Abstract. This article tries to explore the theological model of political spirituality in the context of terrorism in Indonesia. This search is done using the literature study method. In the process, the authors found that each age has a pattern or model of theology of their respective political spirituality. But in the present, by elaborating on the results of literature studies and paying attention to the context of terrorism in Indonesia and the historical journey of theological view of political spirituality in the church, the author shows that we need to pay attention to the five foundations of political spirituality theology, namely to realize a secular faith, promote moral values and political mediation, love justice and peace, serve the public interest, rule through service and love. These five foundations are expected to respond to various terrorism in Indonesia.Abstrak. Artikel ini mencoba menelusuri model teologi spiritualitas politik dalam konteks maraknya terorisme di Indonesia. Penelusuran ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Dalam prosesnya, penulis menemukan bahwa setiap zaman memiliki corak atau model berteologi spiritualitas politiknya masing-masing. Namun pada masa sekarang, dengan mengelaborasi hasil studi pustaka dan memperhatikan konteks terorisme di Indonesia serta perjalanan sejarah pandang teologi spiritualitas politik di gereja, penulis menunjukkan kita perlu memperhatikan lima fondasi teologi spiritualitas politik yaitu mewujudkan iman yang sekular, mengusung nilai-nilai moral dan mediasi politik, mencintai keadilan dan perdamaian, mengabdi kepentingan umum, berkuasa melalui pelayanan dan kasih. Kelima fondasi ini diharapkan dapat menanggapi berbagai terorisme di Indonesia.

<p>A cultura brasileira é o resultado daquilo que era próprio das populações tradicionais indígenas e das transformações trazidas pelos diversos grupos colonizadores e escravos africanos. Nesta toada, ao se analisar o meio ambiente cultural, enquanto complexo macro sistema, é perceptível que é algo incorpóreo, abstrato, fluído, constituído por bens culturais materiais e imateriais portadores de referência à memória, à ação e à identidade dos distintos grupos formadores da sociedade brasileira. O conceito de patrimônio histórico e artístico nacional abrange todos os bens moveis e imóveis, existentes no País, cuja conservação seja de interesse público, por sua vinculação a fatos memoráveis da História pátria ou por seu excepcional valor artístico, arqueológico, etnográfico, bibliográfico e ambiental. Neste passo, o presente busca, a partir da intervenção do Estado na propriedade, por meio do instituto do tombamento cultural, analisar as alterações no patrimônio cultural do município de Cachoeiro de Itapemirim-ES, em especial na ambiência da Igreja de Nosso Senhor dos Passos, em razão do das modificações no traçado urbano, advindos do Empreendimento Hugo Amorim Residencial.</p><p> </p><p>Brazilian culture is the result of what was typical of the traditional indigenous populations and the changes brought about by the various settlers and African slaves groups. In this tune, when analyzing the cultural environment as complex macro system, it is noticeable that it is something intangible, abstract, fluid, consisting of cultural material and immaterial goods bearing reference to memory, action and identity of the various groups that form the Brazilian society. The concept of historical and artistic heritage covers all mobile and immovable property, existing in the country, whose conservation is in the public interest, for their connection to memorable events of history homeland or for exceptional artistic, archaeological, ethnographic, bibliographic and environmental . In this step, this search from the state intervention in the property, through the cultural tipping Institute, analyzing the changes in the cultural heritage of the Cachoeiro de Itapemirim-ES, especially in the ambience of the Church of Our Lord of Steps, because of the changes in the urban layout, arising from the Enterprise Hugo Amorim Residential.</p>

Abstract. The involvement of the church in social life outside the church is something that continues to struggle from time to time; the church, on the one hand, felt compelled to be involved in all aspects of life; on the other, it felt sufficient to focus on the spiritual dimension of life. Meanwhile, participation in the social domain is often articulated with religious mission activities that wish to win souls and increase the number of church members. This article aimed to present a theological reflection framework on hospitality in a Pentecostal perspective, as a spirituality that drives the participatory philosophy of Pentecostals in the public sphere, both socially and politically. The method used is descriptive analysis, with a literature study approach. The result is that the hospitality attitude of the early church in the Acts constructs a Pentecostal reflection of the participation of Pentecostals in the public sphere.Abstrak. Keterlibatan gereja dalam kehidupan sosial di luar gereja merupakan hal yang terus mengalami pergumulan dari waktu ke waktu; gereja di satu sisi merasa harus terlibat dalam seluruh aspek kehidupan, di sisi lain merasa cukup untuk memfokuskan pada dimensi kehidupan rohani. Sementara itu, partisipasi pada domain sosial tidak jarang diartikulasikan dengan kegiatan misi gerejawi yang ingin memenangkan jiwa dan menambahkan jumlah anggota gereja. Artikel ini bertujuan menyajikan sebuah kerangka refleksi teologis tentang hospitalitas dalam perspektif Pentakostal, sebagai spirtualitas yang menggerakkan sikap partisipatif kaum Pentakostal pada ruang publik, baik secara sosial dan politik. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Hasilnya, sikap hospitalitas jemaat mula-mula pada narasi Kisah Para Rasul mengonstruksi sebuah perenungan Pentakostal mengenai partisipasi kaum Pentakostal pada ruang publik.

