The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital, operating hours and business period on the income of Yamuri Market traders, Mulyorejo District. The population in this study is the Yamuri Market traders, Mulyorejo District. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling as many as 60 market traders respondents. The methods to collect data were carried out through interviews and distributing questionnaires as measured by a Likert scale. Based on the results of this study indicate that working capital, operating hours partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of market traders, while the business period partially has no significant effect on the income of market traders. Simultaneously, it shows that working capital, operating hours and length of business have a positive and significant effect on the income of Yamuri market traders, Mulyorejo District. Keywords: Working Capital, Operating Hours, Business Period, Income Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Modal Kerja, Jam Kerja Operasional Dan Lama Usaha Terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang Pasar Yamuri Kecamatan Mulyorejo. Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pedagang Pasar Yamuri Kecamatan Mulyorejo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling sebanyak 60 responden pedagang pasar. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner yang diukur oleh skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal kerja, jam kerja operasional secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang pasar, sedangkan lama usaha secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang pasar. Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa modal kerja, jam kerja operasional dan lama usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang pasar Yamuri Kecamatan Mulyorejo. Kata Kunci: Modal Kerja, Jam Kerja Operasional, Lama Usaha, Pendapatan

The Indonesian cosmetics industry is currently developing—one of them, PT. Martina Berto encourages her company to excel in competition. The first brands produced and marketed was Sariayu Martha Tilaar as a natural cosmetics. In 1983, Sariayu had become a very well-known cosmetics in the country. PT. Martina Berto, developed by Martha Tilaar Group, improves the quality of Sariayu lipstick products and maintains affordable prices so that it can compete with other lipstick products. The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the effect of product quality and price on loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable on SARIAYU Lipstick customers at Martha Tilaar Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Outlet. This type of research is quantitative research. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique with 110 respondents taken from SARIAYU Lipstick customers at Martha Tilaar Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Outlet. The instrument used was a questionnaire that used a Likert scale and analyzed it with path analysis using AMOS 22. The results showed a positive and significant effect of product quality on satisfaction. There is also a significant effect of price on satisfaction. Then there is a positive and significant effect of satisfaction on loyalty. Besides, there is a positive and significant effect of product quality on loyalty. Furthermore, finally, there is a positive and significant price on loyalty.

There are lots of online advertisements presented by E-commerce, but online advertising in the form of remarketing is the most intrusive advertisement. Remarketing ad is included as an ad intrusiveness which is very disturbing and can build a negative attitude towards ad, and it will make a negative purchase intention too. But in reality, this advertisement is very developed and almost E-commerces implement it, while what happens is that many consumers actually feel annoyed. The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the effect of ad intrusiveness in the form of remarketing toward purchase intention of E-commerce with an attitude toward ad as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with judgmental sampling method. The sample used was 220 respondents. Respondents in this study were E-commerce users aged 19 and above who had seen ad intrusiveness in the form of remarketing. Questionnaire uses likert scale and  processing using path analysis. The results show that ad intrusiveness has a negative and significant effect on attitude toward ad and attitude toward ad has a positif and significant effect ad toward purchase intention.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence between the qualification of selection toward work productivity employee in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. The Type of research is clausal assosiative.The sampling technique is probability sampling by using proportionate stratified random sampling. Sample in this research are amounted to 53 people. Data collecting using questionnaires based on likert scale that has been tested of validity and reliability. Based on the result of thereresearch concluded that in general about qualification of selection in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is als good 38,62 %. Work productivity employee in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is also good 66,7 %. The result also indicate that are significant influence between qualification of selection and work productivity in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is 51,2% and 48,8% another factor on a 0,000 < 0,05 significant.

