Technology today plays an important role in all aspects, both in education and in business, such as sales. Currently in business, the role of technology is needed, especially in product sales. E-commerce is a way of doing business that makes it very easy for sellers to market their products. SMA Swasta Budi Agung Medan is one of the schools that is required to produce graduates who can compete and be entrepreneurial. By carrying out this community service, it is aimed at providing insight and knowledge in utilizing technology as an opportunity in entrepreneurship by utilizing e-commerce platforms such as shopee. In addition, students will also be given knowledge about how to make a product using used materials or materials that are available around us. In this training, the products made are wall art products or wall hangings. These products will later be sold or marketed through the e-commerce platform, namely shopee. So, with the implementation of this service, students are expected to be able to be creative and entrepreneurial by utilizing technology properly and correctly.

Consumer behavior is a complex phenomenon which is evolving according to the time, situations, demographic characteristics of individuals, personality traits, cultural influences etc. The personality of individuals is a unique dynamic organization of the characteristics of a particular person, physical and psychological, which influence behavior and responses to the social and physical environment. It gives the impression that consumer buying is always influenced by their personality. Therefore, many marketers make use of personality traits in the advertisement of products and at the same time they enhance their marketing strategy. The marketers always designed different products and target specific market segments which commonly addressed on individuals personality traits. The individuals few personality traits influence consumer for impulsive buying behavior. The aim of present research is to study the personality traits influence on consumer impulsive buying behavior as it will help to create opportunities of doing business and dealing with customers. The objectives of this research are: (1) to investigate the influence of personality traits on consumer impulsive buying behavior, and (2) to identify the role of gender and their personality traits influence on consumer impulsive buying behavior. To fulfill the purpose of the study, the researchers randomly collected sample and divided them on the basis of gender, 60 males and 60 females. Data were collected from Delhi and NCR region. The data were analyzed using statistical applications such as correlation and t Test. The result was revealed that the common personality traits have a significant relationship with impulsive buying behavior that is psychoticism in the case of male and female. The role of gender has significant differences in impulsive buying behavior. The man showed more impulsive buying behavior compare to women.

This is an optimistic, and useful, book written at a pessimistic time. In an era when the nation faces many social problems - including alienation from the government and work, the fragmentation of the family, and an expanding materialism - this book promoting civic literacy approaches to service learning and seeks to help educators in their efforts to redefine the role of civics in contemporary society. The civic literacy approach to service learning is defined as pedagogy that combines community service and academic instruction and that focuses on critical, reflective thinking and civic responsiblity. The editors challenge community colleges to act as catalysts for a national movement of community renewal, suggesting that they may be our best hope for finding ways to solve our social problems.

When studying the impact of online reviews on product sales, previous scholars have usually assumed that every review for a product has the same probability of being viewed by consumers. However, decision-making and information processing theories underline that the accessibility of information plays a role in consumer decision-making. We incorporate the notion of review visibility to study the relationship between online reviews and product sales, which is proxied by sales rank information, studying three different cases: (1) when every online review is assumed to have the same probability of being viewed; (2) when we assume that consumers sort online reviews by the most helpful mechanism; and (3) when we assume that consumers sort online reviews by the most recent mechanism. Review non-textual and textual variables are analyzed. The empirical analysis is conducted using a panel of 119 cosmetic products over a period of nine weeks. Using the system generalized method of moments (system GMM) method for dynamic models of panel data, our findings reveal that review variables influence product sales, but the magnitude, and even the direction of the effect, vary amongst visibility cases. Overall, the characteristics of the most helpful reviews have a higher impact on sales.

ABSTRACT -  Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) also known as UMKM is growing rapidly and has become one of many sectors to support the Indonesian Economy. The lack of ability to have NPWP has been a problem for UMKM and also people. The same problem also found at UMKM in Kangkung Village. The purpose of this community service is to train the entrepreneurs about preparing and register oneself to get a NPWP. This community service is consist of four steps which started by survey of service location then collecting data on village potentials and the role of the community , Preparation for the implementation of assistance and training and training activities. After participating in the training, the entrepreneurs become more understanding and can register NPWP. This article revises the mission and the name of the accounting profession in the context of strengthening the economic security of enterprises under the conditions of digitalization of the economy. The authors note that in the contemporary conditions of economic management, enterprises should form and ensure the functioning of the economic security of the enterprise at the proper level. The necessity of in-depth research of economic security at microlevel was considered, the factors influencing the stability of the enterprise were highlighted. High level of economic security of the subject of management consists in guaranteeing him maximum effective and stable functioning now and in future. Subjects of economic security were individual enterprises, and objects — their economic interests. The main goals of ensuring economic security of the enterprise in the part of accounting were singled out, the tasks of accounting policy, aimed at ensuring economic security, were determined. The prospects of the accounting profession in the process of ensuring economic security and reliable safe presentation of the results of doing business in reporting are substantiated. The study contains proposals on the revision of requirements for the qualifications of accountants in order to emphasize their activities aimed at strengthening the economic security of the enterprise.

