Manusia adalah mahkluk sosial dengan tipe kepribadian yang berbeda-beda. Setiap individu selalu berhubungan dengan orang lain meski berbeda cara dan intensitasnya. Kecenderungan ini dikenal sebagai kebutuhan afiliasi. Kebutuhan ini melekat pada tiap individu termasuk yang berkepribadian introvert. Ada banyak cara dan media yang dapat digunakan untuk memuaskan kebutuhan ini. Jaringan sosial Facebook adalah salah satunya. Kebiasan mengakses jaringan sosial ini diduga dapat menimbulkan ketagihan dan ketergantungan. Tujuan peneilitian ini adalah mengetahuai keterkaitan antara introversi kepribadian dengan ketergantungan terhadap facebook. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa UNISSULA dengan sampel sebanyak 167 yang diambil secara proporsional.Data ketergantungan terhadap facebook diukur dengan menggunakan skala yang disusun berdasar karakteristik dari Young dan skala afilisasi dari Murray untuk mengukur kebutuhan afiliasi. Data introversi kepribadian diukur dengan skala introversi kepribadian dari Jung.  Ada tiga hipotesis yang akan diuji. Pertama adalah ada keterkaitan antara kebutuhan afiliasi dan introversi kepribadian dengan ketergantungan terhadap facebook. Kedua adalah ada hubungan positif antara kebutuhan afiliasi dengan ketergantungan terhadap facebook dan ketiga adalah ada hubungan positif antara introversi kepribadian dengan ketergantungan terhadap fecbook. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik statistic regresi ganda.Hasil analisis menunjukan besarnya Koefisien regresi ganda R = 0.278, F = 6.863 dan p = 0.001 (p < 0.01) yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebutuhan afiliasi dan introversi kepribadian dengan ketergantungan terhadap facebook.  Uji hipotesis kedua menunjukan ry1 = - 0.163 (p = 0.036) yang beratri hipotesis kedua ditolak sedangkan uji hipotesis ketiga menunjukan Ry2 = 0.189 dan p = 0.015 (p < 0.05) yang berarti hipotesis ketiga diterima. Kata Kunci :   introversi kepribadian, kebutuhan afiliasi, ketergantungan facebook.  THE NEED OF AFFILIATION, INTROVERSION OF PERSONALITY, AND FACEBOOK ADDICTION AMONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS Abstract Human are social beings that have personality type. Each individual is always in relationship with others, although in different manner and intensity. This tendency is called the need of affiliation. This need is necessary for everyone include persons with an introversion personality, who focus on the inside world and observe the outside world selectively according to their own point of view. There are many ways and media can be used to satisfy this need. One of the most widely used today is the social network facebook. Facebook’s function related to the fulfillment of need which related to an individual, can lead to an addiction. The purpose of this research was to know the relationship between the need of affiliation and introversion personality with facebook addiction. Populations in this research were students in UNISSULA with 167 samples which were determined based on the proportional sampling technique.This research used facebook addiction scale based on Young’s characteristic, Murray’s need of affiliation’s scale, and introversion personality’s scale based on Jung’s characteristic. The first hypothesis was that there is relationship between the need of affiliation and introversion personality with facebook addiction. The second hypothesis was that there is positive relationship between the need of affiliation and facebook addiction; and the third hypothesis was that there is positive relationship between introversion personality and facebook addiction.The test of item difference power and reliability used product moment and alpha cronbach’s coefficient. The test hypothesis used regression analysis. Data analysis resulted in R = 0,278, F = 6,863 with p = 0,001 (p<0, 01). This result shows that the first hypothesis was accepted. The second hypothesis analysis result showed ry1 = - 0,163 with p = 0,036 (p<0, 05), this means that the second hypothesis was rejected, while the third hypothesis analysis result showed ry2 = 0,189 with p = 0,015 (p<0, 05) which means the third hypothesis was accepted. Keyword: Need of affiliation, introversion personality, facebook addiction

Using panel data analysis, this study investigates the relationship among Islamic bonds (Sukuk) and the performance of IB’s of Pakistan for the period of 2008-2017. The study has used two stages approach. At the first stage, the profitability and liquidity of banks have been measured by calculating financial ratios. These ratios were than further used in regression analysis to examine whether a relationship exists between Sukuk and the bank’s profitability and liquidity. Our study found a significant positive relationship among Sukuk and the liquidity of IB’s. While, the results show significant but negative relationship between Sukuk and profitability of IB’s. Based on the findings of the study, we concluded that Sukuk has an important role in enhancing the liquidity of IB’s but it has adverse impact on the profitability of IB’s of Pakistan. Thus, the emergence of Sukuk market may pose threats to the profitability of the IB’s of Pakistan.

This study aims to explore the relationship between meaningful work, transformational leadership and organizational commitment of teachers both simultaneously and also partially. The subjects in this study were SDIT Ghilmani teachers who had 1 year minimum service period. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS Versiaon 20. The results of the study stated that there is a relationship between meaningful work, transformational leadership and organizational commitment in SDIT Ghilmani Surabaya teachers, so that both of these variables can predict organizational commitment. The results of the study stated that there is a relationship between meaningful work, transformational leadership and organizational commitment in SDIT Ghilmani Surabaya teachers, so that both of these variables can predict organizational commitment. There is a partial positive relationship between meaningful work with organizational commitment and there is no positive relationship partially bertween transformational leadership and organizational commitment.

