The problem this study are: a) how the coaching process in prison inmates Class 1 Kedungpane Semarang in terms of Act No. 12 of 1995 on Correctional Institution? and b) whether a limiting factor in the implementation of prison inmate gave coaching in the Correctional Institution Class I Kedungpane Semarang? Researchers using normative juridical approach. The source and type of data in this study are primary data obtained from field studies with interviews at the Correctional Institution Class I Kedungpane Semarang. And secondary data obtained from the study of literature. Based on the results of the implementation study coaching in the penal system for prisoners gradually form has been going well, the first stage of the introduction of the orientation stage where inmates including receiving prisoners, registration inmates and temporary placement of prisoners, the introduction of a maximum of 1 month. The second stage of assimilation in the strict sense lasts from 1/3 to 1/2. The third stage is the stage of assimilation in a broader sense and has lived half of a criminal past. The fourth stage is the stage of integration with the community has undergone criminal or 2/3 of the time for at least 9 months. The obstacles that occur due to the lack of Correctional officer training, infrastructure is still lacking adequate. Addition of facilities are still related to education problem such as library books, any additional school, socializing with new science and training tools. Construction of shelter / blocks apart to make it more comfortable for them.Keywords: Correctional Institution; Prisoners; Development.

In preventing the Covid-19 pandemic, immigration has a security function which is carried out by selecting the intentions and objectives of foreign nationals to Indonesian territory by examining visa applications, including in handling detainees in the detention room. The problem in this study is whether the arrangements for handling detainees in the detention room of the Class 1 Immigration Office for Non TPI, South Jakarta can be implemented during the covid-19 pandemic. How to optimize the handling of detainees during the covid-19 pandemic in the detention room of the Class 1 Immigration Office for Non TPI, South Jakarta. This research method is empirical normative using primary data and secondary data. The results of the study stated that the arrangements for handling detainees in the detention room of the Class 1 Immigration Office for Non TPI, South Jakarta, could not be fully implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is because until now there is no regulation specifically for the Class I Immigration Office for Non TPI related to the handling of detainees in the detention room, thus causing the absence of standard operating procedures for officers. Optimization of the handling of detainees during a pandemic in the detention room of the Class 1 Immigration Office for Non TPI Special South Jakarta is through the issuance of the Regulation of the Director General of Immigration regarding the handling of detainees during a pandemic in the detention room at the Immigration Office Class 1 Special for Non TPI South Jakarta.

Abstract: Improving the performance of employees is the most serious management challenges because success to achieve the goals and viability of the organization or company depends on the quality of human resources performance in it. The approach used in this research is explanatory research, namely the type of research that aims to explain the causality relationship of an explanatory variable with the variables described. The analytical approach model is multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through the results of the distribution of questionnaires to Correctional Institution (Bapas) Class I Banjarmasin employees who become sample. The population in this study is all employees of Correctional Institution (Bapas) Class I Banjarmasin which amounted to 42 employees. To confuse the data using the SPSS 17 app. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that leadership factor, motivation, and work ethic have significant effect on the performance of Correctional Institution (Bapas) Class I Banjarmasin officer. Leadership factor is a dominant factor affecting the performance of Correctional Institution (Bapas) Class I Banjarmasin.Keywords: leadership, motivation, work ethic, performanceAbstrak: Meningkatkan kinerja pegawai merupakan tantangan manajemin yang paling serius karena keberhasilan untuk mencapai tujuan dan kelangsungan hidup organisasi atau perusahaan tergantung pada kualitas kinerja sumber daya manusia yang ada didalamnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yaitu jenis penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausalitas suatu variabel penjelas dengan variabel yang dijelaskan. Model pendekatan analisisnya adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui hasil penyebaran kuesioner terhadap Pegawai Balai Pemasyarakatan (Bapas) Kelas I Banjarmasin yang menjadi sample. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Balai Pemasyarakatan (Bapas) Kelas I Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 42 pegawai. Untuk mengulah data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 17. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa faktor kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Banjarmasin. Faktor kepemimpinan merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Pemasyarakatan (Bapas) Kelas I Banjarmasin.Kata kunci : kepemimpinan, motivasi, etos kerja dan kinerja

