didik. Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu yang mempengaruhi pembelajaran efektif karena menumbuhkan antusias belajar siswa. Setelah mempelajari media pembelajaran yang sudah ada, ditemukan fakta bahwa media pembelajaran masih sederhana dan belum interaktif. Relevan dengan situasi tersebut, diperlukan media pembelajaran untuk menulis teks hasil observasi yang interaktif bermuatan konservasi yang sesuai bagi peserta didik kelas VII SMP, baik dari segi kelayakan isi, penyajian, dan bahasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (penelitian dan pengembangan) dari Borg dan Gall (2003:570). Media pembelajaran interaktif ini terdiri dari empat menu yaitu permainan, kompetensi inti dan kompetensi dasar, materi, dan soal. Media pembelajaran interaktif dalam pembelajaran menulis teks hasil observasi bermuatan konservasi untuk siswa SMP kelas VII dinyatakan valid oleh ahli dan praktisi dengan skor rata-rata 3 (tiga) yang dikategorikan baik. Hasil uji keefektifan media pembelajaran interaktif dalam pembelajaran menulis teks hasil observasi bermuatan konservasi untuk siswa SMP kelas VII menyatakan media permainan interaktif ini efektif dengan bukti data uji t yang menyatakan adanya perbedaan signifikan hasil pretes dan postes. Kata Kunci: konservasi; media pembelajaran interaktif; peseta didik; teks hasil observasi   Abstract Writing an observation report is one of materials in the 2013 curriculum and it needs to be mastered by students. Meanwhile, the most frequent problem which arises during learning process is learning which does not trigger students’ enthusiasm. Interactive learning media can create an effective learning process since the media can trigger students’ enthusiasm. After studying about available learning media, it is found a fact that the learning media are still not sophisticated and interactive.  Based on that situation, an interactive learning media to write an observation report is needed for seventh grade of junior high school students. The researcher emphasizes on the content, delivery, and language of the media. The method used in this research is Research and Development by Borg dan Gall (2003:570). This interactive learning media consists of four menus, namely games, core competencies and basic competencies, materials, and exercises. This interactive learning media used to write a conservative observation report for junior high school students is valid according to experts and practitioners. It has an average score of three (3) which is categorized as good. The effectiveness test of interactive learning media used to write conservative observation reports for seventh grade of junior high school students shows that this media is effective. The Covid-19 outbreak has greatly affected the learning process, because of lecturescannot be implemented in the form of face-to-face lectures. One way to getachieving learning outcomes is to use the system learning mediaonline. Online learning functions as a link between lecturers and studentswith an internet network that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. MediaOnline learning used is Edmodo, a learning platformbased on social networks. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the mediaedmodo in the PAI lecture on semseter 1 students, mix class at the UniversitySumbawa technology. This type of research is a qualitative case study, a methoddata collection used is documentation, interviews and observations.The results of the study concluded that the Covid-19 pandemic changed shapePAI learning becomes online, the media used is edmodo. Edmodo is ratedeffective for carrying out the learning process because, the course material can be accepted,studied and reviewed, assignment collection is simpler, easier and can be scoredaccepted directly, improve student discipline and consistency, easy andnice. Interaction and communication during online learning becomes easier anddirected with the features provided by Edmodo so that the objectives and CPMK PAI canwell earned.