The purpose of the activity is to implement a competitive advantage strategy in the retail business and assistance in making product packaging in increasing retail business sales in the Old Tangerang market. PKM activity is an inspiration from the many retail stores that are not able to increase sales, which is due to competitive advantage strategies that have not been carried out optimally. Given the retail strategy in building a competitive advantage is very necessary for a retailer. The location of the traditional market was chosen because it still needs help from various parties. Including from educational institutions. For this activity partners were chosen because of limited competitive advantage and limited knowledge of the strategy of excellence. In addition, the limitations of partners to build excellence, in assessing internal and external factors in the business environment through SWOT, are indispensable to assist retailers in assessing business excellence. Furthermore, to improve product sales value, better product packaging is needed, this has not been done by partners. The method offered in this activity is the provision of knowledge of retail business excellence strategies, SWOT strategies and packaging design in the form of FGDs, socialization and training. While the assistance is done by making product packaging that is more environmentally friendly. Through this activity will help overcome the problems of partners in doing business better than competitors. Thus the hope can help partners in increasing sales.ABSTRAK:Tujuan kegiatan adalah mengimplementasikan strategi keunggulan bersaing usaha ritel dan pendampingan membuat pengemasan produk dalam meninggkatkan penjualan Usaha Ritel di pasar Lama Tangerang. Kegiatan PKM merupakan inspirasi dari banyaknya toko ritel yang tidak mampu meningkatkan penjulan, yang dikarenakan strategi keunggulan bersaing yang belum dilakukan secara optimal. Mengingat strategi eceran dalam membangun keunggulan bersaing sangatlah diperlukan bagi seorang pengecer. Dipilih lokasi pasar tradisional karena masih sangat membutuhkan bantuan dari berbagai pihak. Termasuk dari lembaga pendidikan. Untuk kegiatn ini mitra yang dipilih karena masih lemahnya keunggulan bersaing, lemahnya pengetahuan akan strategi keunggulan. Selain itu keterbatasan mitra membangun keunggulan, dalam menilai faktor internal dan eksternal di lingkungan usaha melalui SWOT, yang sangat diperlukan untuk membantu peritel dalam menilai keunggulan usaha. Selanjutnya untuk meningkatkan nilai jual produk diperlukan kemasan produk yang lebih baik, hal ini belum dilakukan mitra. Metode yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pemberian pengetahuan akan strategi keunggulan usaha ritel, strategi SWOT dan desain kemasan dalam bentuk FGD, sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Sedangkan pendampingan dilakukan dengan membuat kemasan produk yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Melalui kegiatan ini akan membantu mengatasi persoalan mitra dalam melakukan usaha secara lebih baik dibandingkan pesaing. Dengan demikian harapannya dapat membantu mitra dalam meningkatkan penjualan

The Community Service Activity / Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) was held in Cibinuang Village, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency with the target of young people who are members of Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar as youth organization in Cibinuang Village. The problems faced by partner institution in this activity are: a) lack of socialization about the existence of youth organizations and their roles in the development of rural communities, b) less awareness and participation of youth in organizations, both administrator/ other members, c) training of administrators / members in making work programs have never been done. The method of implementation in this activity is active participation with stages namely 1). Seminar and discussing about the role of youth organizations, 2). Providing technical training in making organization programs, 3) Mentoring in making proposals. Seminar about the roles of youth organization for community empowerment in youth organizations in Cibinuang Village presented material in accordance with the theme. The materials presented to the participants including: the role of youth in village development, the mechanism for preparing programs and how to make proposals for effective funding requests. The training in making organization programs and activity proposals were divided into three stages, namely lectures and discussion about the role of youth organizations, providing technical training in the preparation of organization programs and making activity proposals, and mentoring in making organization programs and proposals.� Based on the process PkM activities, it can be seen that 1) there were enhancing youth's understanding and awareness of their capacity in developing villages through youth organizations, 2) members and administrators of youth organizations were motivated to play an active / participating role in building themselves and their villages, 3) administrators of youth organizations to arrange a program, 4) the management of the youth organization was able to make a proposal from each organization program that will be submitted to the Cibinuang Village Government.�Keywords: Youth Capacity, Youth Organization, Organization Program�AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cibinuang Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan dengan target pemuda-pemudi yang tergabung dalam Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar yang merupakan organisasi kepemudaan di tingkat Desa Cibinuang.� Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu: a) kurang tersosialisasikanya eksistensi organisasi pemuda dan perannya dalam pembangunan masyarakat desa, b) kesadaran dan partisipasi pemuda dalam organisasi baik pengurus/anggota kurang, c) pelatihan pada pengurus/anggota dalam membuat program kerja belum pernah dilakukan.� Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu partisipasi aktif dengan tahapan yakni 1). Ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, 2). Memberikan pelatihan teknis pembuatan program kerja, 3) Pendampingan dalam membuat proposal kegiatan. Seminar tentang peran organisasi pemuda untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat pada organisasi pemuda di Desa Cibinuang Kec. / Kab. Kuningan diisi dengan pemaparan materi yang sesuai dengan tema. Materi-materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta meliputi: peran pemuda dalam pembangunan desa, mekanisme penyusunan program kerja dan cara pembuatan proposal kegiatan untuk permintaan dana yang efektif. Pelatihan pembuatan program kerja dan proposal kegiatan dibagi menjadi tiga kegiatan, yaitu ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, memberikan pelatihan teknis penyusunan program kerja dan pembuatan proposal kegiatan, dan pendampingan dalam membuat program kerja dan proposal kegiatan. Berdasarkan proses kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat dilihat adanya 1) peningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pemuda terhadap kapasitasnya dalam membangun desa melalui wadah organisasi pemuda, 2) anggota maupun pengurus organisasi kepemudaan termotivasi� untuk berperan aktif/berpartisipasi dalam membangun diri maupun desanya, 3) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan dapat menyusun program kerja, 4) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan mampu membuat proposal kegiatan dari setiap program kerja yang akan diajukan ke Pemerintah Desa Cibinuang.