Purpose research These are 1) To analyze the concept of criminal responsibility notary law in the deed that is based on false information. 2) To analyze the legal consequences of the deed notary Based on False Information.The method used by researchers is Empirical Juridical (socio legal research)and specification in this study were included descriptive analysis. Even the sources and types of data in this study are primary data obtained from field studies with an interview with a notary in Grobogan. And secondary data obtained from the study of literature. This study uses qualitative data analysis Based on the results of research that 1) Notaries can not be held criminal liability associated with the manufacture of the deed (partijnakten) based on false information, and can not meet the crime of counterfeiting element formulation in Article 266 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. 2) However, the notary can be held criminal liability against relaas deed or deed of officials (ambtelijke akten) if deliberate or careless notary make a fake deed to the detriment others. That made base on notary deed against false information does not in itself result in the deed null and void. The problems discussed in this study are efforts to tackle traffic accidents by law enforcers in the Blora Police Law Area and the application of Act No. 22 Of 2009 On Road Traffic and Transportation to accident rates in the Blora Police Law Area. The approach method used is sociological juridical, descriptive analytical research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods are field studies and library studies. The data analysis method uses qualitative analysis. As a knife analysis, crime prevention theory and law enforcement theory are used. The results of the research show that the handling of traffic accidents by law enforcers in the Blora Police Law Area is carried out through preventive and repressive measures. Preventive efforts are carried out through routine patrol activities, zebra operations, counseling at schools and in the community and installing biilboard warning signs in accident-prone areas. The repressive effort is carried out through a series of investigative actions against traffic accidents which are guided by applicable laws and regulations. The application of Act No. 22 Of 2009 On Traffic and Road Transportation towards accident rates in the Blora Police Law Area is not optimal. The accident rate is still relatively high from year to year despite various efforts have been carried out. This is due to the lack of public awareness and legal culture of the community which does not support the programs implemented by the Blora Police Law Area in reducing the level of traffic accidents.Keywords: Implementation; Countermeasures; Traffic Accidents.

Basically the right between female inmates and male inmates is the same, only in this case because the inmate is a woman then there are some rights that get special attention than male inmates. Female inmates are not only limited to their rights as inmates in general, but also have difficulty when facing the circumstances that become their nature as a woman. The purpose of this study was: a) To find out how the system of coaching female inmates who are pregnant in the Class II B Jambi Women's Correctional Institution; b) To find out what are the inhibition factors of coaching female inmates who are pregnant in the Women's Correctional Institution class II B Jambi and c) To find out what efforts can be made by correctional officers in overcoming the inhibition factor of coaching female inmates who are pregnant in the Women's Correctional Institution class II B Jambi. The research method is an empirical juridical approach. Empirical juridical approach in this study means that in analyzing the problem is done by combining legal materials (which are secondary data) with primary data obtained in the field that is about the development of pregnant female inmates in the Class II B Jambi Women's Society. In accordance with the theme, this research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The conclusion of this study is coaching of pregnant female inmates in The Class II B Jambi Women's Correctional Institution remains equated with the coaching of other female inmates in general, there are two coachings applied in the Class II B Jambi LPP, namely Personality Coaching and Self-Reliance Coaching. Pregnant female inmates get waivers from the LPP not to do heavy work such as room picket routines, gymnastics activities every Saturday, gotong royong or other activities that endanger the condition of the womb or mother. It can be said that the guidance provided by the LPP to pregnant female inmates in accordance with the author's current meticulous, for the fulfillment of his rights has not been fulfilled to the maximum due to the lack of funds.

This article discusses the Implementation of Forced Tax Collection and Confiscation in an Effort to Optimize Tax Receipts at the Binjai Pratama Tax Office. Answering these problems used normative and empirical juridical research methods. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Field studies by conducting interviews with informants namely Bailiffs and Taxpayers. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. From the results of the study showed that the implementation of tax collection with forced letters and seizures carried out by the Bailiff at the Binjai Primary Tax Service Office had been carried out in optimizing tax revenue. In reality, there are still some obstacles, namely the low compliance of taxpayers paying taxes, the address of registered taxpayers is difficult to find, the lack of supporting data, the number of bailiffs, and legislation. To overcome these obstacles, socialization and outreach activities to the public are carried out intensively and continuously, improving the address of registered taxpayers, adding bailiffs and human resources, increasing cooperation with third parties and clarifying the laws and regulations on active billing actions in order to achieve targets and realize tax revenues.

