Buying and selling is a way to transfer land rights according to the provisions in Article 37 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration which must include the deed of the Land Deed Making Official to register the right of land rights (behind the name) to the Land Office to create legal certainty and minimize the risks that occur in the future. However, in everyday life there is still a lot of buying and selling land that is not based on the laws and regulations that apply, namely only by using receipts and trust in each other. This is certainly very detrimental to both parties in the transfer of rights (behind the name), especially if the other party is not known to exist like the Case in Decision Number 42 / Pdt.G / 2010 / PN.Mtp

Abstract: The teaching medium is a knowledge of the teaching methods used by a teacher or instructor. Methods are the means used to achieve the established goals. Another technique is the presentation technique that is mastered by the teacher to teach or present the lesson materials to the students in the classroom, so that the lesson can be absorbed, understood and used by the students well. The better the teaching method, the more effective the achievement of the goal. Motivation is a change of energy within a person characterized by the emergence of "feeling and preceded by the response to the purpose, to get it then must be selected methods that if acceptable in teaching and learning activities well. In fact, the way or method of teaching used to convey different information in the way adopted to establish students in mastering knowledge, skills and attitudes (cognitive, psychomotoric, affective). Specific methods of teaching in the classroom, the effectiveness of a method is influenced by the purpose, student factors, situation factors, and teacher factor itself. Demonstration is a teaching method done by a teacher or someone else by showing the whole class about a process or a way of doing something. Demonstrations are always directed to the correct way of practice which is then Apliskasikan in everyday life. And recitation is also one of the learning media known as homework or students are given the task outside of lesson time. Both methods can be implemented simultaneously in the teaching and learning process. From the above statements can be concluded that in learning, students so as not to get bored then there should be variations in learning methods. Teachers must be clever in choosing a method, one of which is the Graphic method (concept map). In this case on the history of the use of Graphic method (concept map) is the right method to invite students to think and understand and apply in everyday life. Graphical Pendekata (konse map) invites us to make learning process more meaningful and conductive.        Kewords: Grafis Media, Learning History, Student Chomprehensif

We are living a continuous and fast technology evolution, maybe this evolution goes faster than our capacity to assimilate what we can do with it, but the potential is clear and the future will be for those who identifies the right technology with the right application. The way we work with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools is also changing thanks to the ubiquitous access to information and the different hardware available to exploit that information: Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality or Mixed Reality. Not only the way we work, but also the way we interact with CAD tools is changing, with technologies like natural language processes that allows direct conversation with the applications. The concepts that are absolutely clear from now to the future in shipbuilding are the use of Data Centric models and the concept of Digital Twin. Both provide a real and effective synchronization between what we design and what we construct, by covering the complete life cycle of the product, thanks to technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT) and Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID). Nowadays it is unimaginable to work without using CAD in shipbuilding: ease of design with design rules embedded, speed of design, and the use and reuse of information. It is expected that in the future CAD tools will advance further and allow greater information management through further improvements. The paper presents several scenarios with improvements likely to occur the next few years. Some of these improvements may seem unrealistic in the short term, but reality often exceeds expectations in any field, and probably more so with technology.

Shared technology making refers to the practices, spaces and events that bear the hope and belief that collaborative and open ways of designing, making and modifying technology can improve our ways of living. Shared technology making in the context of the smart city reinvigorates explorations of the possibility of free, open and collaborative ways of engineering urban spaces, infrastructures and public life. Open innovation events and civic hacking initiatives often encourage members of local communities, residents, or city administrations to participate so that the problems they face and the knowledge they possess can be leveraged to develop innovations from the working (and failure) of urban everyday life and (non-)expert knowledges. However, the incorporation of shared technology making into urban contexts engender concerns around the right to participate in shared technology- and city-making. This paper addresses this issue by suggesting ways to consider both the neoliberal patterning of shared technology making and the patches and gaps that show the future possibility of shared city making. It explores the ways in which shared technology making are organised using hackathons and other hacking initiatives as an example. By providing a hackathon typology and detailed accounts of the experiences of organisers and participants of related events, the paper reconsiders the neoliberalisation of shared technology making. It attends to the multiple, entangled and conflictual relationships that do not follow corporate logic for considering the possibilities of more open and collaborative ways of technology- and city-making.