This paper aims to examine non-physical loss in land procurement based on justice value. This study was conducted considering many problems arising from the current phenomenon in which people of Indonesia have not got their rights fairly. Whereas in the mandate of Constitution Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution states that the earth and water and natural resources contained therein are controlled by the state and used for the greatest prosperity of the people. The primary data was obtained from direct interviews with related parties, while secondary data were obtained from literature study. The result shows that people's behavior is strongly influenced by the culture exists in society. The culture of society includes religious values and social values. Government recognition by paying attention to the values in society in the determination of non-physical compensation will prevent prolonged conflicts that occur in the process of land acquisition for the public interest, and there are still many articles that need to be reviewed that immediately review the Article 33 letter f, Article 42 Paragraph 1 jo Article 43 UUPT Year 2012 to better reflect justice for eligible citizens and communities affected by development for the public interest.

Increased business development in toothpaste, all businesses strive to attract customers and retain customers in various ways. Pepsodent toothpaste always strive to provide brand image such as quality superior to other brands. Pepsodent toothpaste has a quality product that organizes dental health events and optimizes the promotion mix always informs new products. The purpose of this research is analysis of brand image analysis, product quality, and promotion mix of its effect to purchase decision of Pepsodent toothpaste. In this research is done by literature study, observation, interview, and spreading of questionnaire. This population is the competitor users of Pepsodent Toothpaste in Ciledug Indah Estate 2. The sample used is 67 people and selected using Probability Sampling, precisely using simple random sampling. Simple correlation analysis tool to know the relationship between variables. Multiple linear regression analysis is useful to know the effect of dependent variable. Variables of brand image and quality partially have a significant influence on the public interest using Pepsodent toothpaste. The promotional mix variable partially has no significant effect on the public interest using Pepsodent toothpaste. The regression equation formed is Y = 3.548 + 0.26 (X1) + 0.497 (X2). Brand image variable (X1) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality variables (X2) also have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image variables and product quality simultaneously have a significant influence on the public interest using Pepsodent toothpaste.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum dan konsep ideal perlindungan hukum terhadap warga negara akibat penggusuran dikaitkan dengan hak untuk mendapatkan penghidupan yang layak Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dalam bentuk deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengadaan Tanah Bagi Pembangunan Untuk Kepentingan Umum belum mampu memberikan perlindungan hukum dan memberikan penghidupan yang layak sesuai dengan amanat konstitusi Pasal 27 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Dasar Tahun 1945 menyatakan tiap-tiap warga Negara berhak atas pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layak bagi kemanusiaan, terhadap warga negara sebagai akibat penggusuran.Kata kunci: perlindungan hukum; penggusuran; penghidupan yang layakABSTRACTThis study aims to determine legal protection and the ideal concept of legal protection against citizens due to evictions associated with the right to obtain a decent livelihood. The method used in this study is the literature study method with a normative juridical approach in descriptive form. The results of this study indicate that Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Procurement for Development in the Public Interest has not been able to provide legal protection and provide decent livelihoods in accordance with the constitutional mandate of Article 27 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution stipulating each Citizens have the right to work and a decent living for humanity, towards citizens as a result of eviction.Keywords: legal protection; eviction; decent livelihood

The author argues that moral values in U.S. politics predate the 2004 presidential election, animate contemporary public policy discussions among people with varying viewpoints within and across political and religious persuasions, and permeate broader issues of social justice and cultural correctness. Liberal institutions, based on moral principles shown to be consistent with J. Dewey's pragmatic philosophy, afford persons of faith protections and opportunities to engage in public debate and thereby shape legitimate policies thought to be in the public interest. On the whole, the author contends that governmental institutions in the United States are highly resilient, enabling coexistence of proponents of competing accounts of excellence (i.e., virtue and character) on terms of mutual respect. Finally, the author addresses how the present political climate might affect policy and clinical practice and what social workers should do about it.

The term publicness which often stated in many literatures and public adminstration scientific discussion was originated from Western nations’ scholar nomenklatur. In its implementation in Indonesia, publicness has already been practiced since long time ago, even it rooted back to the nation founding. This papers aimed to identify the practice of publicness in Indonesia and its redefinition in the context of state administration. This study uses literature study approach. The result of the research showed that the public spirit, or the publicness has been actualized in the concept of people’s rule, the discussion to reach consensus, and the establishment of Development Plan Meeting (Musrenbang). In its implementation in Indonesia, the political term used by Bozemann in interpreting the publicness definition must be cleared, become the political authority that allocate some public goods and belongs to citizen interest.Keywords: Publicness, Public Interest, Public Administration

This research is motivated by the impact of moral education of the younger generation which is starting to become the public spotlight due to abandoning moral values. So the writer is interested in studying the concept of moral education according to the cleric Badiuzzaman Said Nursi and the Book byTa'lim Muta'alim by the scholar Sheikh al-Zarnuzi. This study uses the type of literature study research. The approach used in this research is a historical approach. The method used to analyze the content is (content analysis). The purpose of this study is to find out how the concept of moral education according to the cleric Badiuzzaman Said Nursi and Kitab Ta'lim Muta'alim, and to find out the comparison of the concept of thought according to the cleric Badiuzzaman Said Nursi and the Kitab Ta'lim Muta'alim to the moral education of the younger generation.