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Motivasi, Persepsi Dan Internalisasi Standar ISO 9001 Terhadap Kinerja pada PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, persepsi dan internalisasi standar ISO 9001 terhadap kinerja. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah pertama motivasi penerapan standar ISO 9001 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi penerapan standar ISO 9001. Kedua motivasi penerapan standar ISO 9001 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap internalisasi standar ISO 9001. Ketiga motivasi penerapan standar ISO 9001 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Keempat persepsi penerapan standar ISO 9001 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kelima internalisasi standar ISO 9001 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang mengambil data dengan kuesioner. Sasaran penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan di departemen PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap, sedangkan metode pengambilan sampelnya yaitu Probability Sampling dan jumlah sampel yang memenuhi syarat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 143 orang. Alat analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) melalui program Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) versi 16.0. Sedangkan pengukuran data menggunakan 7 skala likert This study was aimed at analyzing the influence of motivation, perception, and internalization of ISO 9001 standard on the performance of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap. There are five hypothesa of this study, i.e: 1) the motivation of applying ISO 9001 standard has a positive and significant impact to the perception on applying ISO 9001 standard; 2) the motivation of applying ISO 9001 standard has a positive and significant impact to; 3) the motivation of applying ISO 9001 standard has a positive and significant impact to the performance; 4) the perception on applying ISO 9001 standard has a positive and significant impact to the performance; 5) the internalization of ISO 9001 standard has a positive and significant impact to the performance. This is a survey research the data of which was gained through questionaires. The respondents of this research were emplyoees of PT> Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap and sampling technique used in this research was probabiliy sampling fulfilling the requirement of 143 orang. Data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using version 16.0 of Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) and data measurement used a Likert scale of 7.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether Entrepreneurship Skills, Market Orientation, Sales Orientation, and Entrepreneurship Competence have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field. The population in this study is SMEs in the culinary sector. The sample used in this study were 50 respondens who owned MSMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. Overall the results of this study are that Entrepreneurship Skills have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Market Orientation has no effect on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. 19, Sales Orientation has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Entrepreneurship Competence has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran logo halal dan iklan media sosial Instagram terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen wanita yang menggunakan kosmetik Wardah di Bandar Lampung, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran logo halal, dan iklan media sosial Instagram berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun silmultan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik. Kehalalan dapat menjadi branding yang semakin kuat, jika didukung dengan promosi melalui media sosial, yang mampu menjangkau segmentasi pasar yang lebih luas terhadap produk lokal.   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Awareness of the Halal Logo and Instagram Social Media Ads on Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is female consumers who use Wardah cosmetics in Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. The data was obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results of this study explain that Awareness of the Halal Logo, and Instagram Social Media Ads significantly influence Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneous testing results showed that Halal Logo Awareness and Instagram Social Media Ads had a significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.

This study aims to determine the effect of store (mall) environment and money availability on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach whose data is obtained from the results of questionnaires. The sample in this study were 389 respondents taken based on purposive sampling technique which was included in non-probability sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the store (mall) environment has no effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, money availability has a positive and significant effect on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya.

 This study aims to determine the psychological dynamics of former drug addicts, starting from drug abuse until they become addicted, deciding to stop using them. This study uses a qualitative approach, the subject or informant is determined using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type based on predetermined criteria, which involves one informant, namely a male (F) aged 42 years. Data collection methods used in this study are in-depth interviews (in depth interviews), where researchers will interview informants with semi-structured interviews. In addition, researchers also used observation and psychological tests, which are graphic tests in the form of DAM (Draw a Man) and BAUM (tree drawing) tests, and intelligence tests using WAIS. The data analysis technique used is case study analysis of case / incident patterns. Based on the results of research F became a drug addict because of the learning process, where the enjoyment and lack of parental supervision is a reinforcement to continue using drugs. Generalization of people, places, pleasure makes it difficult for F to stop using drugs.   Keywords: Psychological Dynamics, Drug Addicts. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika psikologis mantan pecandu napza, dimulai dari awal menyalahgunan napza hingga menjadi kecanduan, memutuskan untuk berhenti memakai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Subjek atau informan ditentukan dengan menggunakan tehnik sampling non-probability sampling dengan tipe purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, yaitu melibatkan satu informan, yaitu laki-laki (F) yang berusia 42 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara secara mendalam (in depth interview), dimana peneliti akan menwawancarai informan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur. Selain itu peneliti juga menggunakan observasi serta menggunakan tes-tes psikologi, yaitu tes grafis berupa tes DAM (Draw a Man) dan BAUM (tes menggambar pohon), serta tes inteligensi dengan menggunakan WAIS. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis studi kasus pola kasus/kejadian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian F menjadi pecandu narkoba karena adanya proses belajar, dimana kenikmatan dan kurangnya pengawasan orang tua merupakan reinforcement untuk terus menggunakan napza. Adanya generalisasi terhadap people, place, pleasure menyebabkan F sulit untuk berhenti menggunakan napza. Kata Kunci: Dinamika Psikologis, Mantan Pengguna Napza