This study aims to determine the relationship between social comparison and body dissatisfaction of adolescent. The hypothesis proposed in this research is there any positive correlation between social comparison and body dissatisfaction of senior high school student in SMA Pangeran Antasari Medan, assuming that the higher body dissatisfaction, the higher the social comparison, and vice versa. The sample of this research is as many as 165 students. This research used body dissatisfaction and social comparison scale. Product Moment (Pearson Correlation) was used to analyze the correlation between two variables using SPSS 20 for windows. The results of the data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient was 0,308 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). It shows that there is a positive correlation between social comparison and body dissatisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by the variable of social comparison on personal adjustment was 9,5 percent, while the remaining 90,5 percent was influenced by other factors that were not examined. From these results, it is concluded that the hypothesis, which stated that there is a positive relationship between the social comparison and body dissatisfaction, is acceptable.

Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan sosial untuk menurunkan kecemasan karyawan akibat Covid-19 pada CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru; dan (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial untuk menurunkan kecemasan karyawan akibat Covid-19 pada CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru yang berjumlah 41 orang. Mengingat jumlah populasi relatif kecil, yaitu di bawah 100, maka seluruh anggota populasi diambil semua sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment pearson dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19; dan (2) Dukungan sosial perpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19. Berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan artinya jika dukungan sosial meningkat, maka akan menyebabkan kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19 akan menurun. Variabel kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19 dijelaskan oleh variabel dukungan sosial sebesar 43,7%, sedangkan sisanya 56,3% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain di luar model yang tidak diteliti.   Kata Kunci: Dukungan Sosial, Kecemasan, Covid-19.   Abstact : The objectives of this study were: (1) To analyze the relationship between social support to reduce employee anxiety due to Covid-19 at CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru; and (2) To analyze the effect of social support to reduce employee anxiety due to Covid-19 at CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru, amounting to 41 people. Considering the relatively small population, which is below 100, all members of the population are taken as the research sample. The data analysis technique used in this study used Pearson product moment correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there was a relationship between social support and anxiety in facing Covid-19; and (2) Social support has a negative and significant effect on anxiety in facing Covid-19. It has a negative and significant effect, meaning that if social support increases, it will cause anxiety to face Covid-19 to decrease. The variable of anxiety facing Covid-19 is explained by the social support variable of 43.7%, while the remaining 56.3% is explained by other causes outside the model that were not studied..   Keywords: Social Support, Anxiety, Covid-19.

This article deals with the relationship between social supports with nursing employee attachment at Dr. R.M. Djoelham Hospital Binjai. This study aims to see the relationship between two variables and in the process of data analysis. This study uses numerical data or numbers that are processed by methodology, after the results are obtained then described by outlining the conclusions based on the numbers with the statistical method. The results shows that there is a significant positive relationship between social support and work attachment. This result is proven by the correlation coefficient  = 0.377; p = 0.000 means p <0.010 means that the higher the social support, the higher the attachment of work to nurses and vice versa, if social support is obtained low, then the attachment of nurses work is also low. Thus, the hypothesis that has been proposed in this research is accepted. Social support has an effect of 14.2% on work attachment known from the determinant coefficient = 14.2%. There are still 85.8% influence from other factors that affect work attachment, namely compensation, skills, optimism, self efficacy, and reciliency.

This study aims to analyze the interaction of ethical culture, spiritual intelligence, ethical content, and students' ethical behavior. The population in this study is a student at one of the leading accounting vocational education institutions in Yogyakarta. Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 368 respondents. Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the content of ethics affect the student's ethical behavior. The interaction of ethical culture on the relationship between ethical content and ethical behavior suggests it can strengthen its influence. Similarly, the interplay of spiritual intelligence that demonstrates can strengthen the relationship between ethical content and student ethical behavior.

We examine the relationship between cognitive ability and childbearing patterns in contemporary Sweden using administrative register data. The topic has a long history in the social sciences and has been the topic of a large number of studies, many reporting a negative gradient between intelligence and fertility. We link fertility histories to military conscription tests with intelligence scores for all Swedish men born 1951–1967. We find a positive relationship between intelligence scores and fertility, and this pattern is consistent across the cohorts we study. The relationship is most pronounced for the transition to a first child, and men with the lowest categories of IQ scores have the fewest children. Using fixed effects models, we additionally control for all factors that are shared by siblings, and after such adjustments, we find a stronger positive relationship between IQ and fertility. Furthermore, we find a positive gradient within groups at different levels of education. Compositional differences of this kind are therefore not responsible for the positive gradient we observe—instead, the relationship is even stronger after controlling for both educational careers and parental background factors. In our models where we compare brothers to one another, we find that, relative to men with IQ 100, the group with the lowest category of cognitive ability have 0.56 fewer children, and men with the highest category have 0.09 more children.
