The online student registration information system is seen as very important in this era of digitalization. What's more, there is the convenience and efficiency that is obtained when registering online. The problem of time, distance and place is no longer an obstacle in registering on time. Therefore, this service aims to provide an understanding of the online admissions information system at SMA Negeri 1 Sejangkung. This community service workshop was attended by 20 people consisting of teachers and students from SMA Negeri 1 Sejangkung. This training workshop was carried out using a system demonstration method, lectures, discussions with participants and questions and answers. This training workshop provides information to teachers and students at SMA Negeri 1 Sejangkung about the importance of an online registration system to facilitate the student registration process, which no longer has to be face-to-face or come directly to school.

Abstract - The use of internet for the needs of online registration has begun to develop in Indonesia Archipelago. People can access information and register marriage more easily and quickly through the internet without having to visit KUA first. Through the website KUA officers can easily view the marriage registration data. Registration of marriage to KUA Banyumas Subdistrict still using manual registration method by way of bride to visit KUA Banyumas Sub-district then do face-to-face registration with KUA officer so that less effective and efficient time. The registration information system through the internet or online is a good approach to improving accessibility to the community. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative. The Office of Religious Affairs of Banyumas Sub-district is an Office under the Ministry of Religious Affairs that conducts marriage services for the community around Banyumas Sub-district and provides information for the ease of the community in order to access more effectively and efficiently for prospective marriage applicants. Keywords: Information System, Online Registration System, KUA District Banyumas Abstrak - Penggunaan internet untuk kebutuhan pendaftaran online sudah mulai berkembang di Nusantara Indonesia. Masyarakat bisa mengakses informasi dan melakukan pendaftaran pernikahan dengan lebih mudah dan cepat melalui internet tanpa harus berkunjung ke KUA terlebih dahulu. Melalui website petugas KUA bisa dengan mudah melihat data pendaftar pernikahan. Pendaftaran pernikahan pada KUA Kecamatan Banyumas masih menggunakan metode pendaftaran manual yaitu dengan cara calon pengantin mendatangi KUA Kecamatan Banyumas lalu melakukan pendaftaran secara tatap muka dengan petugas KUA sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien dalam manajemen waktu. Sistem informasi pendaftaran melalui internet atau online merupakan suatu pendekatan yang baik terhadap peningkatan kemudahan akses untuk masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Banyumas merupakan sebuah Kantor dibawah Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia yang secara langsung bertugas melakukan pelayanan pernikahan untuk masyarakat sekitar Kecamatan Banyumas dan memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat agar dapat mengakses dengan lebih efektif dan efisien bagi calon pendaftar pernikahan. Acceptance of new students is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions every year, the number of prospective students who register causes the new student admission committee cannot manage everything properly so that it is less effective in handling it. In this study, the new student admission system used by Al-Basyariah Vocational School Bojong Gede still uses the system manually, which still uses paper records, so that minimal damage and even data loss occurs. Making a new student registration information system is expected to facilitate new prospective students in registering by saving time and costs compared to coming directly to school and with the information system of new student admissions, it is expected to help and simplify the processing of students in this school.

The implementation of guidance in two directions is carried out by discussing, conducting questions and answers, providing input and other activities. However, sometimes the guidance process carried out face-to-face experiences many obstacles so the coaching process does not run optimally and it is not as expected. The most common obstacle is when the supervisor is unable to attend the final assignment guidance. Communication barriers between students and supervisors also affect the success of the final assignment. Hence, it is necessary to develop a way to have the obstacles can overcome better. The method used to solve these problems using the system development life cycle method. The solution is currently using sms or online facilities such as email, social media, or the cloud from a third party. With this system, if face-to-face guidance activities are not possible, the process of preparing student final assignments can be carried out in order to be on time for the graduation of students in the institutions.

Sumbawa Besar 2 Vocational High School is a school where the author conducts research. At this time, the new student registration system, in recording new prospective students still uses books or is conventional, so registration officers experience many problems. The solution to the problem that is happening at Sumbawa Besar 2 Vocational High School is the application of information technology, namely building an information system that can be useful to facilitate the committee and registrants in the New Student Registration process. This system was developed using the Personal Home Page (PHP) and MySql programming languages as a database. The method used in building this system is using the Waterfall method. With the existence of this webbased information system can increase information. Making the registration of new student registration data becomes more structured so that it makes it easier to select new prospective students

New Santri Admission (Penerimaan Santri Baru) is an administrative process for the selection of new student candidates. The PSB process is always carried out manually at each school institution, especially the Islamic Boarding Schools, which will cause various difficulties from several related parties. Therefore the New Santri Admission System was created online or the term can be called the online PSB. . An idea emerged to create a new student admission information system based on the SQL database. With this system, pesantren or administrators can manage the implementation of student registration for web technology using the PHP programming language and new languages. such as rapid registration and announcements.

Vocational high school consists of face-to-face learning and dual education system. Learning and dual education system may be either industrial work practices held for 3 or 6 months.During dual education system students can not attend face-to-face learning teaching material that students need to be able to learn independently. Specifically, learning science that students need to learn about the environment and its benefits for students.The purpose of this research is to develop instructional materials in the form of science module which helps students to learn independently and determine the response of vocational students to the science learning modules. Modules developed based entrepreneurship and contextual material with real life needs or students. The material presented is structured to support student entrepreneurship in order to be fit for purpose namely vocational work. This module development research design using the design development of Richey and Klein with Dick and Carey model for the development phase of the module material. Results of test responses of teachers and students concluded that the module gets a very good response, interesting and appropriate to the needs of students. Then the module materials can help students cultivate skills become entrepreneurs.

The authors discuss the use of online, asynchronous data collection in qualitative research. Online interviews can be a valuable way to increase access to marginalized participants, including those with time, distance, or privacy issues that prevent them from participating in face-to-face interviews. The resulting greater participant pool can increase the rigor and validity of research outcomes. The authors also address issues with conducting in-depth asynchronous interviews such as are needed in phenomenology. Advice from the field is provided for rigorous implementation of this data collection strategy. The authors include extensive excerpts from two studies using online, asynchronous data collection.

The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed training processes. The transition from face-to-face to virtuality has affected the entire educational process favoring one of the open innovation key features in the higher education institutions: the ability to manage knowledge flow. Open innovation in this crisis situation will encourage universities to deal with difficulties and embrace opportunities to enhance knowledge production. In this regard, the main objective of this work is to analyze how universities have managed knowledge flow during lockdown situation. The research presents a comparative study between three countries highly impacted by the coronavirus (Spain, Italy and Ecuador) based on perceptions from teachers and students on a convenience sample of 573 individuals. The study, of a descriptive and exploratory nature, applied surveys between March and April 2020 to students and teachers of Journalism, Communication. The survey had 2956 responses, collecting 65,032 pieces of evidence from students and 6468 from teachers. Teachers and students show their preference for being present, but they recognize the justification for the change of scenery and identify positive elements in virtuality. According to the findings obtained, the absence of presence has not generated an increase in the meetings between teachers and students. In addition, the tutorials have been shorter and sporadic. Added to this is a scant commitment to the variety of resources and options offered by the Internet. The predominance of textual material collides with the demand from students for a mixture of training resources, a greater role for the podcast and, especially, a typology of assessment tests that pass the traditional exams.