<em><span>The Semarang-Solo Toll Road Project for the Salatiga-Kartasura Section is one part of the Trans Java toll road development project, one of the jobs in the form of an erection girder with the method used, namely the Crane and Launcher methods. The purpose of this study is to compare the completion time between Crane and Launcher Methods with field studies and analysis. Stages of research include literature studies, primary data collection in the form of variable time of completion and secondary data then analyzed by comparing the completion time of the second method of erection girder on girder with a span of 20.8 meters and 40.8 meters. The results of the comparison of completion time were obtained on a 20.8 meter span erection girder seen from the shortest time Crane Method was more efficient 61.44% than the Launcher Method, the longest time Crane Method was more efficient 32.13% of the Launcher Method, and Method average time Crane is more efficient 52.15% than the Launcher Method. Then on the span erection girder 40.8 m seen from the shortest time Crane Method is more efficient 61.48% than the Launcher Method, the longest time Crane Method is more efficient 29.82% than the Launcher Method, and the average time of the Crane Method is more efficient 41, 81% of the Launcher Method.</span></em>

The research is qualitative research in the form of descriptive analysis using sociological juridical approach. Types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collected through the study of literature and interviews, while the juridical analysis using qualitative analysis. The approach used for the treatment of children in conflict with the law based on values, principles and norms. Pure approach puts the welfare and well-being approach to legal intervention. The punishment model approach to restorative justice called today considered more feasible. For the sake of freedom and rights of the child (fundamental rights and freedom of children) as well as the various interests related to the welfare of children. A limiting factor in the application of Restorative Justice against children in violation of the Act Traffic is due to the factor of legislation often misinterpretation, the factor of law enforcement is the lack of knowledge and skills of investigators in solving criminal cases traffic, factors of infrastructure, a factor of society who do not know information about Restorative justice, Cultural factors personal character actors and victims and their families who do not support the case outside of court settlement or peace. Efforts of traffic guards to avoid conflicts / complaints by victims neutral officer, the offender is directed to the relationship and extend our condolences to the victims, conduct deliberations and request assistance from the Institute of Corrections.Keywords: Restorative Justice; Traffic Accident; Child Actors.

And secondary data obtained from the study of literature. Based on the results of studies that (1) the investigation process child suspects in criminal offenses of theft by weighting, while the act of investigation are as follows: Receiving Reports, Take First Action, arrest and detention, confiscation, examination of the suspect and witness, Termination of Investigation, completion of the investigation. (2) obstacles encountered by investigators in investigating the crime of theft by weighting with the perpetrator of children in Polrestabes Semarang certainly be affected by several factors that can facilitate or complicate and greatly affect the performance of members of the investigator to conduct an investigation (3) obstacles that arise in investigation in this case Polrestabes Semarang making efforts to overcome these barriers. Woven crafts made by women at the Sajingan Besar frontier, besides that it also has economic value, historical value, cultural values that show the identity of the population at the national boundary. The aims of the study were to describe the role of weavers’ women in strengthening nationalism, woven is a culture that is typical of the society in Sajingan Besar frontier, Sambas District. There are two data used in this paper, i.e primary data is field studies, and secondary data is literature studies. The result of research shown that there is an important role from weavers’ women in Sajingan Besar, namely: (1) Utilization of Natural Resources is to strengthen nationalism by utilizing the availability of natural resources in managing them into woven crafts which are a form of expansion of nationalism because woven crafts are a cultural heritage and has local characteristics of Sajingan Besar, (2) The Role of weavers’ women in Sajingan Besar is able to realize a harmonious life with the Malaysian community to strengthen nationalism has become a role model on the frontier whose territory is inhabited by a variety of different tribes, religions and cultures but unity is maintained.