AbstractHope is a phenomenon many nurses and patients are concerned about. One of the reasons for this interest may be that many patients today live with chronic illnesses, and hope is something positive and focuses on the future and opportunities. Hope is a way of feeling, thinking, and influencing one’s behavior. The way we view our health and health-related challenges are assumed to impact on hope. Hope is forward-looking, realistic, and multidimensional. It is a resource for health and health-promoting processes and can be considered a salutogenic resource and construct. This chapter highlights what hope means during illness, what research has so far been concerned with, how hope can be assessed, and how nurses can strengthen hope in patients.

O risco de sua palavra, que abre a esse debate, indica igualmente ao homem os motivos para esperar, para crer na promessa, chave da leitura do futuro.ABSTRACT: Risking the word in the pulpit, in one’s life, in the work of an entire life. According to Vieira, from the Sermons to the History of the Future, the word makes a way for itself. Besides of the rhetoric artifices and the politico-religious conveniences, Vieira establishes the action bases as response to the God’s word, and in fidelity to the same by adopting as paradigm the History of Israel, a revealing, and always the first one, History of the God’s initiative. A History that also reveals the right paths and the wrong paths of the human response, of the historic responsibility that such a response holds. When Vieira proposes the reading of the way God works, of the alliance of God with the humankind, Vieira dangerously aligns himself with the row of those who make trouble. Vieira reminds the impossibility of sheltering oneself under the concept of election. The purification of this concept, as well as the concept of ‘being Christian’ is unpostponable. Nevertheless, the Vieira’s position is not free from theological issues. The risk of his word that opens this debate equally indicates to the man the reasons for hoping and believing in the promise, the key for reading the future.

BACKGROUND More than 100 years ago, the difference in blood pressure (BP) between arms was first reported. Recent studies have shown that different blood pressure between the right and left arm leads to cardiovascular events in the future. OBJECTIVE To establish the prevalence of an inter-arm blood pressure difference (IAD) and the dominant hands effect on the elevation blood pressure in young healthy population. METHODS This was a mixed research design, using a cross-sectional design; 3030 young, healthy participants, aged 15-40 years. BP was measured twice by both mercury sphygmomanometer and electronic simultaneously on both arms. has been carried out at Sulaimaniyah governorate/Kurdistan Region, Iraq, during the period 13th May 2019 to 22nd February 2020 RESULTS Three thousand and thirty volunteers participated in our study {1377 (45.4%) male, 1653 (54.6%) female, mean age 19.56 ± 5.14 years old, mean BMI 22.37 ± 3.83} all were young and healthy. The sIABP was equal in 163 persons (5.37%), dIABP was equal in 222 (7.32%),The sIAD > 10 mmHg (26.13 %),and dIAD > or =10 mmHg was found in 927 (33.53%) in the right arm, and 32.4% in the left arm. 288 (9.50%) were current smokers, 290 (9.6%) were smoking hookah Most had IAD above 30% of their IAD was above 10 mmHg (P-value = 0.000). In 2692 volunteers, BP, initially recorded in the dominant hand (right arm), showed sIAD> or = 10 mmHg in 943 (37.12%) volunteers, and when first measurement was done in 338 left-handed volunteers it showed sIAD> or = 10 mmHg in 112 (34.14%), P < 0.001. CONCLUSIONS We conclude that significant inter-arm systolic and diastolic BP differences above (10 mm Hg) is common in the young, healthy population. Hand dominance is a significant consideration while measuring blood pressure. It is mandatory to measure blood pressure in both arms in a sitting position with a stable condition.

Whereas, in preindustrial society, the family was mainly a community of need held together by an obligation of solidarity, the logic of individually designed lives has come increasingly to the fore in the contemporary world. The family is becoming more of an elective relationship, an association of individuals who each brings to it their own interests, experiences and plans, and who are each subjected to different controls, risks and constraints. It is therefore necessary to devote much more effort than in the past to the holding together of these different biographies. Whereas people could once fall back on rules and rituals, the prospect now is of a staging of everyday life, an acrobatics of balancing and coordinating. This does not mean that the traditional family is simply disappearing. But it is losing the monopoly it had for so long. Its quantitative significance is declining as new lifestyles appear and spread. These in all their intermediary and secondary forms represent the future of families, or what I call the contours of the `post-familial family'.
